《With You [Cannon Kuroo x reader]》Long Distance Date

[ Start Winter ]
* Obvious time skip to winter *
It was the second week of winter meaning there was no snow. Y/N woke up feeling pretty excited because she had a date with Kuroo. She brushed her teeth and her hair and ate breakfast. Since the two weren't meeting up till 9:30, she had time to clean up and get ready. It was already 8:45, so Y/N wanted to get changed and get all of her things. She wore her outfit for the day (shown below) and she got all of her things. This includes her mini backpack, to store her phone, wallet, bandages, hand sanitizer, keys, and the rings. After getting all of her materials together, she left the apartment for the day to meet up with Kuroo in Osaki city.
(Feel free to use this outfit, or imagine your own)
* First person POV and time skip due to train ride *
I got off the train and headed over to our meeting area, which was near Naruko Valley. I had the bus drop me off pretty close to the valley, so it wasn't a big problem walking here. After a while of walking, I saw trees with multi-color leaves and a nice pathway so I knew I was on the right path. Not many people were here, mainly because this place is more popular during the fall season. I stopped at the beginning of the trail to wait for Kuroo. I didn't mind because he did live five-plus hours away from me. I started to get lost in my train of thought until I felt a pair of cold hands covering my eyes.
"Surprise Chibi chan, guess who I am," Kuroo exclaimed.
"Hey, Tetsu san." I said with a bright smile, excited to see him again. He was wearing a nice red coat, along with a dark grey turtleneck and dark pants.
( Think of this if my description is too bad )
"Aw, I thought I really surprised you." Kuroo pouted as his hands left my face and moved to my hands.
"Yeah but your hands are always cold, so of course I knew," I said as we walked down the steps.
"Well do you not like my cold hands," Kuroo said, squeezed my hand lightly.
"No, I like it, this makes your hands different from others." I admitted with a blush.
Kuroo smiled as he put my right hand into his pocket (you two are still holding each other's hand btw ). The two kept on walking while enjoying the view together. "Chibi chan, did you know that when couples kiss or hold hands you release oxytocin," Kuroo exclaimed, "this is why you feel relaxed after this happens, so do you want to help me release some?"
"Yeah sure." I said with a smile. Kuroo and I stopped in the middle of the path for a kiss. I could tell that Kuroo expected me to ask him to bend down a bit, but I surprised him and grabbed the lapel of his coat, and kissed him on his lips. Kuroo's eyes were still open or a slight second, but he then melted into the kiss. I pulled my face away suddenly, but he just used his cold hand to gently pull my face back to his again for another sweet kiss.
"Thanks for helping me release some oxytocin Chibi chan," Kuroo thanked.
"No problem Tetsu san, and thank you for letting me release some as well," I exclaimed with a light giggle, as I took a hold of his hand again.

He continued to put my right hand into his pocket, while still holding it. "What was so funny about that comment hmm?" Kuroo asked.
"It's nothing, I find it cute that you think using such big words make you cool." I complimented him.
"Oh um thanks Chibi chan," Kuroo replied with a slight blush, "Um I'd like to hear something like that from you?"
"What do you mean by that Kuroo san?" I asked, putting on a confused face.
"I want to hear a pick-up line or something," Kuroo clarified, " things that I would say, but in your math way."
"Oh hmm let me think," I said thinking about what I should say. We walked a bit farther before I could tell him my pick up line. "Oh, I know!" I exclaimed, " It doesn't take a calculator to feel our hearts summation."
"Oh that was actually smart," Kuroo replied.
"Did you expect something else?" I asked.
"No I expected something easy to understand," Kuroo answered, "like they say it's one plus one but we'll make the perfect two."
"Do you want to play a little game," I suggested, "whoever gets more flustered first loses."
"Oh you're on, what are the punishments," Kuroo asked.
"I guess we can decide later right." Y/N said.
"That's true, so you want to start."
"Yeah sure um," Y/N said, "Are you √(2), 'cause I feel irrational around you."
"That was smart, let me see," Kuroo replied, "If I were an enzyme, I'd be a DNA helicase so I could unzip your genes."
"Well, you and I would add up better than a Riemann sum."
"According to the second law of thermodynamics, you're supposed to share your hotness with me."
