Right now, we were in the car, driving to Mariam's house. Baba didn't come only Mama and I went, because it was the only day I get to see Mariam with a short dress and hair out of the Hijab. In Islam, before you get married to yoir future bride, you get to see her body first; but NO touchy, lol😂. You do it to still make sure you want her, check her out before you get married.
"AHHHH MAMA WHERE'S MY MAKEUP?" I asked. Mama handed it to me and went downstairs to see Marwan and Tante Lushi. OHHH GOD! I got into this dress, did my hair like this and did this makeup look:

After I was all dressed, I walked downstairs to see Marwan and Tante Lushi. Well Tante Lushi saw me like this, so she wasn't really surprised. Marwan, on the other hand was STUNNED. His jaw LEGIT dropped to the floor. Tante Lushi nudged him a bit giving him a funny 'you serious i've seen this before' kind of look. Oh and forgot to mention, this is how Tante Lushi looks like:
Marwan came and held his hand out to guide me to the couch. "Thanks. These heels are hard to walk in." I said, in Arabic. He smiled at me and I returned the smile. Marwan was wearing a pretty good looking tux and his hair was styled this way:

After they left (they stayed for 30 minutes), I got dressed into something a bit more comfy and cozy; like some sweats. I went to my room and decided to call May. We haven't talked in forever.
Right now, I was cooking dinner with Adel. "Cucumber?" I asked him, reffering to putting it in the stew we were making. He tossed the cucumber over to me and luckily, I caught it. I've been pregnant for two and a half months now and I was REALLY craving cucumbers! I felt hands massaging my neck and it felt so good. "Oh, right there. Yea it hurts a lot." I said. I stopped cutting the cucumbers and turned around to cup his face in my hands. "I love you so much. And I am proud to be the mother of your son or daughter." I said. "No honey, OUR son or daughter." He said. He leaned in for a kiss, when my phone rang. I quickly swiped my head away, letting him kiss air😂. He groaned. He groaned again. "Later, later. Mariam's facetiming me." I said, not looking up from my phone.

Mariam: Today was the day he saw me in the short dress! He thought I looked good teheh. And his Mom did too!
May: Congrats. You like my new crop top? Don't worry, I only wear crop tops at girl parties and at home; in front of mahrams.

May: Kay Adel's a little kranky right now and I'm making dinner so I gotta head out. But come for dinner sometime! Maybe even sleep over.
