Hey guys I'm back with another chapter please don't kill me any way with School starting back up I won't be able to update a lot but I'm trying anyway on with the chapter.

Mahi's pov

As I slowly woke up to the dark room, I tried to look for Kuro but didn't find him anywhere so I decided to go to the living room.

When I entered the living room and looked around on the couch laid the lazy ass himself I was about to wake him up to scold him for making me worry.

But when I saw him sleeping peacefully I couldn't do it so I went to get a blanket from my closet and placed it over him.

I could feel my face heat up from just looking at his peaceful sleeping face I slapped myself mentally for blushing at him 'stop it, Mahiru your just putting a blanket over him so stop blushing already'.

As I quickly and quietly left the room towards the kitchen I couldn't help but smile a little knowing he's safe here instead of out there ' well I better make something to eat for him when he wakes up '.

When I open the fridge to grab some eggs I found something surprising in the very back of the fridge was a cake decorated and everything.

I grabbed it out of the fridge and set it at the table I looked at it ' where'd this cake come from I don't remember buying one and I certainly don't remember baking one ' .

As I was looking at the cake something caught my eyes there was writing on the cake it read

I Love You, Mahiru.
