* This is two days after the Training camp btw, still summer *

Y/N woke up this morning at 6:00 am feeling a bit tired and weak. She decided to go and check her temperature and it hit a 38 degrees Celsius (100.6 degrees Fahrenheit).

"Great I have a fever, and it's chore day." Y/N said tiredly, "It's fine all I need to do today is clean up and buy my food for the week."

Y/N headed over to her bathroom for her morning routine. Before she got to brush her teeth, her phone rang and she walked out to pick it up without checking the contact number.

"Hello?" Y/N questioned.

"Hey Chibi chan, it's me your chemistry nerd." Kuroo replied over the phone.

"Oh hi Kuroo san, sorry I didn't check the contact name at first." Y/N replied in a sickly tone.

"That's alright, so how are you doing?" Kuroo asked.

"I'm doing fine, what about you."

"I'm doing well today."

"Hey Kuroo san, I don't mean to be rude or anything, but why'd you call me at 6: 30 in the morning. You should sleep and save your energy."

"Well at 4:00 am I wanted to make a soda for me and my grandparents, so I went out to buy the ingredients. Since I was doing the experiment alone, I wanted to call you so it feels like we're doing it together."

"That's pretty nice Kuroo san, what did you buy for the experiment."

"My grandma loves anything lemon flavored so I bought two lemons for the drink, including baking soda, and some ice. Everything else was at home already and just so I could feel like a scientist I'm creating this in a 3 beakers." Kuroo excitedly said over the phone. Y/N softly giggled at his excitement for this experiment and the statick coming from the phone, creating her new favorite sound.

"I'm glad that you're having fun with this, can you tell me more about your experiment." Y/N replied as she headed over to the kitchen to make some tea.

"Of course Chibi chan." Kuroo replied with a small laugh, "The acid in the lemon juice will create a chemical reaction when it comes in contact with the baking soda, and that will create a carbon dioxide gas or CO2. It doesn't seem that complicated and it's really fun to make."

Y/N giggled slightly at those couple sentences as Kuroo exclaimed, "Oh wait sorry if I got too carried away, that might have been too much."

"No no Kuroo san, it's okay even if I don't understand anything you are saying I'll enjoy every moment of it. I enjoy listening to you talk about things that you're passionate in." Y/N replied in a weak tone.

"Hey Y/N chan, are you okay?" Kuroo asked as he added a teaspoon of baking soda and sugar, "You sound a bit sick or something."

"Yeah I'm okay, it's just a small fever nothing much." Y/N replied before taking a sip of tea that she finished preparing.

"Oh okay then, you should go and get some rest," Kuroo said as he finished up his experiment, "make sure you change into a t-shirt and shorts and make sure you sleep well."

"Yeah I will, bye Kuroo san take care." Y/N said.

"You too Chibi chan, take care and bye." Kuroo said before hanging up.

Y/N stood up and thought as she went to change, "Yeah I'm not doing that yet, I still have stuff to do so let's tough it out."

Y/N changed into a pair of jeans, a pullover, and wore a pair of socks and shoes before heading out for groceries and supplies for the week. She grabbed her purse, phone, and keys before locking the doors and leaving. Since she felt groggy, it was tiring to just walk out of the apartment and out to the train stations.

While Y/N was buying some supplies Kuroo was busy cleaning up as fast as possible so he could head over to Y/N's place (at some point between those 2 days he asked you for the address). Kuroo went up stairs to pack his clothes, a hoodie for Y/N, his cologne, some toiletries, money for the trip, and his phone along with his ear buds. Before leaving got changed he wrote on a sticky note telling his grandparents that he would be out for the weekend. He stuck it on the refrigerator and left his house.

Y/N took around an hour and thirty minutes to buy things for the week. She paid and left the store before boarding a train back home. After a while, she came back to her apartment and slowly loaded her refrigerator with the things she bought today. She then wrote down recipes for the week on her refrigerator note pad before she cleaned up her house.

* Time skip to around 12:00 *

By now, Y/N had already had breakfast, changed out, and has cleaned up most of her house. Y/N was finishing up washing the dishes before she could lay down, until she heard quick knocking on her door. She yelled coming in a sickly tone as she placed a plate down and took off her rubber gloves and apron. She opened the door revealing a panicked Kuroo, who looked like he had just rushed here. Kuroo was wearing black jeans, with a white t-shirt that told a science joke along with a red and black plaid flannel and his glasses.

