《Connected》Chapter 2

Stiles was in awe, his mate was super attractive and he's not a douchebag, he snapped out of his little episode when Camille put a hand on his shoulder. "Stiles, my shift is ending soon. Do you remember where my place is?" She asked with a bit of worry in her tone "Huh? Oh yeah I remember." The younger man replied with a blush on his face "If you're not too busy, Elijah do you wanna walk me home?" He asked curiously while picking with his sleeves while he rubbed his eyes slightly as Stiles was getting tired, Elijah the polite gentleman he was agreed to walk his mate to where he would be staying. "So Stiles, How long do you plan on staying here?" The taller male asked curiously as he walked with his hands in his pockets. "Oh, well I don't really know, I came here because it was getting awkward in my friend group and my father suggested that I take a trip to visit Camille" The shorter male explained while he kept the blush down and try not to admit to being in a Werewolf pack "Ahh, Well I do hope that those awkward times do settle down. I also have some awkward family relationships." The vampire stated while following his mate down the road "Honestly, I may stay here awhile because my town doesn't really like me all that much recently."
Elijah listened to the boy's ramblings while a constant but subtle smile was on his face, knowing that Stiles was special to him was an understatement. The thought of something happening to his mate made the vampire get a bit protective, every few minutes of walking he would look around to make sure that nothing bad would happen to his mate. {Vampires aren't as emotionally driven as Werewolves when in general, but whenever one finds its mate the vampire would always become more protective of them.} "Okay, were here" Stiles announced while walking up to an apartment building "Thanks for walking me home Elijah, it made me feel a little at ease" The younger male announced while going to open the door "Do you wanna come inside?" he asked with a blush on his face. "But if you're too busy that's alright too!" The vampire couldn't help but chuckle at his mates nervousness "I would love to-" A strange voice was heard, Elijah turned around and there was a flash before he was pinned to the ground by a gross smelling creature "S-Scott?! What are you doing?!" Scott said while growling down at Elijah showing his red eyes.

Stiles didn't know what was going on or why this was happening because last time he checked Scott only used him for research, nothing else. "Scott let him go and tell me why in the world you care anyway, for the last six months you've been sucking Allison's face every chance you got!" Elijah used this time to flip scott over and pin him to the wall by his throat with calculated cold eyes. "Ahh that would explain the smell coming off of Stiles, you and your group of wolves covered him with your scent. And I don't take kindly to that." The vampire said while slowly gripping harder onto Scott's throat At this point Stiles was next to Elijah and Scott "Yes, we were friends. Once. But now, all you care about is Allison and you treat me like trash and make me feel bad about myself!" The male Shouted getting tears in his eyes "The only time any of the pack wanna talk to me is for me to do research because you guys are too dumb to do it yourself.!" Scott felt broken because what his long time best friend was true, he would spend time avoiding him and only hanging out with Allison.
Stiles wrapped his arm around Elijah's free arm and looked at Scott with a combination of malice and hurt "Scott I'm staying here forever long I choose. And you can go tell the pack that...I was used to being ignored and beat up, but when you don't trust me with my own decisions is when you really hurt Me. McCall." The young boy looked at his mate and tugged gently at his arm "Let's go Elijah. I'm Tired." He said while still glaring at the wolf pinned to the wall "Ahh, well you heard Stiles. Go home. He doesn't feel wanted there." Elijah said while dropping the wolf allowing him to slide down the wall "Lets get outta here. I have the perfect spot." The vampire said while covering his mates eyes and using his super speed Elijah took him to the Mikaelson Mansion "You can sleep here tonight or at least until I'm able to confirm that the mutt has left town." He smiled and just leaned into his mates chest and sighed softly "I'm sorry for causing all of this trouble for you, that really wasn't my intention." "Stiles, It's fine. A little mutt problem won't affect me. Plus I deal with it every day."

"Ahh! Brother! I see you found who you were worried about.!" A familiar feminine voice announced as the two entered the building "Rebekah, this is Stiles. Stiles this is my little sister Rebekah." Stiles smiled and just stayed quiet nuzzling into his mate's body "Well Brother it looks like your special person is getting tired, So get him to bed and please keep it down." She chuckled and walked outta the room and outta sight, Stiles couldn't help but chuckle and blush "She seems nice. Is it just the two of you here? Or are there others?" "There are six of us, but they are off doing their own business. Now let's get you to bed. You can possibly meet the others tomorrow morning." The vampire stated and showed Stiles to a spare bedroom which was two doors down from his room "If you need anything don't hesitate to ask, i'm just down the hall" Elijah explained and let his mate get comfortable before returning to his own room for the night

Even though it was your work that brought the child to this world but you will never know the end of that child. Even if you're the one who teaches him, molds him and make his personality but that child will still learn some things on his own. That child will still form his own personality and thoughts. Shadowrun: Blake Island School of Magic
It's a high tech, low life. It's the Seattle Metroplex in 2074. It rises like a steel and concrete cancer out of the earth. Poverty is rampant, corruption is everywhere, crime is out of control, corporations basically control everything, the old United States is fractured, magic has come back and now it turns out that humanity has been joined by elves, dwarves, orks and trolls. The old world ended but the rent is still due. Life goes on. You'd be surprised what people can adapt to, especially if they don't have a choice. One of the places where life goes on is just west of Seattle. Surrounded by the waters of the Puget Sound is an island. On that island is the Blake Island School of Magic. A decade ago it was known for producing some of the most talented awakened in the world. That reputation was hijacked by the wealthy corporate elite who now park their teenage children there. And since it's a boarding school, their parents mostly forget about them. Three young people, who are certainly not wealthy or elite, are chosen this year to attend this school of magic in hopes of revitalizing their reputation for talent. One from the ash drifts of the Puyallup Barrens, one from the most densely populated slum hive in the world and one from prison. This is their story. -- This story is set in the Shadowrun universe. If you're not familiar with Shadowrun, it mostly tells the stories of deniable mercenaries called shadowrunners in a cyberpunk dystopia. Instead of telling another story solely about shadowrunners, this story will tell the tale of young people navigating a world that is indifferent to them at best and actively hostile at worst. Shadowrunners will be in the story and we'll see them operate, but they won't be its main focus. This story originally began in 2017 as a passion project and continues to this day on the Somethingawful.com forums. The unedited version is over a million words strong. There are currently seven books in this series and I am currently in the process of editing them. If you read this story then you won't lack for content. -- The Topps Company, Inc. has sole ownership of the names, logo, artwork, marks, photographs, sounds, audio, video and/or any proprietary material used in connection with the game Shadowrun.
