Luna was in her office, doing paperwork, and going over stuff. Suddenly, she felt a kick in her stomach, then another, and another. "You too will just not calm down will you?" She asked no one in particular. Shrugged her stomach and filled another two kicks she giggled a little and got back to her work.

A knock on the door kicked her out of her work trance. "Come in!" She yelled to whoever was on the other side of the door.

In walked River, her beta. "Alpha." The dark-skinned girl bowed her head.

"River." Said Luna. "What is it?"

"Are you sure you want to go with the plan?" She asked worriedly.

"I do. Tess is ignoring you and Dawn is ignoring me seems fair."

"I guess..." River stepped behind Luna and started to finger brush her long hair.

Luna has been very stressed. There's an Alpha coming over and Dawn is ignoring her for no reason. So she went to River only to find out that Tess is ignoring her too. So River and Luna made a plan. To make both of their mates jealous.

Yes, a horrible plan to make a strong witch and the strongest creature on the planet jealous but they ran out of ideas.

River's hands travelled to Luna's shoulders and she started to massage her Alpha. "God damn, there's a whole lot of build-up stress here girl." River said.

"I know, I shouldn't be this stressed, I'm pregnant, and that mate of mine won't help me." She said getting mad. Leslie was also enraged. Nova won't answer her.

Nova always answers her. But there isn't a feeling that something bad is going to happen, and she can feel Dawn is safe, so she isn't that worried but it annoys her. It would annoy anyone, but especially a pregnant werewolf who has only a few more weeks.

A werewolf is carried in the womb for about 5-5.5 months. Werewolves, and all supernatural creatures, grow fast. And Luna was extremely close to that time. "What's the date?" Asked Luna.

"August first. Why?" Asked River back.

"Oh god, my due date is in only a few days! How didn't I notice!" Said Luna getting even more stressed.

"Hey hey, it's ok. I'm here ok? And you still have a few more days. Your body should keep the baby in for the five and a half months." Said River.

"Should. Not guaranteed." She said. As she said that, she felt her water break. The babies are coming. Now. "Ah!! My water broke! Shit!" Yelled Luna in pain. She tried to mind link Dawn but she won't let her in.

"We can't wait for her Lulu, we gotta go." Said River picking Luna up. The Alpha nodded and let her take her to the doctor on the emergency wing.

River yelled to Dawn. That thankfully seemed to pass through.

'WHAT?!! But she has a few more days!' Dawn yelled back.

River said.

"DOC! HER WATER BROKE!" River yelled as she got into the wing. Immediately 2 nurses came with a bed. River laid her Alpha on it and watched as she was rolled away in pain.

Dawn was holding onto the hope that the twins will stay in till the last day. It was the stress. It made her have early labour.

"Dawn!" Yelled Luna wishing her mate heard it and came to her. But it didn't happen.

She went into labour, and only 4 and a half hours in did Dawn get there. She saw River holding Luna's hand as Luna was told to push. Her screams were heard all over the place.

When River saw Dawn, she glared at her. Dawn ran to Luna's side and held her hand. "I'm here baby, I'm here. I'm so so sorry." Said Dawn kissing Luna's forehead.

"I HATE YOUUU!!!" She screamed crashing Dawn's hand.

"I know, I know baby. I'm sorry." The hybrid apologized.

"You're never putting another child in me! I'll cut it off!" Luna screamed in pain.

"I'll get you the best knife baby girl. But for now, deliver our beautiful babies." She said kissing her mate's forehead and cleaning the sweat.

"I can see the head! Keep on pushing Alpha! We almost got the first one!" Yelled the doctor, encouraging Luna on.

Luna gave another strong push and the head was out. The doctor told her to give another strong one and Luna with all the power she had left, pushed out the baby. They heard a small cry and Luna was relieved.

The doctor asked Dawn to cut the cord. And the hybrid did that and got back to her mates' side. "I can't do it again... I'm too tired..." Said Luna.

"Alpha we have to deliver the second baby now. We don't have much time." Said the doctor. "Luna, take off your clothes and get behind her, keep your undergarments on. Skin to skin will help her." Dawn did what the doctor asked and stripped of her boxers and bra.

She got behind Luna and held her close to her body. "Come on baby, let's do this. I'm right here helping you." Said, Dawn. Luna nodded and started pushing when the doctor told her.

After another 3 hours, the baby was still inside, it won't come out.

So they decided to use gravity to their advantage. Luna sat on Dawn's open legs, her back to her chest, and Dawn was holding her keeping her up. Luna was pushing hard but nothing worked.

"I... Can't..." She panted breathlessly.

'Let me, Lu! I can do it!' Leslie yelled in her head. Luna agreed and let Leslie take control.

Luna opened her eyes again and it was Leslie's. Dawn was the first to notice. "Are you sure you can do it pup?" She asked making sure.

Leslie nodded and so the doctor started to guide her. They kept the same position, where Leslie was up and using gravity to pull the baby out.

Leslie gave a very strong push and the head and shoulders came out with the rest of the body. There were tiny little whines. And it made Leslie, Luna, Nova, and Dawn relieved. The baby was alive, it was ok. They both were. Leslie passed out on Dawn's chest exhausted. And Dawn cut the cord from around Luna's body.

Then the doctor pulled out the placenta since Luna was passed out. The doctor examined it and made sure there were no parts left of it in the womb.
