Birthday
-----------------------------
It is Dawn's 40th Birthday today. Her moms are proud and her kids are excited for their family to come.
First to come in through the gates was Luna's fathers. Sammie and Ingrid ran to them, hugging them. Kit and Kaya walked to them slowly.
They changed their speed and path when they saw their grandmas.
Kit jumped on Harper making the poor Elf fall to the ground. Kaya ran to Cara picked her grandma up and hugged her tight.
"Hey, kid." Harper choked out under her oldest grandchild.
"Hey, grans." Said Kit with a big smirk plastered on her beautiful face.
"Hey, grandma!" Kaya said happily.
"Hey kiddo," Cara said getting out of Kaya's tight grip. "How are you, sweetie?" She asked walking with the second born to her daughter.
"I'm good. All's good. How are you and Grans?" Asked Kaya, walking next to her abnormally small grandmother.
"All is good, kiddo. The business is running, the garden is healthy, your grans have been a pain in my ass, like always. Everything is the same old." Cara explained.
"That's good. Have the clients been the same crazy people or have you gotten some normal ones?" Kaya said with a smirk.
"You are something kid. Still have the crazies. Filling up my clinic. But I've had a few normal ones just looking for vitamins. So it's been good. Ah! My daughter! How has it been?" Cara exclaimed opening her arms for Dawn to hug her.
"Hey ma, it's been good," Dawn said. "How have you been, still dealing with mama's crazy ass?" Dawn smirked at her mother.
"Yes, a crazy woman I tell you. Lu, you'll deal with that too. They're the same person, different bodies I'm telling you." Cara warned Luna. The small witch walked to her daughter in mating and sat down to talk with her. She also took one of the twins from Luna's hands and hugged him close to her chest.

After all of the family and friends had come, the party started, and Dawn was cooking meat on the grill and she was talking to her mother. "So how did it go?" Harper asked, talking about the vasectomy.
"Good, I didn't feel a thing but it hurt like hell after. I went to check my sperm count the other day. It came back as Zero. So it went good." Dawn explained.
"Your ma wants me to get one too, she's tired of the condom. And neither of us wants another child, you were quite enough." Harper sighed.
"Then go for it. Condoms are horrible." Dawn agreed with her mother.
When Dawn finished cooking, she and her mother sat down with a beer and talked about meaningless nothings...

Letters from Shanti Ashram, India
I lived in India from 1984-2005, and wrote to my parents regularly about my adventures in Indian ashrams. From 1984-1993 and again 2001-2005, I was living in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh, and I am adding all of those my "Letters from India" book, which will mainly be of interest to those familiar with Prasanthi Nilayam, the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. However, from 1994-2001 I was staying at a wonderfully spiritual, quiet retreat called Shanti Ashram, and I am putting the letters I wrote to my parents while staying there, on this book. The ashram was a dream come true for sadhana. The people are welcoming, it is usually never crowded, and they offer separate cottages to aspirants. The rates are donation basis only. Redeeming the Lost (A Comforter's Tale)
Life is always fun when you never get into trouble for causing mischief. Julie is a pro at keeping her packmates on their toes with her innocent fun. It's a perk of being a Comforter and never losing her puppy-like appearance. Admittedly, there are times when her skills are needed, and she takes her job quite seriously then. She isn't a fighter, but rather, is one who cares for others' hearts. A Comforter. After all, who doesn't want to hug a puppy? ---------------------What do most werewolf books have in common? They either focus on mates or on fighting. I decided to try a more unique route. No romance will be found here - this book focuses on the ties of friendship and hope.Thank you to Christine Leonardi from DeviantArt for the cover, and to @JimenaVivancoo for polishing it into an ebook cover!
