Cassandra
"Yeah! I was like, oh my gosh! Is it possible? And she was like this." I made a face and we both laughed. I could hardly breathe in the ridiculous.
Flynn took my bag and then he carried it. I was shocked by his action but I just let it go and continued walking. I met him during lunch with my friends and now here we are. My friends left me with Flynn and each of them had a reason to just leave the two of us. I’m not stupid for not getting what they’re thinking. I just rolled my eyes at them. It's good and fun to talk with him. He's just a new student here. He just moved here because of his father's business.
"It's a fun story between you and your friends. You know what, you're lucky to have them. They're nice."
"Yeah. Lucky indeed."
"Uhm ... Cassandra. Can I invite you to dinner?"
I stopped walking and immediately turned to Flynn. Is he really inviting me? Like date? But we just met and then he wanted to date me right away.
"I'm afraid she's not." A deep and thick voice interupted us from silence. I turned around and find Nicolas there with dark eyes while glaring at Flynn.
What is he doing here? I looked around and I wasn't mistaken. Almost all the students were looking at us. Shit. This is not good.
"Inviting my fianceè to a dinner? Mind if I join? After all, I'm his fiancè." He said stressing the fiancèe and fiance.
I looked at Flynn. He was also looking at me. "I'm sorry. I'm just inviting here as a friend. Nothing more." Flynn said softly as he bowed.
Nicolas approached him. He was so close to him and he whispered something to him that made Flynn suddenly backed away and his eyes widened. Nicolas touched Flynn's shoulder and I could clearly see how he pressed it and I only confirmed that when Flynn winced.

I grabbed Nicolas' arm. He turned to me. "Let's go."
He smiled at me once and turned to Flynn. We were about to leave but he suddenly turned back to Flynn. "By the way. Nice meeting you Mr. Hayes. Just remember what I told you and we're good." After he said that. His fake smile suddenly disappeared and returned to seriousness. He pulled me up to his car. I immediately went inside. I looked at the man in the driver's seat. He even bowed to me. Nicolas slammed the door and then fastened his seatbelt. I also fastened my seatbelt out of fear.
"Next time I see you with another man, you'll see who I am. You should keep that to your little brain."
"I'm sorry. Flynn is a good man and he is my friend."
"Bullshit!" I feel like I was being lifted from the seat when he yelled.
"Alfred. To the mansion." The man in the driver's seat immediately complied.
My chest was pounding hard as I was inside the car. We are going to their mansion. I didn't understand but I just sit silently. I thought it was still tonight so I was really surprised to see him earlier at the University.
"When I see you again with that crummy boy, he won't see the sun shine after."
I was even more nervous when I heard his cold voice. I looked ahead when the driver suddenly laughed. "Shut up, Alfred." He growled.
"Sorry." Alfred said still grinning.
I looked back and forth between the two of them. Maybe these two are friends. "Won't you introduce me to Ma'am?" Alfred asked.
I looked at Nicolas. He looked badly to him. "Are you fucking interested with her?"
"No. I just want to meet the woman who captivated your wandering heart." Alfred said and then he laughed.

"Fucking cut it, Alfred. It's not funny."
"Okay okay."
I just sat on the side and listening to them while talking about business. About a few minutes passed before Nicolas shouted again. "What the fuck are you wearing ?!" I immediately looked at him and then at what I was wearing.
What about I'm wearing? I'm just wearing a skirt and hanging blouse, what's wrong with that?
"Clothes?" My answer and my tone is just like I don't seem sure of my answer.
"You fucking went to the University with that clothes?" I nodded.
"I should call the chairman of that University to ban that kind of clothes. It's not even a clothes." I stared at him. Can't believe what he said. "I don't want to see you wearing that next time. Wear pants or whatever as long as it's long. If you don't follow me, I'll punish you. And I'm sure, you will not like it. I'm not a saint nor an angel, kitten. I'm an evil. Got it? " I nodded again in fear. I no longer knew what to do. Was my decision to marry him still the right one? We weren't even married but I felt like I was locked up in his and would never be free.

HIVE - LOCKED UP IN SPACE
Somewhere in the vast universe, an alternate reality to what we know.. which occurs in the year 3016 where Earth has already made contact with other sentient beings of space and has become much more technologically advanced. Meet the good-for-nothing anti-social NEET Jasper. Let's just say that he was born under an unlucky star, being wrongfully incarcerated in the galaxy's most infamous private maximum security prison, home to serial killers and many cut-throat criminals. Will Casper be able to prove his innocence and adapt to the cruel and oppressive prison system and rise up the food chain? --------- Alright. Before I start off, this is going to be my first fiction. It could be dropped anytime and there might be random hiatus inbound. This fiction is basically a first draft~ish.(?) So please pardon my two-dimensional characters or my shitty grammar or poor use of descriptive words in this fiction. Doing this purely for fun and it's going to stay that way. Let's take this step by step alright? [There isn't really a set in stone plot drafted so it might flop after a bunch of chapters lmao] Reviews with constructive criticism are appreciated, I will try my best to improve as we go along.