"You look sweeter than 3.14."
"Do you have 11 protons? Because you are sodium fine."
"That was smooth, you must've had a lot of practice with this." I said with a giggle.
"Thank you Chibi chan, now let's keep going."
"My liking for you is fractal, it goes on forever."
"That's a good one," Kuroo complimented, "I could really see myself periodically doing you on a table."
"Oh that was um." I let out with a light blush.
"It was what Chibi chan," Kuroo taunted, "did you give up."
"Yeah I do," I admitted, "you don't really mean that right."
"Well I mean if we're dating, then maybe." Kuroo said.
I could feel my face heat up, even in this chilly weather. "Wait sorry it's up to you, well I mean us." Kuroo exclaimed as he shook my shoulders.
"Wait Tetsu san, it's okay we can do that once we can agree when it's time." Kuroo had his confused face on and had his hands still on my shoulder.
"What do you mean by that?" Kuroo asked.
"Don't laugh or anything, but sometimes I would think about this and," Y/N started, "I wanted to do this after we graduate or sometime after that."
"Oh yeah I'd like that a lot actually." Kuroo said with a blush.
I could tell that he genuinely agreed, but just to be sure I asked him. "Hey Tetsu san, don't lie please." I replied with a hard blush.
"Chibi chan I'm not lying, I'd like that," Kuroo said, "unless you wanted to do it before graduation."
"Nope I'm okay," I replied avoiding the topic as I blushed even harder now, "Um let's get going now."

"Okay Chibi chan." Kuroo giggled, due to my flustered face.
"Oh look over there." I exclaimed. Kuroo and I are currently on Naruko Valley's infamous bridge and I found a really nice view. I looked at the view and saw a train pass by through the colorful foliage.
"Let's take a picture together," Kuroo said.
"Do you want a selfie or do you want to ask someone."
"I want to take a selfie, so let's go against the bridge bars." Kuroo suggested.
"Okay then, your phone or mine."
"Your phone please."
"Kay Tetsu san." I agreed. Kuroo and I had our backs almost against the bridge's red bars and I raised my camera. We smiled and before I could take a picture of us standing like that, Kuroo kisses my cheek and that's what came out.
"Oh okay," I said in surprise with a blush, "um let's take a look at the picture."
"That looks pretty nice," Kuroo complimented, "what do you think."
"I really like it, I'll make it my wallpaper right now." I said with a smile.
While I got busy with my wallpaper, Kuroo was checking the time. "Chibi chan, let's head back now," Kuroo said ,"it's almost lunch time."
"Okay then, let's go." I agreed.
Kuroo and I walked back while talking about the most random things ever. From science to math and food to bridges. We caught a bus back into the city and a train back to Sendai.
Kuroo and I were currently on a train deciding what to eat this afternoon. "So what do you want for lunch?" Kuroo asked.
"I'm not sure, what about you."
"Well I'm craving Japanese food today, wanna check if something like that is nearby."
"Around the next two stations are restaurants by the beach."
"Yeah I know, do you maybe want to drop by there," Kuroo suggested, "I mean you like the beach, and it would be a great place to eat take out."
"Yeah of course, are you okay with the place Tonkatsu Sugi?" I asked after agreeing with Kuroo.
"Anything is fine as long as they serve Japanese food for me," Kuroo said, muttering the last part, "Demon senpai was craving American food the entire week."
I laugh slightly at his laugh comment. Kuroo looked at me and decided to pull me into his lap. His head was then buried in the crook of my neck hugging me from behind. Throughout the entire train ride to Tonkatsu Sugi, Kuroo would whisper things like "you are so cute" or other compliments, while giving a kiss on my neck from time to time.
We finally got to the closest station to Tonkatsu Sugi, so we took a bus near Fukanuma Beach near that restaurant. When we arrived there, we took a look at the menu outside the restaurant before ordering some food.
The restaurant looked pretty nice and sort of small. The interior had mostly wood designs like an average restaurant like this would. The chairs and tables were neatly organized and a couple groups of people occupied them. Others also occupied the counter, with two chefs serving them. A couple of small trees were in the corner of the shop and the pictures they hung up were nice. There wasn't a line at the take out area, so Kuroo and I got to order our food faster.
"So what would you two like to eat today?" The cashier asked.
