"Why though? Why need to go through of all of that? " Mahiru said.
"Well, I was hoping to break your bond between That Servamp of yours. As soon as you know that the sloth killed his own Creator then you'll leave him behind. Then I'll can kill you and capture that Stupid sloth and surrender him to C3. But my patience seems to run out since you guys are always together. " The man said.
Mahiru was surprised with that." Kuro... Did what...? " Mahiru said.
" Oh? You didn't know~ So, thats why you guys still are together." The man said smirking.
" Let me you tell you a story then. Long, long time ago. There is this human who pick 8 lucky people to give them the power of Immortality. This man was a simple man who was living peacefully. He was nice and and lovable man, but one day he was killed by a Giant Black lion or shall we call him The Servamp of Sloth:Sleepy Ash~" The man said smirking.
" To think, that man was the man who took care of him, care for him, and even give him a blessing with powers. In the end he returns the favor by ending the man's life. " The Man said.
Mahiru was surprised with that.
" No Kuro won't do something like that! ". Mahiru said.
" Oh~ Really? How about we heard what Sleepy Ash to say about this~ right? Servamp of Sloth. " The man said smirking.
Kuro didn't answered. He look down as he shadowed his eyes.
It doesn't matter really." Mahiru said.
Kuro and the man surprised with that.
"Beside, Its already in the past right?" Mahiru said and kuro look at Mahiru, he didn't expect Mahiru to act like this. He expect that Mahiru would leave him and run away.
"I really don't care what Kuro did in the past. What I care is who is Kuro now." Mahiru said giving a sincere smile.
"The Kuro I'd know is someone who's shy, kind and a very very lazy one. So if your talking about him might kill someone including me I believe he won' t do it." Mahiru said.
"Why...?" The man asked as he was surprised that Mahiru can be this posotive.

"His really lazy, He'll just end up saying *Its too troublesome or Its such a pain* (Mahiru said trying to mi-mic Kuro) and he'll ignore you to play a game, eat or sleeps. Thats what all he did on those days when his with me. Right Kuro? " Mahiru said with a smile.
Kuro was surprised with Mahiru's word. He really didn't expect that Mahiru would say something like this and be optimistic after hearing his regret.
His biggest sin
The thing that he was living for this past years.
He was stuck on living that regret.
He even hated himself more
Despite hisself for what he have done.
But his eve.
His eve.
To say that he doesn't care.
Thats something, Kuro wasn't expecting.
He felt the same feeling he felt when Mahiru gave color to his dark world. He felt the same emotion when His eve pull him out from the darkness. Help him escape that stupid ball he was trap in.
"Menduksei..." Kuro said.
"See, I told you so." Mahiru said.
"So from the start, That plan of yours won't work." Mahiru said.
"No, No, no, This is not supposed to happened!" The man said.
"Well, sorry if you failed." Mahiru said.
"No, no, no, I never failed. Damn! YOU!" The man said and throw another Knife and Kuro is too weak to respond since he was stab by that stupid knife earlier.
And Mahiru is too shock to react. But he remember his lead is still in the broom form so he uses that to lift them both up and avoid it.
"Kuro drink again so You could gain your strength any moment now were go crashing." Mahiru said because he knew his lead doesn't have a stiring wheel to stir.
Kuro bite again, chains appeared and this time both of them land on top of that man making that man trap enough so that the man can't use any of his tricks again.
Mahiru sigh. "Damn I'm tired." Mahiru said.
"Me too~ You should treat me some 10 cups of ramen or more." Kuro complain.
Mahiru pull the chain to straggle Kuro.
"Itei!" Kuro said
"10 Cup noodles of ramen or more isn't healthy so No!" Mahiru said.

