2 years later.....

"Samuel Quimby! Get your butt down from that tree!"

"No!"

"Sam! Come down right now!"

Skye face palmed. This boy will be death of him. Two years had passed and the royal family were celebrating their son's second birthday and unfortunately for them, little Samuel was in his terrible twos hence he was hiding on top of a tree. How he got there, no one knew.

Prince sighed.

"How did he even get up there?"

"I don't know Prince, he's like a flying squirrel or something"

"What should we do?"

"One of us has to go up there"

Prince sighed. It's always him. Like when Sam hid inside the washing machine the other day. This boy was so naughty the maids didn't even want to babysit.

"Hey there buddy, what are you doing all the way here?" Prince asks his son once he got to him. They could see Skye's worried self below.

"I want to see the birdies"

"Hmm..okay, we can buy binoculars for you to see them"

"What is banaculars? Is it a banana?"

He smiled.

"Yeah and they're very yummy. Mommy made them in the kitchen"

"Really? I want one"

"Let's go get them then"

Skye sighed in relief as the two got down from the tree. He picked the little Prince up and hugged him tightly making the toddler to giggle.

"Thanks babe" he says and kisses Prince softly.

"You're welcome, you owe us cookies right Sam?"

"Yeah!"

The toddler blew on the candles making everyone cheer, then he smushed the cake with his small chubby hands making his parents sigh in defeat.

"Thank God we ordered three cakes" Prince says making everyone in the room laugh.

Skye, who was holding a video camera smiled at Sam as he taped him.

"Smile for the camera Sammy, smile for mommy, that's a good boy. Now let's get those hands cleaned up"

The door opened and Benedict and Xavier entered, in their hands were large presents.

"Where is the little slugger? I bought him a nerf gun"

"You do know that he'll keep shooting us until midnight right?"

Benedict patted him on the shoulder.

"That's what you get for having a naughty boy. Where's Skye?"

"Right here" Skye says.

"Uncle Ben!" The toddler yells in excitement.

"Hey Sammy" Benedict says and picks Sam up.

Benedict and Xavier were still together, the couple were still living together. Xavier was now the head of a modeling agency while Benedict owned a chain of cafes around the kingdom. The couple were also trying for a baby. They had been told to wait for two years until Benedict's uterus was in his prime so he wouldn't have complications and lets just say Benedict was a little sore nowadays

"Mommy made me a big cookie and i climbed a tree"

"Really? Next time climb even high so you can see the stars"

"Benedict!" Skye exclaimed making his brother laugh.

"You sound like mom"

"Speaking of her, how is her vacation in Mauritius?" He asked. Sarah had left with Susanna for three months now.

"She's good. She sent me a picture the other day of her and Susanna at the beach. I honestly think those two hooked up at some point"

"That's practically incest"

He shrugged.

"Who gives a fuck these days, love who the fuck you want"

Prince snatched Sam away.

"Bad uncle! Using fowl language. Come on Sam, let's go get you a slice of cake"

Benedict sighed.

"Cursed this potty mouth"

Xavier chuckled from behind.

"You won't be saying that tonight"

"Do you two need to make out or something? The sexual tension between you two is unreal" Skye says.

"I think we should head home" Benedict winked.

Two weeks later....

"Sam! Put that squirrel down right now!".

"But it's mine"

Prince sighed. How are they always in such predicaments?!

"Just go snatch it" Skye says as he laid down. The queen was in the garden near the pool getting a tan.

"Skye you know how he is, he'll cry until sunset"

"Well he's going to cry even more when he chokes the living life out of that poor squirrel. honey just go snatch it"

"Okay okay" he says in defeat and went towards his son. He snatches the animal away from his grip and sets it free. Sam looked at his father like he had been told Santa claus wasn't real.

"Here comes the water works" Skye whispers as he sees Sam's bottom lip tremble. He sat up and went towards them.

"Honey you can't touch any animal you see, some are even dangerous you know? How about this, we play marco polo in the pool until we get pruny"

The toddler sniffled his tears away before he nodded. Prince sighed.

"Why am I the bad guy here? He's the one snatching squirrels"

"There's no bad guy babe, we're new parents and we learn as days go by. Now let's play, you're Marco"

"After you give me a kiss" Prince says wiggling his eyebrows. Skye sighed and pecked his lips, Prince took advantage and deepened it making Skye moan. He pulled away and winked before jumping in the pool.

Skye watched his two favorite boys play in the pool, it had been a rocky road but he's glad they made it. He now knows that relationships take a lot of work for it to be successful and honestly, he wouldn't trade it for the world. He posted an old picture of them on his Instagram, he smiled looking at it.

They waited for the timer to go off. It was only set for five minutes but why did it feel like five years?!

Benedict snatched the small white stick and looked at it. He couldn't believe it. After weeks and years of trying and now this?

"What does it say"

He sighed in sadness and gave Xavier the stick.

"See for yourself"

Xavier looked at small digital screens. He gasped.

"You're pregnant? Baby you're pregnant!" He shouted in joy. Benedict laughed at his reaction, the two shared a soft kiss and Xavier hugged him tightly.

"We're going to be parents....oh my God this is wonderful!"

Benedict smiled and patted his belly.

"We are having a baby whoohoo!"