"We would like one portion of today's special please." Kuroo replied.
"Okay well today's special is rice with a cabbage salad and tsukemono," the cashier said, "that'll be 840 yen please."
I looked up at Kuroo and said, "Split the bill?"
"Yeah of course." Kuroo said with a smile. The two of us both pulled out 420 yen to pay for the lunch (Y/N doesn't like to watch people pay for her things so does Kuroo, just so you know).
"Thank you for ordering at Tonkatsu Sugi and here's your ticket," the cashier said as he received the money, "your food will be out in a bit, feel free to sit down at a table while you wait."
"Okay, thank you." Y/N said as she flashed a smile at the cashier.
"Thanks and can we have that on to go please." Kuroo added.
The cashier nodded and gave us a thumbs up before leaving.
We both took a seat at a nearby table and talked a bit until the cashier called our ticket number. We received our food and then we walked to the beach for lunch. We stopped by an area with benches under a man-made shade and we sat down for some lunch.
"Alright well let's eat." Kuroo said after he sat down.
"Kay," I agreed, sitting right next to him. I pulled out the food while he pulled out the chopsticks. Both of us said thanks for the food and started to eat while watching the waves crash onto the shores of the beach.
"Hey Chibi chan?"
"Hmm?" I replied, "what is it?"
"Can you feed me, I'm in the mood for that stuff." Kuroo said with a blush.
I nodded before saying, "Yeah sure, do you want cabbage salad or rice with a bit of tsukemono."
"Um the cabbage salad please," Kuroo said as he got closer to me.
"Okay open up." I said as I used my chopstick to pick up the food. I then gently placed the salad into Kuroo's mouth.
"Thanks Chibi chan, do you want to do that too?" Kuroo asked.
"Oh yeah sure," I agreed with a slight blush, "rice and tsukemono please."
"You got it Chibi chan." Kuroo replied. He placed the food in my mouth after getting a chopstick full of it.
After a while later of feeding each other, we finished lunch and threw away the box and chopsticks.
"Hey wait don't throw the bag away, we could use that to carry the shoes." I suggested.
"Oh that's actually a good idea, okay." Kuroo said back, "do you want to take a walk on the beach right now."
"Yeah I was hoping we did."
"Let's get going then, we have two more hours or so before I want to take you somewhere else." Kuroo agreed.
Kuroo and I took off our shoes and rolled up our pants before walking towards the beach and its shores. We were walking for a bit while holding hands, feeling the water wash on to our feet. It was calming mainly because it was the two of us and there weren't a lot of people around, especially during this season. We could see some seagulls here and there along with some crabs walking on the sand. The beach had pretty huge rocks at a corner, which Kuroo and I had just passed.
"Hey Kuroo, I was wondering," I started as I looked up at Kuroo, "if you watch anime like me, do you have any waifus."
"I actually don't have any waifus," Kuroo answered truthfully as he looked down at me, "but I would consider you as my first and only waifu."
I didn't say anything else due to embarrassment. Kuroo wondered what was going on, since he did say the truth, so he stopped walking to bend down to my height to check out what was happening (you two are still holding hands until he stopped btw). I blushed pretty hard as his face got closer to mine.
Kuroo stopped closing in the space between our faces and buried his face into my neck. "God you're so cute I can't." Kuroo whispered softly. He looked up at me and flashed a bright smile before getting on one knee, "Here get on my back," he says.
"Sure," I replied with a smile, returning the favor from before.
I carried the bag of shoes in one hand so that Kuroo could support me with both of his arms. I wrapped my arms around his neck before he stood up and asked, "Are you ready Chibi chan?"
I replied with a short yes and he ran. Even though we were still at the beach, on the shores, his speed was as fast as ever. To be honest I was quite alarmed at his strength and stamina because he was able to run back near the corner of rocks, which we had passed just an hour ago.
"Do you want to get down now," Kuroo said tiredly.
"Yeah I do," I replied as he let me off, "you should've told me if you were tired you know."
"Yeah but I wanted to touch you longer," Kuroo admitted after he bent down and gave me a kiss on my forehead.
Even though I caressed his face after his move, I didn't want to look into his eyes mainly because of embarrassment. Kuroo knew this so he leaned forward to place some kisses on my face. I knew this scene looked really nice because of the sun setting in the background and we were near the shore still.
