After Keebo said everything he wanted to, about how his inner voice was gone, how he wanted to destroy the school and end the killing game. He would give them all until the sunrise for them to try and find out all the secrets, so they split up and get to work.
Y/n changed and bandaged up her wounds, although she stumbled a little when she walked, she was okay.
She decides to go to her lab to find something that can help her search, but once she gets there, she sees the door that lead to Rantaro's lab and was blocked is now open. So of course she rushes in.
Himiko and Shuichi are in there, the room has very dark lighting, a huge table in the middle with two large vaults at the back. There's picture frames and pieces of paper hanging from the ceiling. None of it makes sense, there's no way you could guess someone's talent from this.
"What is this.?" Y/n asks.
"We don't know.. I just opened the vault and there was a USB stick. We're just gonna put it in now." Shuichi explains, then she walks over to the laptop.
Shuichi puts the USB stick in, and the laptop turns on. Then, a video starts playing. A video of Rantaro. "Hey there. Guess I don't have to introduce myself, huh?"
"..What.!?" Y/n gasps a little.
"I get that this is probably confusing, seeing yourself like this. Firstly.. I am you. No tricks, no actors. It's you. The reason you don't remember recording this is because your memory was erased. The reason I'm recording this is because I won the right to a special perk for participating in the killing game. Part of that is the video, and the other part is something you've had from the beginning, you know what I'm talking about."
"The survivor's perk.." Y/n says to herself.
"The what?" Shuichi asks
"..Just keep watching."
"Other than those two things, you're just like the others. But the truth is, this isn't your first killing game. You're the Ultimate Survivor, you survived the last killing game. That's why you get this perk. The survivor perk. Anyone who knows who you are will come for you, watch your back. Trust no one. When you see this.. it's probably a little too late.. but stay away from Y/n. I know she's nice, but she's also smart. She'll figure out who you are before you even do it yourself. And whatever you do.. don't ask her out. She likes girls. If you want to win, keep clear of her, you wanted this killing game. So you have to do whatever it takes to win it."

The video ends and switches off.
"Wh-What was that.?" Himiko says nervously. "Y-You're hiding something.. how did you know about the survivor perk?" She looks straight at Y/n.
"..I have to go." Y/n quickly runs out of the room.
"How long has she been keeping this from us.? Last time Y/n and Rantaro spoke was ages ago.. this whole time she's known?" Shuichi says
"Nyeh.. is she the mastermind.!? Who else would know!?"
Shuichi doesn't want to admit it. He already lost one of his friends, is he about to lose another? Lots of things would make sense if she was the mastermind, but then that means.. the entire time she's been lying and tricking everyone. Was she even tricking Maki?
Y/n runs down to the ground floor, she quickly goes into the warehouse and grabs the largest hammer she can find, then she makes her way down to the library. She opens the moving bookshelf, and without even thinking or hesitating, she swings the hammer at the black and white door. The metal folds and leaves a large indent in the middle, so she keeps hitting it and hitting it, until it falls down. She drops the hammer and walks in.
The room is large, there's a pink checkered floor and red walls with love heart decorations. There's also a few tables and chairs, but the thing that catches her attention most, something up against the back wall covered by a curtain, she's just about to go see what it is, when she notices something from the corner of her eye on the table. It has a handprint outlined in blood, she takes it and turns it on, it's the survivor perk.
'How did this even get in here? Rantaro must've been holding it while he died.. but who took it in? The mastermind? When was the mastermind near Rantaro's body? I shouldn't have gave it to him.. why did I give it back!? I knew I didn't want to.! I'm so stupid.. it's all my fault. I could have saved him. He's dead because of me! Why.!?' She loses her train of thought when the others rush in.
"Y/n! What are you doing!?" Tsumugi exclaims.
"I had to.. I'm sorry.. I'm sorry I didn't tell everyone. I promised him I wouldn't tell anyone." Y/n says sadly, then hands the bloody monopad she's holding to Shuichi.

