Periods baby!!!

A beautiful time in our life and in our cycle, a powerful way to show your womanhood and sure it hurts but what really hurts us is the lack of respect we receive! Maybe periods wouldn't hurt as much with the support from others.

"Who cares if you're hurting?"

"It's not that big of a deal!"

And you're still gotta go through all the struggles and anxiety that society gives you while you're going through this uncontrollable pain when instead you should be given a break given the circumstances, or at least respect.

So, you're probably thinking, "Ugh!! Why this awful time has to come to me, can't it just leave me already, why me, I wish I was a boy instead... This time is useless anyway, nobody cuts me some slack..."

"And plus, the only reason I receive me period is to show I'm not pregnant and I'm not pregnant so who cares..."

Well, this is all not true...

I'll explain to you how it helps women further than just pregnancy...

It helps us woman release all the pain, stress, anxiety and other unneeded toxins out of our bodies, teaching us how to grow, flow and understand our bodies in a more spiritual level than about another could possibly imagine...

It's a sacred time, so use it to your advantage to just relax, listen to your hormones and don't judge...

Respect your body and tell your body that you know how strong it is, because it's truly remarkable what us women have to go through.

So cherish your body and praise it!

Periods aren't the problem, the way periods are perceived are the problem....

So when you're in your special time of month, don't judge it and hurt it even more with anger, listen to it and learn how to love it instead.