"Menduksei... Your really are a troublesome person. Can't deal." Kuro said.
"Get the hell of me! And let me go!" The man struggle as Kuro was gripping his two hand on the back, with just one hand.
Kuro grip it tighter.
"Ack!" The man groan in pain.
"We will let you go, Just give me an explanation as to why you did all of this. First stop is my family, why did you kill them?" Mahiru said and kneel down infront of the man.
"Your an idiot!" The man said and smirk.
"In human world, if your family is somehow associated with political issue ofcourse you'll get killed. Your father just got caught for something he didn't do, but his family did." The man said.
"Your father runs away from his family when he was 10 together with his butler and was force to come back when he was 20 years old. His family gave throw him the burden that they made to him and he tried fixing it but he failed. He can't run away from his family sins. Thats why, when one of his family enemies hired me to wipe out his family I accept the job and I got payed big time. " The man said.
"Then Why do you need to go after me for all those years, and why did join C3?" Mahiru asked.
"Its because when I found out that I failed my mission its humiliating for a professional hit man like me. The mission is to wipe out the Yanase's family. Technically your still the son of Haruki Yanase even if you don't remember much about him, so that means My mission failed. Do you know that just destroyed something inside me!? " The man said struggle harder to get out of Kuro's grip but Kuro made it Tighter.
" Ack!" The man groan in pain.
" Thats why I track Maki down, but she is good at Hiding you and her self. She is good a dodging all the attemps that I try to kill her and you, until finally I manage to kill her, yet again you survived. During those times too, I already heard about the C3 organization and start investigating. As soon as I found out that they had some advance weapons and some powers, I'd join them. Each one of them, each C3 members had given one task. To bring a servamp in their hands so that they could experiment on them. Each one of us had different plan to get those servamps and I got my own. My plan is supposed to be killing two birds with one stone. I'd kill you because you represent my failure, and I'll bring the sloth to the C3. " The man said.
"Heh~ What a pathetic reason." Ryusei said.
"Ah! You guys." Mahiru said and look behind and saw Koyuki and Ryusei.
"Pathetic Reason?" Koyuki said.
"His really low, lowest than lowest." Ryusei said and look at the man boringly.
"What the hell you said!?" The man yelled.
"Its excatly what I said. Your such a perfectionist that your not willing to accept just one mistake and let it slip. Now where did it brought you?" Ryusei said.
"To another Failure." Mahiru said.
"Correct" Ryusei said.
"I really don't get it?" Koyuki said.
"You idiot. This man tried killing Mahiru because of the mission he failed in the past. The instruction is to wipe out the Yanase's family but since Mahiru is still alive and part of that Family his mission failed." Ryusei said.
"Ah~ Okay. I get it now. But he also failed with his second mission too." Koyuki said.
"Damn! You!" The man said and suddenly kick Kuro away from him and he run away.
"Ah! Kuro!" Mahiru said.
"Hey his escaping!" Ryusei said.
The man suddenly got a gun from his pocket. "I can't... I can't failed... I was a perfect Hit Man. No mission is failed! THATS HOW IS IT! But to think... I failed Twice..." The man said angry at first then look down sadly.
"I failed Twice!... Its unacceptable." The man said as he raise the gun and point it at his head.
Mahiru, Kuro, Ryusei and Koyuki was surprised with that.
"Ah! wait!" Mahiru said.
BANG!
Too late.

Apollyon's Curse
Within the pages of folklore and fantasy, tales of people who chase after the dream of eternity, of living forever, rarely find a happy ending. They are either struck by the grim truth of reality, give up, and return to mortality or face a ghastly realization of their wishes. The latter often the worse fate, as they come to realize, only far too late, that what they sacrificed was worth far more than the time they gained. Ultimately, the common thread in these stories is that “immortality is as much a curse as it is a blessing”. People either realize it early and give up or are doomed to inevitably face its consequences. In the world Enrich lives in, that saying does hold merit. Every pathway towards eternal life has shackles of its own. They bring those high above down to the ground, evening the playing field. It is thanks to these fundamental laws that ambitious mortals are able to defy the heavens and achieve immortality themselves. The variety of methods result in each of these bindings varying in intensity and degree of freedom. Enrich’s path doesn't break this trend. Though, after what he did to himself, most wouldn’t even consider him a living thing anymore. On the day of his ascension, a world’s worth of souls were melted and recast. On that day, the human’s path had reached its conclusion, recast into Apollyon. An artifact, a weapon, is eternal, after all. As for the curse? The payment will be made, as it must. So why not offload the curse to someone else? Mortals throw their lives away for all manner of petty reasons, noble or otherwise, especially in desperation. Eventually, someone will be willing to foot the bill. Most will if given the chance. The bait is far too tempting, after all. Power, status, knowledge. All at their fingertips. If only they say “yes”. And Apollyon is very willing to help any lost souls. If they give up everything in return, of course.