Kuroo and I headed back to the train station, after leaving the beach. The train wasn't really crowded and we were in a train car by ourselves. Kuroo was humming some sort of song on the train ride, that I couldn't recognize.
"Hey Tetsu san," I asked, "what song are you humming right now."
"Oh that," He said as he took a hold of my right hand, "it's the periodic table song."
I giggled at his ashamed face and said, "Hey there's nothing to be ashamed of, it's pretty cute actually, knowing that my boyfriend is just a good looking nerd."
I could see that Kuroo's face started to heat up as I felt a small squeeze to my hand. "Do you want to learn the song with me?" Kuroo asked.
"Yeah of course, how does it go?" I asked back, agreeing to his proposal.
"Here repeat after me okay," Kuroo guided, "The first lyrics are 'there's hydrogen and helium'."
Kuroo and I learned the first verse together before getting off the train, for our last event of the date together. Since the date today was completely planned by Kuroo, I didn't know where we were going exactly.
"Hey Chibi chan, since we have around thirty minutes before we should walk over to the destination," Kuroo started, "do you want to eat some crepes with me, there's a crepes shop over there."
"Yeah sure," I said as I followed Kuroo over to the shop. The place had a giant window where people could watch the workers make the food. We got in the shop and saw a small line forming. Kuroo and I walked to the line to order our food.
"So what would this lovely couple like today?" the counter lady asked.
"I would like a matcha ice cream crepe with whipped cream," I said replying to the lady, "and my boyfriend would like a tiramisu crepe, please and thank you."
"Can we also have that on to go please thanks." Kuroo added.
"Of course, your order will be out in minutes," the counter lady said, "here is your ticket and the counter person over there will call your number once they're done."
"Thank you, have a nice day." Y/N said.
"Thanks," Kuroo added as his arm snaked around Y/N's waist.
"Thank you, you too." the counter lady said.
Kuroo and I stood in the shop for a couple minutes, waiting for our number to be called. Kuroo stood behind me with his chin resting on my head and his arms around me, pulling me into a soft hug. Our number was called and it scared Kuroo to the point where he practically jumped up in surprise. I couldn't help but giggle at this for a second. I took his hand to bring him over to the other counter, to get our crepes.
Kuroo and I walked out the shop with our crepes, after we paid, and started to head over to our destination. "Sorry about the small jump," Kuroo apologised, "I got a bit too comfortable hugging you."
"No that's alright," I replied before taking a bite of my crepe, "I'm glad we can do those things in public."
"This is why I like you," Kuroo admitted with a smile.
"Hey Tetsu san, I take a bite of your crepe?"
"Yeah sure, can I take a bite of yours then." Kuroo asked back. I nodded before we traded our crepes.
"This tastes pretty good." Y/N complimented, "how is my matcha crepe?"
"It tastes great," Kuroo commented, "can I take another bite before giving this back."
"Yeah sure," I agreed. Kuroo and I took another bite of each other's crepes before returning it back to its rightful owner.
"So Tetsu san, where are we going exactly?" I asked.
"Just wait for a couple more minutes," Kuroo replied, "we're almost there, let's just say that lights are involved."
I looked straight ahead and saw some lighted trees in the distance. I looked up at Kuroo before he said, "We're here Chibi chan."
The both of us got closer to the destination and the view was amazing. Even though there were a couple people around, the illuminated lights still looked really pretty. Every tree on this street was wrapped with lights. The two of us walked while holding hands, admiring the place around us. I could see that Kuroo was looking for something, but I didn't know what. His face lit up when he saw an area on the bridge with one there.
"Chibi chan, follow me for a second," Kuroo said as he headed over to the bridge quickly. I quickly followed behind him, while we still held hands. In the middle of the bridge, he exclaimed, "I have something to tell you!"
"Oh yeah what is it," I asked looking pretty confused.
"I wanted to get us a couple rings, even though there's no special occasion," Kuroo started as he stood up correctly to pull out a black box, "I don't know if you like the design or not but.."
I started to cry due to the happiness he was bringing me. "Wait Chibi chan are you okay, do you not like this ring design, I can trade it in with another or-" Kuroo started again.