"Y/N chan are you okay." Kuroo said as he stared down at Y/N's state.

'Yeah I'm perfectly fine, I could still stand." Y/N said tiredly holding on to the door, "why don't you come in."

"Alright then, do you know where I put my bag?" Kuroo asked as he walked into the room.

"You could put it on the couch if you'd like," Y/N said as she proceeded to finish up the dishes.

"Hey hey Chibi chan, I like you and I want you to do what you want but you have to rest right now." Kuroo said.

"Wait but I still need to finish these up, and then I'll rest." Y/N persisted.

"Yeah no not on my watch." Kuroo stated as she carried Y/N up from the ground. He then dropped her on to her bed and tucked her in."

"Wait Kuroo san, I-" Y/N said as she tried to sit up.

"Don't worry, I'll do the dishes for you and I'll get some lunch and dinner for us." Kuroo said as he got on top of Y/N, trapping her under him, "Just get some rest, go to sleep and calm down."

"O-Okay." Y/N agreed as she blushed at this action.

Kuroo went to the kitchen to get warm water and a small towel. He then checked Y/N's forehead and said, "Wow you really are burning up, alright well then good night for you Chibi chan, sweet dreams and I like you."

"I like you too Kuroo san." Y/N replied with a weak smile.

Kuroo placed the warm wet towel on to Y/N's forehead and gave her a kiss on the cheek. He tucked Y/N in properly before walking away to finish up the dishes and to make lunch for the two.

* Time skip till 2:00 pm brought to you due to sleep *

Y/N woke up feeling better than she was this morning. She sat up and saw Kuroo cleaning up her apartment.

"Oh hey Chibi chan, you're awake!" Kuroo exclaimed as his face lit up.

"Hey Kuroo san, you didn't need to do that." Y/N said with a tired smile.

"Yeah but I didn't want you to worry about things when you woke up, so I did your laundry and cleaned up the kitchen a bit." Kuroo said as he headed over to Y/N's bed, "Plus your house was really clean so there was barely anything to do."

"Thanks for everything today and do you know what time it is." Y/N replied as Kuroo touched her forehead.

"Right now is around 2:00 pm and you're welcome Chibi chan, I'm happy to help." Kuroo said with a smile, "Now you aren't overheating as much anymore, so you are getting a lot better. Let's eat lunch now alright."

"Wait have you not eaten lunch yet?" Y/N asked as she quickly made her bed.

"Yeah I haven't, I wanted to eat with you and you were sleeping so peacefully I couldn't bring myself to wake you up. That's why I wanted to wait." Kuroo said as he heated the food up again.

"Sorry about that, if only I woke up earlier." Y/N said taking a seat on the couch.

"Nope it was worth the wait, seeing you heal up and peaceful was great," Kuroo replied as he served the food on to the coffee table, "Anyways, I made us some Okayu. If you get better tonight, which I think you would, we will order some food from Demae - can."

"Thank you Kuroo san." Y/N said in sniffles.

"Hey what happened, Chibi chan?" Kuroo asked looking worried and hugging Y/N now.

"Sorry, it's just no one has worried for me this much before." Y/N admitted.

"You have me now Chibi chan, I'm your boyfriend of course I'd do this." Kuroo said comforting Y/N squeezing her tighter into his arms.

They stayed like this for a bit until Y/N spoke up and said, "Um we should eat now, it that fine."

"Yeah of course, let's go." Kuroo agreed.

The two sat down across from each other and ate at the coffee table. "Hey Kuroo san, have you always worn glasses." Y/N asked before taking another bite of the Okayu.

"I haven't actually, it just matched with the outfit."

"Oh okay, I was just wondering. This is really good by the way, I'm lucky to have such a perfect boyfriend."

"Um thanks C-Chibi chan, um do you watch a-anime I heard from Kenma s-san that you have." Kuroo stuttered with a blush on his face.

"Yeah I have, I've heard from Kenma san that you're into Doctor Stone."

"Thanks correct, I love the chemistry in there is so cool, have you watched it yet."

"I haven't, but do you want to watch it with me tonight."

"Yeah of course, and tonight we'll be sleeping at 10:00 pm so that should be fine."

