YOUR POV

"Edmund! Edmund get up." I hear as Peter violently shakes him, waking both of us up.

We open our eyes, realizing the position we were in, looking at each other, confused, then looking at Peter.

Oh dear. I hope he doesnt get in trouble for this.

"What were you two doing last night? Why didn't you sleep at the camp?" Peter asked Edmund who was still half awake.

"We got tired and slept." answered Edmund who was rubbing his eyes trying to wake up.

"That's what the camp is for, not what the Cliff is for. You could've slept at camp but you just had to sleep here. It dangerous, you might have fallen!" said Peter with his eyebrows furrowed. He looked a lot like Mrs. Dovinchester. Heck, he even sounded like her.

"Sorry Peter. I left the camp late at night. Edmund just went to check up on me. We started talking and before we knew it, we were asleep." I explained to him.

Peter looked at me, not knowing what so say.

"Relax High King Peter." Edmund chuckled "it's not like we did anything illegal. Also, We're alive and well. "

Peter rolled his eyes. "Get ready, both of you. We still have a long journey ahead." and he left.

I looked at Edmund, confused.

"Get ready? Get ready how? It's not like I packed for Narnia." I told Edmund. I stood up and dusted myself. I was still wearing my school uniform, now all dirty from sleeping on the ground.

Edmund, who was still half asleep, yawned and said, "You can... look for Susan and Lucy... They...probably know... what to d-*yawn*-do".

I laughed at his charming state. He stayed up late for me, it was no surprise he was still light-headed.

I left Edmund to look for Lucy and Susan. Finding Picus instead. I walked over to him.

"Picus?" I asked as I walked carefully in front of him.

"Yes Lady Y/N?" he answered.

"Have you seen Susan and Lucy anywhere?" I asked.

"I think they're having breakfast with the tiger and the dwarf downhill." he explained.

"Oh, do you know any place where I can change into something... that will allow a little more movement?" I asked, gesturing my clothes so he understood.

"I'm afraid not, Lady Y/N. If I remember clearly, High King Peter was planning on visiting King Caspian before leaving."

King Caspian? I've never heard of him but if he has a castle of his own.. which I think he does.. it might be convenient for us.

"Thank you, Picus." I say leaving him behind to look for Trotter.

I found Trotter along with many other horses. They weren't tied up, but they were composed. All the horses were being shaded by a rather large tree. I spot Trotter eating grass and walk beside him.

"Morning Trotter." I say, caressing his mane.

"Morning Y/N. Need a ride?" Trotter asked as he continued eating his grass.

"Yes. I need to look for Peter "

We arrive at King Caspian's castle. They call it the Telmarine's Castle, because it was home to the kingdom of the Telmarines, who were all human.

The took our horses in stables and brought us in the castle. We were greeted by the King. His name was Caspian. He had long, brown and curly locks. He had an accent and was also quite attractive.

"Peter! My old friend. It's been three months since your last arrival!" King Caspian says, hugging Peter.

"Edmund, Great to see you again." He says shaking his hand.

He walks over to Susan and looks at her for a brief moment. "Q-queen Susan." he says, kissing her hand. Peter and Edmund look at them in disgust, Lucy giggling.

He walks towards Lucy, "Queen Lucy the Valiant!" he says, ruffling her hair.

He sees me and walks to my direction.

"I'm afraid we haven't met... your name is?"

"Y/N. Thank you letting me in, King Caspian" I say, curtseying.

"Please, no need for formalities. Call me Caspian. Any friend of the Pevensies are a friend of mine."

Then Caspian takes a look at my clothes. He looks at Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy's clothes too.

"You might want to change into a different set of clothes." he says.

He walks behind him, five servants are in line waiting for commands.

"Please give these Ladies and Gentlemen comfortable clothes to wear."

The five servants split up, each one walking to each of us, as if they were assigned one person for each of them.

The servant who walked to my direction, led me out of the room into a hallway filled with other rooms. We go inside a room full of dresses. I gasp, mesmerized by the beauty of each and every dress in that room. Finally, a dress catches my eye. One that looks simple and comfortable at the same time.

It had the most beautiful color. The cloth was stretchable. Perfect for action.

The servant waited outside as I undressed and changed into the dress. I untie my hair which was a bit curly from the braids that I fixed the day before everything happened, now all loose because I slept on them, I and started hand-combing, loosening every tight curl. I see a brush on the dresser. It looked unused, and a little dusty. I dusted it off, making sure there was no more dust in the brush, then got to work.

Im not the best at fixing my own hair, but the result got the job done:

When I was finally ready, I went outside the door. The servant gasped. "Why? Is there something wrong? Am I not allowed to use this dress?" I asked nervously.

"N-no, M'Lady. You look beautiful!" She said clapping her hands.

"Thank you.." I blushed.

We went to find the rest

We walk into a room with great halls and beautiful hallways. She lead me into this library.

"They're in here, Madame." she says, moving to the side of the door so she doesn't block off the entrance.

"Thanks." I answer.

I peeped my head in, a little shy from what I was wearing.

The four Pevensies were already dressed and seemed to be waiting for only Caspian and I.

I saw Susan wearing a bold red colored gown that suited her perfectly. Lucy was wearing a beige colored gown that perfectly fit her. Peter and Edmund, both looking dashing as ever. Especially Edmund.

Even though I knew these were simple Medieval dresses, it was all new to me.

I plucked up the courage to go inside to meet the others.

They all looked at me, astonished.

"Y/N! You look pretty!" exclaimed Lucy.

"Thank you, Lucy."

"The dress matches you." complimented Susan.

"Yours too, Susan."

"You're finally ready." said Peter.

"Gee, thanks." I said apathetically.

I looked over at Edmund who was eyeing me up and down, he met my eyes and smiled.

"The dress does match you." Edmund said, smiling."

I felt a bit slumped, I don't know why but I expected something a little more that "that dress does match you."

I decided to appreciate his comment anyway.

"Thank you, Edmund." I say, trying not to make eye contact so he doesn't see the disappointment in my face.

Why are you disappointed? You shouldn't be. He's just another boy that will come and go...

I tried to hide my face, everyone laughed. I laughed if off as well. I walked over to the couch where Lucy and Susan was sitting. There was no more space so I decided to stand beside Edmund who was leaning on the wall.

Caspian arrives.

"Sorry to keep you waiting. I had duties to attend to." he said, sitting himself down.

"So- What do you need?" Caspian says.

"We need a ship." Susan answered. "I'm hoping your kingdom had one?"

"W-why of course." Caspian stuttered.

"But I need to know, what for?" He continued.

"Flora in Narnia are dying. Becoming colorless and losing life. Only either Aslan or the Island Princess can help Narnia now." explained Peter.

"You know... you don't look bad."

Edmund whispers into my ear. I face him to see if what he said was actually serious. He was.

"What?" I asked, still a bit disappointed.

He raised his eyebrow and smirked. One of the favorite expressions he does that just... hit different.

"Oh you mean the dre-"

I was interrupted by the feel of Edmund's hand on mine. I looked at him but he wasn't looking at me anymore. He was looking at Peter and Caspian, pretending to listen to their conversation.

"look beautiful "

He looked down and winked at me.

This boy will be the most confusing thing that has ever happened to me...
