Mahiru's uncle then notice something. In the corner of the living room he saw a Box.

He walk near the box and saw there are some things there. But what caught him was a picture Frame.

He got the picture Frame and sat down on the couch.

"Hey, Mahiru are you planning to keep this?" His uncle said.

Mahiru was just done washing the dsishes and he walk to the living room and sat down near his uncle side as he saw the picture frame.

Mahiru was suddenly surprised when he saw the person in the picture.

The picture was A Teenage with ponytail brown hair smiling while her eyes close on the left side she is wearing a simple long sleeve and a white jeans, (Mahiru concluded this was Maki. His mother) In the middle was a woman with long brown hair, Her hair will go down until it reach her knees. and she is wearing a simple Blue Yukata, in hers right was a teenage boy with slightly brown hair, Brown eyes and was smiling.

The woman who was wearing a Blue Yukata. He thinks he saw that woman before...

He... Saw him before...

He suddenly saw a scene.

"Mahiru! Run, Don't let him Catch you!" The same woman in the picture he saw earlier said

"No, I don't want To leave without you! Mom! " Little Mahiru said with tears already falling from his eyes.

BANG!

BANG!

2 shots from the back chest was all it take for Mahiru to witness the death of that woman.

"MOM!!"

Mahiru went beside his Dying mother. "Mom! Your bleeding!" Mahiru said Worried as his tears can't stop falling.

"Run, Now... That bad man will kill you... If you... Don't... Pls... Live... Mahiru..." the woman with said and she looks like she was dying.

"NO!!! PLS WAKE UP!! MOM!!" Mahiru said and cried.

"MOM!" Mahiru said and keep crying

Mahiru groan and have an head ache all of the sudden.

"Hm? Are you okay?" His uncle asked him.

Mahiru groan a bit. "Yeah, Just an headache." Mahiru said and gave a weak smile.

"Hmm, are you sleeping enough? Is there something bothering you?" His uncle ask in concerned.

"Nothing really much. I just got a sudden headache, I don't know why though..." Mahiru said and assured his uncle. He doesn't want to make his uncle worried.

"Okay, If you have something on your mind. You know you could always tell me right?" His uncle said and Mahiru nod.

"Of course." Mahiru said and smile.

"Telling your problem is better rather than keeping it alone." His uncle said and pat him on his head.

"I know that." Mahiru said.

"You know you should take care of this picture frame. This picture is precious to your mother you know" His uncle said.

"Really? Why?" Mahiru asked.

"Didn't I tell you before that this 3 are best friends, or you forgot?" Uncle said.

Kuro heard that and he was surprised. Mahiru too, since he knew he lost some of his memories. He can't let his uncle find out about that or it will be more complicated to explained.

" You did? I seems to forget. " Mahiru said.

" How can your forget something so important!?" His uncle said and Gave a flick on the forehead.

"I'm sorry." Mahiru said and pout.

"Fine then, I'll tell you this once so don't forget okay?" His uncle said and Mahiru nod.

"This 3 are childhood Friends. They are Friends since Elementary. You already know maki, now this girl wearing a Yukata is Sakurapiya and this guy is Haruki. Maki said to me once that the only person she love was this guy Haruki. But, When she confess to Haruki she got rejected and turns out that this Haruki guy love Sakurapiya the most. Sakurapiya too love Haruki, so they decided at the age of 20 they got married. Maki was heartbroken for sure, its hard for her to accept the truth but she did. She did everything to support her two best friends even if it hurts. Beside like she always said, 'That is what friends for right?'" His uncle explained.

" I see... But, why I didn't met them before... Or I have? " Mahiru asked.

"Not really. You see, Haruki run away from his family when he was 10. He lives with his previous butler's family because Haruki doesn't like his own family. He lives in Tokyo after that unti he reach 20, well thats what I know but..." His uncle said and look down.

" 5 months after the wedding, Haruki's family found him and force him to go back onto their side. Ofcourse his newly wife which is Sakurapiya went with him so Thus Maki. I don't know what my sister see in that guy, but I guessed the friendship of those 3 are more stronger. So Maki followed the two. when at the age of 30 she finally return with you such a 6 years oldkid with her. She said your her son, and we were confuse. We ask where your father is and she only reply that 'that bastard' just left without saying goodbye. " His uncle explains.

