—————————————————
It had been a long day, Tamaki and you both had long shifts today. You were attacked by a villains and had been kinda upset since then. You couldn't do much on your own since it were more villains but it still upset you.
You didn't tell Tamaki that you were upset, you both came home from work so why would you? He needed his rest too right? Tamaki noticed something was up with you regardless, he always did. You guys had been together for a long time after all.
"Hey y/n, wanna come cuddle with me? I'm kinda tired so I'm gonna go and lay down baby." Tamaki said with a smile, kissing your head and walking into your shared bedroom. You smiled slightly and put the last few things away, walking into your bedroom as well, you really needed cuddles, especially cuddles from him.
"Can I wear your hoodie though?" You asked him and Tamaki smiled, pointing at the night stand where he already put his hoodie down for you. "I knew you would ask so I got it ready for you." He answered as he laid down on the bed shirtless, he knew how you loved hoodies that smelt like him, especially when they were his favorite color.
You changed quickly and laid down next to him, only for Tamaki to wrap his strong arms around you. "So what happened today?" He asked, pecking your lips gently. "Not too much, I'm just kinda upset that I couldn't do much against the villains on my own and it just sucks." You mumbled and Tamaki shook his head, switching positions so your back was pressed against his chest as he nuzzled his face into your neck.
"You said villains right? You were on your own and they were with more, it wasn't fair game to begin with y/n." He said softly and placed a gentle kiss on your neck. "I mean I guess you're right but-" "No buts, you're a strong individual, you can't do everything against a bigger group." Tamaki said, cutting you off.

"I'm so proud of you for even trying to fight them all okay?" He said gently, smiling a bit as it brought back memories from your high school years. It always was the other way around, you were always telling Tamaki things like this to help him when he needed, that's why he was much more confident nowadays. You helped him years ago and he was prepared to do the same to you, as much as you needed, knowing that you'd do the same when he needs it again.
"You did well today, you deserve your rest." He said and you smiled slightly. "Thank you baby, I really needed this." You answered and he smiled against your skin. "No need to thank me, you always did the same to me too." He said softly and placed another gentle kiss on your neck.
Tamaki smiled and started playing with your hair, holding you closely with his other arm and muttering sweet and small compliments into your neck, continuing this action until he heard small snores coming from you, smiling slightly and closing his eyes as well, falling asleep not much after.

Making of a Genius [A Progression LitRPG]
What does it take to climb to the top of the academic ladder? Lexus came face to face with his mediocrity the moment he arrived at Cambridge University to study computer science. There was a ceiling that he could not overcome, an intellectual world that was unreachable. But if you give a chicken an eagle's wings, it will fly higher than you could ever imagine. And that was exactly what happened to Lexus: with the help of a system, he could make it big. Schedule:1 chapter per week (every Friday evening at 5:30pm GMT). The weekly schedule is to allow time for research and factual accuracy where required. Author's Note: The story is about a computer science student at university, gradually improving and embarking on the path to become a world-renowned genius-level expert with the help of a system. There'll be a lot of studying and academics, but imagine being the best in your year. Easily. At that point, academics stops being stressful and starts being fun, doesn't it? The initial chapters are heavy on mathematical detail, but I don't expect anyone to actually read through them thoroughly. It's fine to skim them or even skip them, but I hope you try to get a sense of the progress being made, and feel happy for Lexus when something 'clicks' inside his brain :) As the story progresses, later chapters will go into less depth into individual questions, though I aim to remain consistent in terms of scientific accuracy/feasibility. Welcome, and I hope you enjoy the story!
