As Kuro sat up from where he was laying from, he felt something drop off his shoulders.
He looked down to see a blanket half way off the couch and half way on the floor ' I don't remember going to sleep with a blanket... Unless' " Um... Kuro".
As Kuro looked over to where the voice was coming from, he saw a madly blushing Mahiru standing in the door way to where the kitchen was ' SHIT... DID HE SEE THE CAKE??!!'.
As Kuro looked at the blushing Mahiru, he stood up from the couch and walked up to Mahiru, but stopped a few feet away.
As he was standing there he remembered Mahiru asking something " Yes... Mahiru?" he asked " Um... Kuro d-did you per-perhaps make t-that cake?" he asked blushing like an idiot " Yes, yes I did " he said a bit scared.
Mahiru looked at Kuro in the eyes, or at least trying to " Do y-you mean wh-what is wr-writen on the c-cake?" Mahiru asked blushing alot more than he was before.
Kuro hesitated before he finally answered " Yes,yes I do mean it " Kuro looked at Mahiru, in the eyes, Mahiru could tell from his eyes he was telling the truth.
Mahiru jumped into Kuro's arms for a hug and they almost toppled over if Kuro didn't catch him.
Kuro was surprised at first but, hugged back instead, he was happy that Mahiru wasn't angry at him but, was a bit confused cause after a while he heard soft sniffles.
Kuro was worried that he did something wrong " Mahiru are you okay?!" " Yeah... Just happy that you aren't lying ".
As Kuro hugged him tightly he said four words to Mahiru " I love you, Mahiru " Mahiru broke the hug looked into Kuro's eyes and said " I love you too, Kuro" he said with a smile.