"That sounds like a solid plan," Y/N agreed, "Do you want to sleep on the couch or with me."

"I was looking forward to sleeping with you even if you are sick."

"That's perfect, I was looking forward to that too."

The rest of the time they ate, the two talked about anime and mangas. After lunch, they washed the dishes and put them away together. "Y/N chan, you should go shower now." Kuroo suggested.

"But why, it's only 5:00 pm." Y/N replied.

"Well did I stutter Chibi chan, I don't think I did." Kuroo came back.

"Let's just say you did, I'll get going now." Y/N said as she walked over to her closet, "You should shower after I do okay."

"Alright, I'll set up the anime right now." Kuroo said, "have fun showering."

Y/N gave him a smile before heading into the bathroom for a relaxing shower. Around 15 minutes have passed and Kuroo decided to check up on Y/N.

"Hey Chibi chan, are you done in there." Kuroo asked as he knocked on the bathroom door.

"Yeah I'm almost done," Y/N replied, as she put on her t-shirt and shorts.

"That's great, tell me when you're done alright."

"Okay Kuroo san."

A minute of so has passed and Y/N walked out the shower, as the steam came out the bathroom. "Yay my Chibi chan is done, alright stay in the bathroom," Kuroo cheered, "I'll dry your hair."

"Kay, where do you want me to stand."

"Here let me do the honors." Kuroo said as she carried Y/N. He eventually placed her on to the bathroom table, "Make sure you close your eyes, I'll start drying your hair now alright."

Kuroo dried Y/N's hair and brushed it to the best of his ability. Some minutes have passed and Kuroo has finished his job. According to Y/N she didn't feel anything except for the hot air from the hair dryer. Kuroo was so gentle in fact that she didn't even know if he was doing anything.

"Okay I'm finally done," Kuroo said as he pulled Y/N into a tight hug.

Y/N returned the gesture and said, "Thanks Kuroo san, where'd you learn this anyways. It didn't feel like anything."

Kuroo let go of Y/N so she could get off from the table. "My grandma has always had thin hair that would fall off, and sometimes she wants me to do her hair. I still do that for her from time to time to this day actually."

"That's really sweet of you Kuroo san." Y/N said with a small smile.

"You know what's also sweet," Kuroo replied.

"Food right?" Y/N guessed.

"Correct, so lets go order some together before I shower."

"Perfect, are you up for some ramen."

"Yeah I am, do you want me to download the app."

"Nope that's fine, I already have that down," Y/N said back as she headed over to the couch, "so what kind of ramen do you want?"

Kuroo carried Y/N into his lap before answering. Kuroo wrapped his left arm around Y/N's waist and pointed at her phone saying, "I'll get the Tokyo Tempura ramen, what about you."

"I'll get the Miso ramen, I'll put the orders in right now," Y/N said as she ordered the food, "and now I'm done."

"That's perfect, now I'll go shower now bye Chibi chan." Kuroo smiled.

"Bye Kuroo san," Y/N dismissed with a short giggle.

Kuroo came out the shower wearing grey joggers and a black muscle t-shirt. A small towel was also around his neck (just to add a visual). Y/N started to giggle at this scene in front of her.

(Just like this but with a small towel and wet hair)

"I missed you Chibi chan!" Kuroo exclaimed tackling Y/N on to the couch.

"You know that we were 20 feet away right."

"Yeah but I didn't get to see you." Kuroo whined. Y/N giggled at this action and kissed his forehead.

"What is it, is there something weird on my face?" Kuroo asked as he fixed his position on top of Y/N.

"No I was just wondering why you have so many black and red clothing, and why you were being so over dramatic."

"Well black and red are my two favorite colors." Kuroo said as he kissed Y/N's forehead.

"That's true." Y/N said as heat rushed to her face. Kuroo saw this an just hyena laughed.

"Wait w-what's wrong?" Y/N stuttered.

"You're just so adorable when you're flustered and blushing." Kuroo admitted flashing a big smile. Kuroo started to plant small pecks all over Y/N's face, while repeating "I'll give you a kiss here and here and also here".

"Hello, Demae-can Delivery Service!" some some said as they knocked on the door.

"I'll go get that," Kuroo said as he stood up to open the door. He casually opened the door and got the food and came back to the door to close it and to thank the Delivery Man.

