To say the least, Dawn was screwed. And she knew it. She fucked up. She ignored her mate and she missed the first part of the birth. Why though? Was the question Luna didn't stop asking herself.
The answer is simple. Dawn and Tess were out choosing rings and getting everything planned. Dawn was going to propose, and she counted on those days that are now gone. But she is glad she came right in time. She was now in the hospital room, next to a sleeping Luna and two sleeping twins. The twins are identical. To the dot. There was nothing different about them.
Both have dark hair, and dark skin lighter than Dawn's though, they both had plump lips and the same face.
And they were both like Dawn. They had pink hats and were swaddled in purple blankets. But Dawn knew who was who. She had studied them both for the last three hours that Luna was asleep.
The first Twin had a slightly bigger head and was slightly bigger. The second twin had a more rounded face and was slightly smaller. You would not have noticed if you were simply glancing at them. Dawn made sure to memorize the features of her daughters. And now she could say proudly, she can tell them apart. Luna woke up a bit after and smiled softly when she saw Dawn.
"Why were you ignoring me?" Luna asked looking at Dawn. Dawn looked down.
"I'm sorry, I was choosing a ring and getting everything set up with Tess. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to ignore you so much. It was never my intention. I was so caught up with making it all perfect..." Said Dawn looking like a kid who was just caught stealing cookies from the cookie jar.

"Baby it's ok, just don't do that again ok? I need you by my side at all times." She said with a smile on her face.
"Ok baby, I'm sorry, I won't do it again, promise." Dawn put her pinky finger in front of Luna. The younger chuckled and intertwined her pinky with Dawn's. Sometimes Luna doesn't understand how her child-like mate is also her dominant, sadistic mate.
"I want to see them, do they have names?" Luna asked. Dawn handed Luna the older twin.
"They don't have names, I wanted to wait for you." Said, Dawn. "This one is the oldest." Informed Dawn. Luna looked at her oldest not understanding how Dawn could tell them apart, the wrist band, on their wrist, is in the swaddle. And they look professionally swaddled so she didn't open the blanket, so how?
"I memorized their faces after the nurse told me which is which," Dawn answered.
"Did I-" Dawn cut her off.
"Yes, you said that out loud." Dawn smiled at her. "Would you like me to call the nurse to name them?" Dawn asked and Luna nodded her head.
Dawn called the nurse and came back to the room. A few minutes later a nurse came in and asked them for their names.
"So let us start with the oldest, which one is that?" Dawn pointed to the sleeping baby in Luna's hands.
"Kit Jones-Williams." Said Luna. The nurse nodded and wrote it down.
"Kaya Jones-Williams." This time Dawn said the name. The nurse once again nodded and walked away.
"Ok, ok, ok. Now, how do we tell them apart?" Luna asked.
"If you look closely, Kit's head is slightly bigger than Kaya's," Luna nodded noticing the subtle change between the two. "Kit is also a little bit bigger than Kaya." Dawn pointed out. Luna nodded once again noticing the extremely Subtle change between her two daughters. "Kaya's face is more round while Kit's more squared." Luna did see the small squared jaw of her firstborn.
"Thank you," Luna said leaning her head on Dawn's chest and letting out a sigh. "I love you."
"I love you too, my love." Dawn kissed Luna's head gently.

46 Year Old Syndrome
The daily Litrpg journal of a fairly average 46 year old man in a world where hundreds of thousands of people suddenly have a super power.Follow him as he learns skills, runs away a lot, suffers crippling headaches, avoids reading his titles, and tries to avoid breaking his body that didn't get enough calcium and vegetables.[Disclaimer 1: Despite the following, I will fix any typos pointed out. This is a writing exercise so chapters are mostly first drafts, otherwise I'd end up rewriting each chapter for a month or more with no real changes. My goals are a steady output by not using perfectionism as a procrastination method. I've already got laziness and additions to reading/games, I don't need a 3rd reason to procrastinate.][Disclaimer 2: The main character is a more normalized version of me, with 170% less laziness installed, and a few buffs like greater courage. Other things like having a job are partially similar. No other characters are based on real people because most people I know are either too normal to be useful or too fucked in the head to be believable.]