Path of the Stonebreaker
Femira spent her life stealing scraps and looting corpses just to survive another day. When she stumbles upon the chance to steal another's identity, she thinks she's found the ticket to an easy life. But she soon finds the glamour of the runewielder's hall hides as much peril as the bloodslick streets. Can she steal the greatest prize of all, the knowledge to reshape the earth, and make it out alive? Abandoned by his abusive father at the far reaches of the world, Daegan may not have the powers of his ancestors but he refuses to die in banishment. Will he make it back home in time to prevent a brewing war? ------------------- This is a gritty drama-driven, rambling tale that presents mysteries early on that the characters work to unravel throughout the story. It swings between action, drama, and sometimes some darker comedy. Warning: A whole lot of profanity, alcohol, drugs, implied violence, actual violence and mega-violence—the kind that involves knives sliding into eye sockets and brains spilling onto floors—the usual stuff, scenes of intimacy, mercenaries, pirates, lots of moral ambiguity, including a wizard that likes to make tea with the heat sucked from his victim's bodies and a heap of world-ending monsters ready to eat people. _______________ Expectations: Updates every Monday and Thursday. Chapters will be between 2,000 and 5,000 words. I'm Irish and write in "Irish English" which is to say that I don't use much of the letter "z"

Free Your Mind
A journey through the mind can be a mixture of the good, the bad, the pure, and the evil. Free Your Mind is a collection of poems and short stories that I've written over the years. As of now, this book is still in progress, but I've planned to release at least 25 to 30 chapters minimum for Free Your Mind. Hopefully you enjoy reading through the works already published for this book, and I hope you'll stick around for what's to come in the future. If you have any comments, ideas, critiques, etc. please let me know! I'm always open to what people have to say about my work. Free Your Mind is a way for me to dabble into releasing my writings for the public to read. And hopefully, if all goes decent with this book, I'll continue to upload different works alongside this. Note: Currently the cover work for Free Your Mind isn't mine. I plan to upload an original design once I've completed the chapters for this book.

Campaign: A Project Starfarer Sidestory
This novel’s lore, story and characters are entirely fictitious. Certain long-standing countries, institutions, organizations, agencies, and public offices are mentioned, but their histories and the characters involved are wholly imaginary. "What will you do with your freedom?"Growing up in a meritocracy, infamous for being lawless, Jordan Astros had been repeatedly asked this question, since times unmemorable. In a society where one's accomplishments and skills were tallied and ranked in order to determine one's standard of living however, Jordan quickly grew to understand that 'freedom,' was a reward earned by accumulating Merit. And so, after his 17th birthday, Jordan departed his Clan's habitat in orbit of Europa to embark on his century-long journey to rise from E-Ranker to S-Rank. And spread his name throughout the Galilean Powers. *** Campaign is a sidestory within its NanoPunk parent series, Project Starfarer. (Yet to be published. Be on the lookout for it!) In which the first transhuman known to humanity, the Starfarer, invokes a plan to seed terrestrial life throughout the galaxy. Campaign takes place around the middle of that timeline and explores the life of a key figure in that universe, Jordan Astros. And explores one of four great nations thriving in the Solar System during that time. A Meritocracy that spans Jupiter and its 79 moons, The Galilean Powers. What you'll find in Campaign: Brutal melee combat in airless and pressurized low gravity environments. A technology based progression system influenced by merit and accomplishments; using tech that's theoretically possible to exist in the near-future. An exploratory perspective of the dozens of Galilean societies, or 'Powers,' from Jordans; and sometimes others', POV. What you wont find: Romance. Harems. An MC who receives shortcuts, handouts, learns things unnaturally fast or has OP plot armor. Jordan is not a special individual. Jordan is not OP and he likely never will be. He's no different than any other citizen in the Galilean Powers and will certainly face as many defeats as he does wins. He'll suffer losses and grow as an individual, while the Powers evolves around him as well. This is semi-hard sci-fi/NanoPunk and takes place in a fictional version of our future solar system. Centered around technology that's plausible in the near-centuries to come. Everything abides by the laws of physics/thermodynamics (As best that I understand them, at least. I'm no scientist.) No artificial gravity, inertial dampeners, teleportation, FTL, or hand-wavy materials will be found in the Project Starfarer universe. Just advanced automation, nanotechnology, cybernetics and AI. Set in the backdrop of space. *I do not own the photo used for the cover*
