Today I had a fairly light breakfast:

- Nutella toast

- 2 bananas

- 2 cups of strawberry milk.

Then I went to the bathroom and was EXTREMELY surprised. My belly has been extra a little full since last night, but I definitely saw fat from the bottom of my belly:

I recently made lunch stuffing, feel very full. I think I could drink more milk or coke. What should I drink?

This fat has grown in my lower abdomen! I swear it's just water weight!

Stuffing menu:

- Beef burger with lots of cheese sauce (I even ate the sauce separately)

- Rice with spicy sauce (I think I overdid it with butter during cooking, but I liked it)

- Pretty big cup of chocolate milk + marshmallows.

Now my back hurts because of the large amount of food, I lie and stroke my tummy. I'm looking forward to the evening stuffing.

What should I eat for dinner?