" I see. Then what happened to this two? " Mahiru asked.

His uncle look down sadly.

" They were killed. " His uncle said and Mahiru was surprised with that.

" What!? How? " Mahiru said and surprised with that.

"I asked your mother about this two and she said that they were gone. She doesn't want me to tell the details until I saw a news in T. V. A long time ago. That the Yanase's Mansion was burned. The whole mansion was burn into ash and it no one survived. According to the investigation the people living there were killed first before the place was burn through explosion. " His uncle said.

" Yanase's mansion? " Mahiru asked.

" Ah~ Its Haruki's last name." His uncle said.

" Then could it be... " Mahiru said looking down.

" Yeah, I asked your mother if she knew about this and it took me a year to get a clear Answer." His uncle said.

" A year? Thats a long time. " Mahiru said.

" She always dodge the question everytime I talk about them or ignore them. But, I guessed a miracle happened one day and she finally told me. Haruki's family was actully involved in something illegal. They have an illegal business in Japan involving politics and many more. Thats why when Haruki found out about his Family when he was 10, he run away together with his butler. And his butler took care of him well, this story is according to your mother." His Uncle explained.

" Then what happened next? " Mahiru asked.

"Well, after that. Your mother told me that the day Haruki was forced to go back to his family, Haruki did all he can to refused the offer. But, his own family threatened him, a threat that Haruki can't refused so he went back to his family even if he doesn't want too. " Haruki said.

" Why did his family wanted him back? " Mahiru asked.

" Well, The Yanase's heir all died. And the only Blood related to them that is a possible heir is Haruki itself thats why they want him back. " His uncle said.

" I see. " Mahiru said.

"Then after that, My sister told me that the mansion where Haruki and Sakurapiya was staying was massacred before it was set on fire by Haruki's family enemies. I asked here how did she knows all about this and she said part of that was her fault. I asked her how but I nevet got a clear answer until the day she died in that accident." His uncle said.

" I see, Thats a sad story. I didn't know mom's friends were involved in this kind... " Mahiru said and look down.

" Thats How life works. There will a time where we lost someone who was dear to us. But, that doesn't mean you need to lost your own life too right? Afterall, Your still breathing and you should move on and accept your mistake and live happily. Your life won't be forever but as long as your living it would be an adventure everyday. " His uncle said.

"ah~ I wish I could tell my sister that before she died." His uncle said.

"Why?" Mahiru asked.

"You see, everytime I asked her about this topic she always gave me a sad look. A look like she regret doing something." His uncle said.

"I see. Regret... Its really is a pain when you regret something." Mahiru said.

Kuro for once agreed to that.

"Ah~ its Natural that we made regrets. But, its not natural when you try to live your world with that regret. Regret, once you regret something you always felt bad doing that right?. But, you know you should leave it in the past and move forward. Why try to live in the past when you can live in the present with a mystery world that a waits you? Time moves forward, so thus any living person should do. " His uncle said.

" Move Forward.... Huh... Its like its too troublesome... " Kuro thought but, he knows that what Mahiru's uncle just said affect him a little. He knows for how many centuries, he was living with hisnown regret, created a monochrome world where he was trap there. Without Mahiru, he wouldn't be able to get out of that world.

With out Mahiru who pulled him out, he would never been able to move forward.

He guessed he already did move Forward.

He gave a glance to Mahiru's uncle.

He raise Mahiru well.

So thus, Mahiru's mother.

"Yeah, I guessed Uncle is right. But I'm sure that even you didn't said those words To my mom. She was able to hear what your heart wanted to say when she was gone. I'm sure about it." Mahiru said.

"Damn, My sister really raised you well." His uncle said and mess up with his hair.

"Here. Make sure to take care of that." His uncle said and gave the picture frame to Mahiru.

"Hm... I will. Mom had some nice friends." Mahiru said.

"You do have some nice friends right now right?" His uncle said.

"Yeah, Kuro is one of them." Mahiru said.

Kuro was surprised with that.

"Heh~ thats great." Mahiru's uncle said.

"His a very important friend." Mahiru said cheerfully.

"Friend...." Kuro thought. Somehow it makes his inside felt flattered with that.

"I'm glad to hear that Mahiru." Mahiru's Uncle said.

"I'm also glad that I have better friends" Mahiru said and smile.
