Friday Morning

I sobbed, knowing that this is my final day with the people I truly love. Especially Akashi-kun. I...I can't stop crying just knowing that I will fade away because I haven't experienced the feeling of true love. I have to make the most of my last day alive on earth. I whipped my tears, while heading to gym. I smiled and excepted Kise-kun's hug. I closed my eyes as I continued the hug. Everyone especially Kise-kun felt suspicious, but slowly let it slide.

I smiled more than before, in the game. I enjoyed every moment that past by. I'm trying not to cry by looking at them, it hurts so much. As long as I see them smile till the end is what will make me happy. I have a few more hours, and I'm to gather my last moments of life with all my friends. I clung more to Akashi-kun who unexpectedly enjoyed it.

"Something is wrong with Kuroko." Midorima whispered.

"I know, he's excepting everything we do, especially Kise's movements. Tetsu doesn't normally hugs Kise back." Aomine added.

"Kuro-chin is smiling more too." Murasakibara said slowly eating his bag of chips.

"Did you all noticed that Tetsu-chan is clinging to Akashi-chan too?" Takao asked.

"He is, isn't he?" Tatsuya agreed.

"Hey, what are you all talking about?" Akashi asked while walking up to the group with Kuroko on his left.

"Nothing so interesting." Aomine said in his casual lazy tone, while scratching his back head.

"Sorry but Akashi-kun, could I talk to you alone?" Kuroko asked.

"Sure." After that, they walked away from the gossiping group.

"Should one of us follow?" Kise asked while the group looked back at the two.

"Why?" Aomine asked coldly.

"I'm not he only one who's curious about Kuroko-chii's act."

"He has a point. Takao, you go." Midorima pushed Takao.

"Why me?!"

"Your short enough to not be seen, just hide behind the bushes and come back here." Midorima explained.

"Thank for the compliment." Takao said sarcastically, while following the two boys.

I want to invite Akashi-kun to my occasion at ten. He is the one I want to spend more time with. When we were alone, I than asked.

"Akashi-kun, I'd want you to go to the main cliff at 9:30pm tonight. I have to confess something important." I said, looking at his with a small smile.

"Is something the matter, Tetsuya?" Akashi-kun asked.

"I just need to tell you something. I just can't tell you now."

"I'll go, don't worry." Akashi-kun agreed.

What is Tetsu-chan going to confess? I have to hurry, before I get caught. When I got back, they slowly walked up to me.

"So, what happened?" Murasakibara asked.

"Akashi-chan is going to meet Tetsu-chan at the main cliff, at 9:30 tonight." I finished explaining.

"We should go." Aomine said.

"You mean, spy?" Kise asked to be sure if his instincts are correct.

"Ya, why not."

"Okay." Everyone agreed.

"Not that I want to, nanodayo." Midorima said, while adjusting his glasses.

"Alright, is everyone ready to go home. It's getting dark already." Akashi and Kuroko came back.

"Okay."

As soon as we headed out, I said my final farewells to them.

"Tetsu, why do you sound as if it was the end?" Aomine-kun raised an eyebrow.

'It's because it is.'

"Anyways, goodbye everyone." I said. My heart broke when I said my meaningful goodbye to them. I wish to tell them all, but it would make matters worse. As we parted ways one last time, I spotted their smiles...

Like planed, the GoM would spy on the the weird acting Kuroko. When they came a bit too early, Kuroko has already been there. The view was amazing. Kuroko standing straight as his sky blue hair blows with the previous leaves.

At exactly 9:30pm, Akashi than arrived not knowing that the GoM were behind the trees. Having a good angle to the point where they could hear the conversation.

"Akashi-kun, I have something I have to tell you that I've been hiding from you and the rest." Kuroko said as Akashi was confused when he stopped in front of him, standing on the right.

"Go on." Akashi said. And so, Kuroko had no other way to put it, so blurted everything out.

"Akashi-kun, do you know that the legend of the 'god of life' chooses a chosen one to make a mission and it's life will end as soon the job is done?" Kuroko asked.

"Yes I know the legend, why do you ask?" He asked, starting to get a bit worried.

"I don't know how else to put it but..." Kuroko sighed, and looked straight in Akashi's eyes.

