Winter wonder shit

Caroline dragged Bethan out to the winter wonderland event which was the last place the brunette wanted to spend her day.

"God if your going to spend the whole day in a pissy mood about Tyler I'm going to get drunk" Bethan exclaimed heading into the girl, beth looked around at what was one offer stoping at this beautifully dark painting of a snow flake, the teenage girl admired the brush strokes and shadowing of the piece knowing a lot of work went it to it. The brunette turned around seeing klaus, the hybrid had a smile on his after watching the young artist admire his work

"here to steal tiny tims crutches" she teased the original at the fact he was at the town event.

"dickens was a dark man, you would have like him" the hybrid smirk closing in on the girl. The two had somehow swapped places.

"nice snowflake by the way" Bethan grinned knowing it would annoy him.

"is my work really that literal?" The big bad wolf questioned rolling his eyes at the small minded town.

"Kinda" Bethan laughed as klaus's face dropped, the brunette shook her head laughing.

" kidding, there's something lonely about it like an expression of post modernism" The teenager analysed his work as she traced the detailed and precise brush strokes on the painting.

"well I'll take that as a compliment. Can I offer you some champagne?" Klaus asked gesturing to glasses or free bubbly set up on the bar.

"I can't too many prying adult eyes, don't want to be a high school cautionary tell at the next town meeting- again" Bethan told him rolling her emerald green eyes.

"well it's a good thing the high school part is nearly over" klaus smiled the human rolled her eyes once again.

"if we are going to be nice to each other I'm going to need that glass of champagne or the bottle" Bethan stated klaus had a clear smile on his face moving to grab one from behind the bar.

"is that our thing?" Stepping closer to our green eyes Gilbert looking down at the brunette beauty infront of him.

"we don't have a thing" Bethan responded pushing him back by his chest.

"well then allow me" klaus went to fetch bethan and him self a drink. Unknown to the teenager was that Caroline didn't bring her here to have a fun day out but she and Stefan was using Bethan as klaus bait while they stole his sword.

C. He took the bait, he's trying to woo Beth as we speak

C. Please we already have one Gilbert sister failing for the wrong guy don't need another.

Klaus came back with a bottle of champagne and the two found a booth to sit in, leaving Bethan out of direct view from any noisy adults

"can I ask you something?" Bethan asked klaus tilting her head to the side.

"you just did love" he cheekily responded and she gave the hybrid a playful glare.

"I'm serious" she groaned throwing her back.

"go ahead" klaus actually liked bethan wanting to have a conversation with him.

"I've been feeling weird lately, like I'm getting this surges of power" she started, the original watched as her voice became lower and softer.

"and what wrong about that?" Klaus asked looking Bethan in the eye

"it's normally when I'm angry and I have this strong desire to kill the person making me angry" the hybrid looked at Beth seeing that what ever this was, it was scaring her. The original held her hand making the brunette look at him.

"Bethan I watched you and your friends for a while now, you bottle up your emotions and get on with life, most of the time those emotions show in fits of rage, there is nothing to be worried about" he comforted the girl. Bethan gave him a small smile ignoring the weirdness she felt when klaus touched her and decided to drink her champagne. That's when her phone starts ringing.

A. Bethan it's April

B. Oh hey April what's up?

A. The mayor has give me this big list of things to do and I have no idea how to do any of them and it's my job as miss mystic I wanna do well-

B. Meet me by the clock tower, I'll help you with the list and teach you how to survive the mayor.

A. Thank you Beth your a life saver.

Bethan put the phone down

"duties calls" she told klaus waving her phone in the air.

"by all means love, go save the day" he teased at her teenage problem Bethan started to leave when she turned around coming back to klaus.

"thank you though" Bethan was truly thankful, she kissed his cheek before going to play super girl leaving klaus with a huge grin on his face.

Word had reached Beth about the 12 hybrids klaus slaughtered as she walked home for the wonder land. She didn't know what to think, the fact her friends and family didn't care enough to share with her or the way they used her as bait to keep him occupied while they tried to kill. Maybe it was the fact klaus redeems him self a little only to take three steps back all our Gilbert girl knew was that she angry.