"You didn't need to do that you know, I can stand up perfectly fine now." Y/N said.

"Well I can see that, but when I was kissing you, you still felt pretty hot so relax. I'll be taking care of you. Now let's heat this up together so we could eat."

"You got it Kuroo san."

The two heated up the food together and sat down to watch Doctor Stone. Y/N sat on a pillow right next to Kuroo who wasn't. Since they were sitting on the floor and using the coffee table as the dinner table, the computer was right between the two. There some weird conversations occur in between the show about chemistry. Y/N would sometimes ask Kuroo about the chemistry and science in the show and he would always try to explain as well as possible (since Y/N isn't a chemistry expert and she wanted to listen to Kuroo talk). They eventually finished eating The two took a short break to throw away the plastic containers and spoons. Before watching again, they brushed their teeth together just in case they were too tired.

Y/N eventually fell asleep and her head hit Kuroo's shoulder. He decided to check the time and it was 9:34 pm. He looked over at Y/N before shutting the computer down.

"Good night sleepy," Kuroo whispered into Y/N's ear before placing a gentle kiss on the top of her head. Y/N flinched a tad bit at this action and put a small tired small on unconsciously. He carried Y/N and gently placed her on to the bed before tucking her in.

"Oh I almost forgot," Kuroo said whispering to himself, "let's get her ring size." He walked over to his bag and got out his soft measuring tape. You see, one of Kuroo's over intentions of coming here was to get Y/N's ring size, he eventually want to get her a matching pair along with his.

Kuroo measured Y/N's ring size and muttered, "Yeah this size makes sense, (insert ring size here) inches/ centimeters." He gently placed her hand down, wrote in the size on a nearby piece of paper to put away along with the measuring tape.

"Hey Kuroo san, are you going to sleep now." Y/N said tiredly while rubbing her eyes.

"Oh I thought you were asleep," Kuroo said looking surpirsed, "Yeah I'm sleeping right now."

"That's great, sleep right next to me please."

"I was planning on it Chibi chan." Kuroo said as he headed over to the bed. Kuroo started to take off his shirt and he tossed it on the floor.

"W-wait Kuroo san, w-what are you d-doing." Y/N said looking flustered.

"I just took off my shirt, I normally sleep like this." Kuroo replied as he trapped Y/N between him and the wall, "Aw is my Chibi chan getting flustered over this."

"Well I mean who wouldn't," Y/N said, looking away from is his eyes.

"You could try and get used to this, I mean if we're going to be sleeping together like this you have to try it out." Kuroo said as he got even closer to Y/N.

"Um, okay well good night." Y/N replied quickly before hiding in the covers.

Kuroo just laid down and pulled Y/N into a warm hug, even though she wrapped her entire in a blanket. "Hey Chibi chan, is it alright if you call me Tetsu san from now on?" Kuroo asked.

"Yeah of course I'm glad that we're on first name base now, but isn't your actual first name Tetsuro san?"

"It is but I wanted to put a little nickname part, that way we both have nicknames to call each other."

"That does sound nice and make sense." Y/N agreed.

"Yeah that's why."

"Well then I really like you Tetsu san, good night." Y/N said tiredly before unraveling herself from the blanket to hug Kuroo.

"I really like you too Chibi chan," Kuroo said before hugging Y/N tightly and giving her a small kiss on the head, "Good night."

* Another time skip brought to you by sleep *

Y/N woke up this morning feeling a lot better. Kuroo was in the kitchen cooking breakfast, but he was still shirtless and wearing an apron. "Oh hey good morning Chibi chan, you're awake." Kuroo exclaimed as he headed over to the bed.

"Hmm I expected you to wake up next to me, oh well good morning."

"Well who's going to make breakfast this morning right?"

"We could've done that together." Y/N suggested.

"Tell you what, in the future I promise to wake up next to you every morning so we could make breakfast together," Kuroo replied as he touched Y/N's forehead.

"And I promise to give you a kiss every morning when that happens."

"Yay your fever is gone that means I finally get to kiss you." Kuroo cheered.

"What do you mean, yesterday you kept kissing me at random times."

"I meant these kisses Chibi chan." Kuroo said before giving Y/N a gentle and long kiss on the lips.