"Akashi-kun, I am one of the chosen ones who has been picked into doing the mission. It started last year and...At exactly 10pm, I shall fade before you eyes." Kuroko's eyes became a bit watery as Akashi's were wide open after hearing that Kuroko will be gone.

On the other hand, the GoM were too, heartbroken. Holding their mouths into making any sound.

"Tetsuya, why are you telling me this now. If.. is there a way out of this?" Akashi asked squeaky, holding Kuroko's hands.

"The god is like you, his rules are absolute that can't be broken. This is the same rule created hundreds of years ago." Kuroko said sadly.

"Please Tetsuya, what was your mission anyways?" Akashi asked, holding his tears a bit longer.

"My mission was to try and find you all a special person that will stay with you until the end." Kuroko explained.

"Tetsuya, I have to confess to you. I meant to tell you later, but I guess there won't be a later without you." Akashi said, coming a closer to Kuroko.

"Tetsuya, as soon as you entered my life, I knew that you were the one I could love. I've loved you since we first met."

"Akashi-kun, I've also loved you since we met." Kuroko started tearing up. Akashi than hugged Kuroko and gripped his soft hair.

"Than don't leave, I need you to stay with me. What will I do without you? I...can't live without you here." Akashi than let what the tears please and burst.

"Akashi-kun, do not cry. I'm sorry that I came out like this so sudden. Once I fade, I will be waiting for you on the other side of the cliff where we could be one again." Kuroko said while wiping Akashi's tears.

"Call me by my first name." Akashi held his hand which is placed in his cheek.

"I love you, Sei-kun." Kuroko smiled. Behind the bushes, you will see a group of people sobbing. Even Midorima has dropped a tear to the point that their friend will soon vanish out in the open.

"Sei-kun it is soon time, where I will be blown out to the open world. I'm guessing that fate didn't want me alive anymore. Please do not stop living, for you will still have a peaceful future. Even without me." Akashi couldn't help but kiss Kuroko. They both went on their knees and kissed passionately. After that, Kuroko's arms were rapped around Akashi's waist as Akashi was gripping Kuroko's hair.

As soon as the clock hit 10pm, Kuroko than faded. How the GoM have seen it, they continued their position as Kuroko started brightening up as the moonlight shone on the two end full lovers.

"I love you, Tetsuya."

"I love you too, Sei-kun." After Kuroko's words ended, Kuroko than vanished.

The GoM were too upset to move. They watched as Akashi sat down on his knees, clutching his hands and sobbing his heart out.

"Tetsuya!!!" Akashi cried out, as he lifted his head in the windy atmosphere. The moon shimmered down his face, as his tears dropped down his face.

After a few minutes have past where Kuroko has now been gone, another shades of light red, gold and white formed into a person in front of Akashi.

"Who are you?" Akashi asked, as he wiped his tears away.

"I and the god of love. Tell me son, do you still wish for a future with the boy named Kuroko Tetsuya?" The woman in a long dress asked, which caught Akashi's attention.

"More than anything." Akashi said as he stayed down.

"I will offer Kuroko a second life, where he can live with you in a normal life. Once I return him here, his memory will still be in place and your job is to protect and love Kuroko until you meet your death." The woman explained with a soft tender voice.

"Please." Akashi pleaded.

"It is settled now. Shall Kuroko Tetsuya have eternal life with Akashi Seijuro." Upon those words, the woman's left hand was lifted in the air where a beam of golden sprinkles was forming down the ground. As the light formed into the one and only Tetsuya, his eyes first landed on Akashi who stood up to hug his now so called lover once again.

"Tetsuya." Akashi cried out, squeezing him into his chest.

"Sei-kun." Kuroko was needing full and held Akashi in his embrace.

"Please don't leave me ever again. I love you Tetsuya." Akashi said in a crying matter.

"I love you too, Sei-kun." Before Akashi could open his eyes the woman had already disappeared. Again, the moonlight striked it's light on the two new lovers. The GoM had than left them be, happy to see that Kuroko is back in their lives. The GoM lost their cool when they had distance from the top cliff.

"I love you, Tetsuya." Akashi leant down for a kiss. After that parted, Kuroko gave a passionate smile made just for his new lover, that Akashi has been wanting for so long. They than continued their smile and rubbed their noses together while holding hands.

"I love you too, Sei-kun."