He turns it on and looks at the screen. "..The survivor perk? You knew about this.. the entire time?"
"It's my fault that he died.. the least I could do is keep his secret. I swear I'm not the mastermind.. I had nothing to do with any of it."
"..You can explain yourself later.. right now we need to investigate." Maki says, she looks mad.
"..Sorry." Y/n mumbles, then turns around and starts looking around the room. It's like the start of the killing game again. When nobody trusted her. The only one that trusted her died a couple days later
She looks around the room along with everyone else, she's not fully concentrating, so she finds nothing.
"Um.. Tsumugi?" Y/n taps her on the shoulder.
"We don't wanna talk to you right now." She doesn't even look at her.
Y/n goes to Shuichi. "Can I talk to you?"
"..No. You should've thought of this before you lied to all of us and kept a secret that could've helped us ages ago."
"I'm sorry.. just please let me say something."
"We're all mad at you, Y/n. Take the hint.."
Y/n stands still for a second, then just walks and sits down on one of the chairs. She's ruined everything now. All because she was nosy and couldn't mind her own business.
After a little bit, the others start to leave, of course not waiting for Y/n or asking her to come too. They just leave. She's about to get up and follow.. when there's a large explosion at the door. She covers her head and ducks behind the chair, she hears loud crashing, and once it stops, she looks up and sees the exit blocked with rubble.
She quickly rushes over to it.
"Hello.!? I'm still in here! I can't get out.!" She yells, hoping to catch someone's attention, but she can't hear anything. She's hoping that the sound is just blocked out.. if they actually don't care, is it that bad?
She tries pulling at the rocks but it doesn't do anything.
It's useless, she's trapped.
She desperately looks all over the room for anything, but there's nothing.
She just leans against the wall and holds her head in her hands, but when she does, that section of the wall swings back in, and she stumbles backwards.
It takes a second to realise what happened, once she does she scans her eyes around, it's a corridor.
Not knowing what other options there are, she walks down.
It slopes upwards, and she has no clue where it's leading.
It finally comes to a stop, it's a dead-end. But she still tries, she presses her hand up against the wall, and it moves slightly, so she presses harder, and it reveals an opening. She hurried through to see.. the bathroom? She begs to herself it's not the boys.
"Hello? Can anyone hear me?" She calls out. Silence. She's alone.
Leaning out of the bathroom, she looks back and fourth to see if anybody's around. There isn't.
She wanders around for a bit, when she hears noise from a nearby classroom, so she goes in, and sees Shuichi.
"..Y/n!?"
She stays quiet.
"How.. How'd you get out of there.?"
"Um.. there was a hidden passage.. did you not want me to get out.?" She mumbles.
"No.! It's not that.! I'm just.. surprised. Where's the secret passage?"
"It's in the girls bathroom on the 1st floor. In the utility closet."
"Is it okay if I check it out?"
She chuckles. "You don't need to ask for permission."
He smiles too. "I'm glad you're alright, and you should try find Maki, she was panicking a lot, she's still in the library."
"Oh.. right." Y/n nods and starts to make her way down to the library.
"Maki?"
Maki's kneeling down in front of the rubble, she looks distraught, but she turns around to look at her.
"..Y/n?"
"I'm really sorry, Maki."
Maki just gets up and runs towards her, wrapping her arms around her. "You could've died.! And you would've died thinking we all hated you!"
Y/n just smiles. "I'm fine, Maki. I know you're all just annoyed at me. I would be too."
"..The others think you're the mastermind. They're convinced too."
"..." She pauses. "Guess it can't be helped. And plus, it's almost sunrise. I've found everything I need to."
The final class trial. To prove it all..

Re-Ordaining of the Chosen
Alea cheerfully hummed as she descended the steps, brimming in upbeat while her colleague, Quarren Leos, shot her a look of skepticism. “So… were you right about him?” he asked doubtfully. She came to a stop for a moment, her humming falling silent before she shook her head, waving her medium length light-blonde hair from side to side. “I was wrong about him.” Quarren raised an eyebrow in confusion at the convoluted response.“But you seem quite happy?” he asked again. “Because I am. But I was wrong about him. He was… so much more than I ever expected.” Alea looked at the sky overhead with a smile. “That boy… no, that man, is amazing. I firmly believe he will come to stand on top of any adversary he faces. He is destined. He is Chosen.” Quarren snorted as he stepped past, shaking his head. “Okay. Each to their own beliefs but you’re sounding like a nutjob. That skinny twig? Everyone calls him a cripple, you know,” he shook his head.“Rumours are always false, Leos,” Alea answered with a disapproving shake of her head. “You wouldn’t know. He is so, so much more.” “I saw him with my own two eyes. I didn’t see anything redeeming,” Quarren rebutted. “Well…” Alea chuckled. “You haven’t seen what I’ve seen.” In the year 917 of the Imperial Calendar, the Great War had just ended between dozens of nations. Farrien welcomed home millions of troops and warriors with the Archdukes of Aerianne and Kanaria leading them at the forefront. Since the founding of Farrien, the Aerianne and Kanarian Archduchies have been pillars upholding the Kingdom from enemies. It was common belief that they possessed special blood blessed by the Goddess Stecia, who gifted the lineage to the first King of Farrien when he first founded the country. All were ecstatic when the current generation of the two Archduchy's, after the war, agreed to let their children wed. The excitement was short-lived however when the Aerianne Princess proved to be a dragoness among men but the Kanarian Prince was worse than even mediocre. The Prince disappeared and the wedding was shortly forgotten as society lived on. Until one day the Young Heir of Kanaria returned to Farrien a changed man, bringing demise with him. Follow the story of the Chosen ordained by the Goddess of Time as he returns to the past to right his wrongs and set things back straight again!
