Mahiru groan and wake up. He open his eyes and felt dizzy at first. He blink once and twice until his vision is cleared. He sat up, but he fall again since somehow he felt really tired, he felt weak. He rest for a minute before he decided to sat up again and look around, his in unfamiliar room again.

He look around the room and saw that His Black cat was resting on the edge of the bed, near his hand.

Mahiru sigh in relief and Pat the black cat.

"Your awake~" The Lazy cat said and jump down on to the floor and transform into a vampire form.

"Kuro? Where are we?" Mahiru said.

"In Doubt's eve place." Kuro said.

"Doubt...? Ah! I see." Mahiru said, but soon he remember that he is in Mikuni's place.

"Well, can you tell me what happened?" Mahiru said.

Mahiru then got out of the bed, make sure to fix it and walk out of the room.

"You pass out for no reason. Its too troublesome though. " Kuro said.

"How long?" Mahiru asked.

"5 hours." Kuro said.

"I see. I remember were talking about that Guy who kidnapped me, and I think I remember something. Somehow..." Mahiru said not sure what he saw before he pass out.

He felt dizzy, weak and tired again. He held his head and was about to pass out but Kuro held him.

" Thanks." Mahiru said and stand up properly now.

" I think we should go home, its a pain to stay here longer. "Kuro said.

" Hm... "Mahiru said and they existed the room and met everyone else on the living room.

" Ah! Your awake. " Mikuni said.

" Are you okay Big Brother Mahiru? " Tetsu asked.

" Yeah... I think so.. " Mahiru said.

" Thats good to hear. You pass out of all the sudden." Mikuni said.

"Sorry to worry you guys. But I guess its better if Me and Kuro go home for today." Mahiru said.

"Well, The sun is starting to set already. We should go now." Misono said.

They then went out of the Place.

"Thank you for today Mikuni-san." Mahiru said and bow politely.

"No, No, Its fine. I'm glad to help." Mikuni said

"Tsk, Its obvious you had some weird intensions." Misono said and turn away as he start walking away.

"How cold of you, Abel-chan is sad." Mikuni said

"Tsk." Misono said and ignore his brother.

"Well, You guys be careful." Mikuni said.

"We will. Thank you." Mahiru said as they started walking away.

But, Jeje then grab Kuro's hand to make him stay fot a bit. Jeje handed Kuro a black potion.

Kuro look at it confused.

"Just incase you change your mind. Just drink it and you will go inside Mahiru's mind." Mikuni explained.

"Well, then You should catch up with your eve bye bye." Mikuni said and push Kuro further away before they went inside of the store.

Kuro look at the potion and sigh. He kept it inside of his pocket.

"This is too troublesome." Kuro said and follow his eve.

"So you do remember something?" Old Child asked as he sat on his eve shoulder.

They are currently walking in the street.

"Somehow... Its kinda Blurry." Mahiru said.

"Did you remember his face?" Misono asked.

"No, I only remember he had a scary voice and..." Mahiru said and suddenly he had a vision of him screaming in pain while a Knife was cutting his neck.

Badump.

Mahiru groan in pain slightly.

"Are you okay?" Misono asked worried.

"Yeah... Just felt dizzy." Mahiru said.

"This is really troublesome. If C3 had a trick like this on their sleeves isn't our Eves are danger as well?" Old Child said.

"Probably." Lily said.

"Tsk, That bastard. What the hell is his goal to begin with? To think he only targeted Mahiru." Misono said.

"If what Doubt's eve said was true, then its something to do with Mahiru himself." Old Child said.

"But what possible bad things that Big Brother Mahiru could do?" Tetsu asked.

"Who knows. But, His prctically harmless." Old Child said.

"Well, Whats important that you need to be more careful from now on Mahiru. Who knows what might that bastard's next move." Misono said.

"I'm not worried about that since Kuro is here with me." Mahiru said.

"You really trust The sloth that much huh..." Old Child said.

"Well yeah, I know Kuro would protect me if Something happens and if I can do the same I would. Kuro is important person to me that I don't wanna lose." Mahiru said and gave a sincere smile.

Kuro was surprised hearing that, but felt flattered at the same time.

" Menduksei... " Kuro said.

" You sloth better treasure your eve today, you might never find someone like him ever again. He is afterall a rare human being." Old Child said.

"a troublesome one...." Kuro said. "I wish he can stay by my side forever... But thats not possible. Such a pain..." Kuro thought.

"Well, This is where me and Hugh will go. You guys should be careful." Tetsu said.

"You too Tetsu, Hugh-san. I'm sorry If I can't remember you." Mahiru said.

"Its okay, For me you never did change at all. Its like you didn't lost your memories." Tetsu said.

"His right, If I were to conclude you and the sloth seems to got more closer than before." Old Child said.

"You think so?" Mahiru said and look at Kuro.

"Menduksei..." Kuro said.

"Well, were going." Tetsu said.

"Okay, Bye." Mahiru said.

"Bye." Misono said.

"I gussed I'll wait here for the car. You two go ahead." Misono said.

"hmm. Thank you for everything Misono." Mahiru said.

"Its fine." Misono said.

"Then were going. Bye Misono, Lily-san." Mahiru said.

"Finally home. I gussed I'll take a quick shower and I'll go to bed. I wonder why I was tired even though I was unconscious for 5 Hours." Mahiru said as he walk inside the house.

"You don't seems to be having a peaceful sleep at that time. Your like in pain. " Kuro said walking towards thr living room and settle on the couch.

"Really?" Mahiru said.

"Its like your having a troublesome dream." Kuro said. "A night mare to be exact." Kuro thought.

"I see, I can't really remember about. My dream. Sorry If I made you worried." Mahiru said.

"Meduksei..." Kuro said.

"Well, Then. I'll go and take a shower, you stay here and if your hungry you can have some cup noodles in the cabinet. But don't eat it all, I don't have any allowance anymore to buy some more." Mahiri said.

"Menduksei...." Kuro said and plug his game. His not really hungry. His mind seems to be focusing on the time where Mahiru is unconscious because Mahiru keep groaning, and sometimes scream silently in pain.

Its like Mahiru was really hurting and base from Mahiru's injuries when Kuro find him that day, It was like tortured.

Which Kuro doesn't want to imagine. Those things wouldn't happened if he protect his Eve properly.

Those won't happened.

Kuro clench his controller.

Then his eve smile appeared on his mind.

Right, the most important thing is tbat his eve was alright and somehow his eve is same as ever. Kuro is glad about that.

He then got the potion that Mikuni gave to him. He look at it and he stand up. He walk towards the window and slid it open and throw the bottle as far as he can. He then walk inside, close the window and curtain.

"Thats too troublesome." Kuro said.

He know mahiru invade his mind so that he won't be stuck at that stupid darkness of a ball. But, he can't do The same to mahiru. Its like its invading his Eve's pivacy. Well, there is no privacy since Kuro knows Mahiru inside out. Mahiru is a person you could easily understand since his a simple minded person.

The past Mahiru too knows about Kuro almost everything too.

And Kuro was pretty sure that The past Mahiru knows, that he doesn't trust his ownself.

Yet, Mahiru accepted him as he is.

His eve is really something.

His siblings were right. He should treasure his Eve more.

Because Mahiru is more than just an Eve.

His the person that he love.
