Right after the lesson ended, I needed a little silence, some peace to collect my thoughts. I headed to a nearby park, which I loved in this town. It was on a hill like this, so you could take a break from the city while sitting on white wooden benches. I reached one of the free benches, put my purse aside and sat down, immediately focusing my eyes on the beautiful landscape. I really felt very comfortable in this place. It was so peaceful here, I could think through many things that weighed on my heart and thoughts. I took a few deep breaths, feeling more and more calm inside.

- We keep bumping into each other, Sabrina.- Suddenly I heard a well-known hoarse male voice

Reluctantly I turned my head back to see Cooper walking towards me. Now I really didn't feel like arguing with him anymore.

- You can sit next to me if you like. - I announced, seeing the boy stop next to my bench

True to my words, he took the seat next to me. He put his backpack on the ground and, like me, stared at the view. We sat in total silence for a while, which was quite awkward.

- One thing is bothering me. - boy broke the silence, causing me to glance at him

- What? - I raised one eyebrow up

- What happened to you, Sab? - he asked in an exceptionally caring tone of voice, which surprised me

- Nothing. - I whispered

- I'm a good lie detector. - he moved a little closer to me, peering into my eyes, and his face showed that he did not believe me - And I know that you are lying

- I'm okay, Coop. - I replied in a gentle tone, avoiding his gaze, because I was afraid that I was about to bend him

- If something happened, tell me. - he continued stubbornly

- - I asked

- I've been through a lot in my life. Believe me, I'm a person who can listen. - He tried to sound as convincing as possible, but I still persisted

- But you won't help me on these topics and you won't understand me, so no. - I replied firmly

I must admit that I was surprised by his behavior. I did not expect that he would want to help me. The truth is, I've always been the kind of person who tried to deal with my problems by myself. I have been doing this all my life. Sometimes it was hard, considering what I experienced. I was alone for myself.

The boy's voice snapped me out of my mind again.

- I'll drive you home. - he said again, noting that I hadn't focused on his words

- No. - I replied quickly, getting up from the bench and grabbing my bag

- It wasn't a question, it was a statement. - He was very firm, he followed me, catching up quickly and walking next to me step by step

I didn't even want to tease him anymore, so I followed the boy towards his car, which was parked in the school parking lot, right next to the park where we were a moment ago. We got into the vehicle, fastening our seat belts immediately. We hit the road, leaned my head against the window and focused on the views we were passing by.

I knew that we are really close to my place of residence, which pleased me because I was really tired of this day and all I wanted to do was get under a nice blanket, take snacks and do a Netflix series marathon. After a while he parked in front of my house. He looked at me. I hastily unbuckled my seat belts, then got out of the car, slipping my purse over my shoulder. Before closing the car door, I glanced at the boy.

- Thanks for the ride. - I smiled gently, then closed the door and headed towards my house

I heard the sound of a car driving away. I took my keys out of my purse and hastily unlocked the door. I went inside, immediately taking off my shoes and putting my purse on an empty shelf. I just took out my phone and charger and headed for the kitchen. I started going through cupboards for some tasty snacks. After selecting a few of them, I took some more wine from the fridge and a glass, then headed to my room. I tossed the food on the bed, a glass of my wine was placed on the bedside table, and I reached for my laptop on my desk and moved it over my sheets. Now is still time to change clothes. I took my favorite comfy black leggings out of my drawer and my gray sweatshirt from the closet. I tied my hair in a loose ponytail and sat comfortably on the bed, placing my gear on my lap. I turned on the Lucifer and that's how my relaxed afternoon began.

About three hours later, I heard a knock on the door. I'm curious who it is, as I wasn't expecting any guests today. I got up from the bed and went in the direction of the sound. I unlocked the door, immediately noticing one of the girls from our class - Janessa - on the threshold. She is one of the more popular people in school, something similar to Cooper, so I was suprised to see her in front of my house.

- Hi. - she was the first to say

- Hey. - I replied hesitantly

- Can I go in? - she asked, seeing my apparent confusion at which she smiled gently

Of course, I opened the door wider and let the black-haired girl inside. She looked around, then turned her gaze back to me.

- I have a request for you. - she began, leaning one hand on the cupboard homely at the entrance

- Yeah? - I was a bit surprised that a girl like her is just asking me for help

- I dream of studying in Spain, unfortunately only people who know Spanish very well are admitted there. Unfortunately, I can't handle it well. I know you are excellent in this language and I thought maybe you could help me? - she said, looking at me pleadingly

I was totally surprised by her request. Janessa is one of the most popular and liked people at our school. She is also part of a very wealthy family and theoretically can afford anything. So why didn't she get a professional tutor but ask for my help?

- Okay, I can. - I replied, watching as a wide smile appears on the girl's face

-Thank you thank you thank you!- she clapped her hands, then hugged me - When do you have time?

- We have to make an appointment for specific days and hours. Maybe Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM are you okay? - I asked, after a moment's reflection on which days I have the most time at my disposal

- Yes, it suits me. - she confirmed immediately

- Well, we've got it. - I smiled gently

After a few more minutes of conversation, I said goodbye to the girl, and then she left my house. I closed the door behind her, then leaned against it and smiled to myself. It's still nice that someone in this class notices me and appreciates my skills. I think learning with Nessa will be really fun.

