Impulse' POV
Really this is so not crash!
"Seriously how many colors do these guys come in?!", I blushed once I realized (y/n) and I said it in unison.
Jaime POV
Really?! Now they're saying things in unison!
(Y/n) POV
I heard a second rustle and saw another being come out it was a gold beetle...
I stared in awe at the figure it was male and his eyes were an unnatural shade of (e/c).
"Get in formation! If we stay in formation then there is a chance we can make it so it's easier to defend ourselves!", Robin shouted.
Suddenly the two other beetles jumped towards Black Beetle. The green one shaped it's body like a serpents and wrapped around Black Beetle. Robin started to tell us how he has similar powers to a Martians, but it seemed like he was about to say telepathy wasn't one of the things he possessed but was shot down when we all heard his voice loud and clear in our heads. The gold one still had yet to talk, but when I was about to be hit with a plasma blast the Gold one jumped in front of me hitting it with his own maxing each other out and leaving no one to be hurt by the boiling hot plasma.
"Blue beetle and Neon beetle hit him with 22.4 decibels!", Green salad yelled.
"Scarab said that 'the tactic will be ineffective' that's a quote by the way", Jaime yelled back.
"Yes, but if you guys do it all together it will knock him out leaving just enough time for us to escape", I answer smartly.
"Fine, but if this doesn't work you owe me (y/n) and big time!", I roll my eyes at Jaime's response.
Jaime starts hitting Black beetle with his blaster, and Salad, Starbright did too, effectively knocking Rocky out.

"Let's get going guys", Robin says.
Starbright went to pick my up, but Jaime got their first and flew off with me, while Neon was left with Bart grumbling about him getting their father and something about him being able to hold me instead of Jaime. Oh yeah did I mention he was carrying me bridal style to Blüdhaven. I may or may not have fallen asleep while in Jaime's arms, and I leaned my head towards his chest and fell asleep within the next 2 seconds.
Time skip
3rd person POV
Instead of going to Blüdhaven they went to Superman's 'father's' barn.
"Welcome back Alpha squad how did it go?", Nightwing said.
He glanced and saw Neon Beetle and Green beetle but also noticed a sleeping (y/n) in Jaime's arms.
For the first time Neon beetle spoke. He walked over to Jaime and grabbed (y/n) and told everyone who he truly was.
"Finally sister we are reunited at last..."