When it was already quite late, I found it was time to get ready for sleep. I took my pajamas out of the drawer and headed for the bathroom. I undressed, then went into the shower to refresh my body after a day. I let go of the water, immediately feeling initially cool droplets on my skin that made me shiver. When the water was at the right temperature, I grabbed a lilac scented body wash. I poured it on a sponge, and then gently started washing every part of my body, inhaling every now and then savoring the wonderful scent. After my whole body was soapy, I stepped under the stream of water and began to wash myself, watching the foam drip off me. Time to wash your hair. I reached for my favorite shampoo, poured it on my hand and then thoroughly massaged it into my hair. I rinsed everything away. The shower time is over. I reached for the towel with which I had wrapped my body and headed to the mirror where I would do my evening skincare. First, I took a cotton pad on which I poured a make-up remover. I started to wash off the remnants of my today's cosmetics. Then it was time for a face wash gel that removed the rest of the impurities left over from makeup removal. The next step was peeling. I rubbed the mass thoroughly into my skin to clean it properly. I thoroughly rinsed off what I was wearing with water. Now it's time for a tonic, which I always use after cleansing my face, with natural ingredients and plant extracts. Time for oils. On my face I put tea seed oil which I simply adore. I inhaled a pleasant scent and then I realized that the care of my skin has just come to an end. I took off the towel I had tied over my body and put on my pajamas instead. My hair was still a little wet, but I'm sure it'll be fine any minute. I left the bathroom and went to my room. I cleared all my snacks from my bed and put my laptop back in its correct place. I went downstairs to the kitchen to make cereal and milk quickly. I ate my meal fairly quickly while browsing my social media. I put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, then went back to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After everything was done, I finally headed for my bed. I lay down comfortably, turned off the lamp on the bedside table, and fell asleep.

There was another day. Afternoon shortly after 5:00 pm. I was just sitting with Nessa in my living room, and we were starting to figure out what this would all look like. All the time, however, I was interested in one thing, I decided to simply become interested in more.

- Nessa.. - I started, causing the girl's gaze to shift to me. - Can I ask you one question?

- Yes, go ahead. - she resisted, waiting for my words

- And why did you choose me and not some professional tutor? - I asked, tearing my bracelet and avoiding the girl's eyes, because it felt like I was asking a really stupid question

- Umm, it all started when I was still a little girl .. - she began, and I felt that it would be a longer story, so I leaned my elbows on my legs, then put my chin on my hands and started listening carefully to her words- My parents they dreamed that I would be someone important in the future, for example a lawyer, a doctor. They didn't care at all that I didn't want it. They just wanted their stupid ambitions to come true. They always wanted me to be above all. That is why from an early age they signed me up for various tutoring. For the most part they chose me very strict. And as a young girl, still wanting to have fun and spend time with my peers, I had to sit for hours with some adult people who tried to make me a genius. Many times it ended with screaming and reminding me how hopeless I was. Since then, I have been kind of traumatized when it comes to tutors.

-I'm sorry. - I felt a damn pity for her- Did you manage to save yourself from it somehow?

- Yes. But only when I was a teenager. Back then, I had a stronger character and I didn't let myself be pushed around like that. I didn't let my parents train me like a dog anymore. - she said, gesturing lively, and tears began to appear in her eyes

- It's terrible what happened to you. - I stroked her gently on the shoulder, at which she smiled almost invisibly - I promise you that I will try to help you with Spanish as much as possible, so that you can finally fulfill your dream and show your parents who you are.

- Thanks, Sab. - She announced, wiping a few single tears from her cheeks that had fallen down her cheeks. - I totally understand why you asked the question. I know a lot of people in this school think I have a perfect life, but that's just an appearance. The truth is, most of the people in this school who are considered the best don't have such a wonderful, trouble-free life as everyone thinks. For example, Cooper.

- Cooper? - I repeated after her, slightly surprised because it really seemed to me that this boy has such a carefree life

- Yeah.Cooper's a really strong dude.- girl confirmed her previous words

- What's with him? - I asked, as if a little worried

- Okay, I'll tell you because I trust you, Sab, but promise me you won't tell anyone. - She looked at me pleadingly

- I'll not tell anyone. - I replied, becoming more and more curious about what I would find out

- The truth is, he has a really hard life. His mother owns many hotels around the world. She devotes practically all of your time to this work, and for many years she has hardly had any time for her son. Cooper has been growing up alone since he was a child. His mother is always away from home, she comes only sporadically, possibly for a week. She only sends money for him every month. His father, on the other hand, left his family behind when Cooper was a little boy. This is how he was left to himself. The only person in the house is their housekeeper, Mrs. Andy. He has to deal with all his problems on his own, because there is neither a mother who will take an appropriate interest in him, nor the male support that he should have from his father. There were a lot of other problems in the process, but that's too much to talk about. But the truth is, it was because of all of this that he became what he is. So a dry, emotionless, ignorant asshole. - she said, and with each word my heart broke more and more

- Why wasn't Cooper looking for some help or support? - I suggested, trying to make my mind happy

- He doesn't like to talk about his feelings and problems. I wouldn't have known about all of this either, had it not been for his housekeeper Andy, who likes me very much and once told me about it all. - Nessa explained, tipping her head down

- I feel sorry for him. - I sighed

After what Noriega's friend told me, I really feel sorry for him. I didn't know his life was so bad. Now, I'm able to explain this behavior a little. He had no role models since he was a child, so how was he to grow up to be a desirable, good, loving person.
