《Alpha's Little Luna》Chapter 77

I watch as Seb gives me one last nod before leaving the shed with Vera in his arms. Then, my attention is pulled back to Bahee in front of me.

At first, I was scared of the idea that Seb brewed in his head. I didn't want to face Bahee again, and I sure as hell didn't want to fight him either.

But after coming here, and seeing the condition that those two were in, it's not like I could just stand here and watch. I felt this anger rage inside of me, more then I've felt in a while.

But still, I'm afraid.

"You're acting tough now?" Bahee chuckles as he squares me up, rubbing his jaw that I just kicked. I glare at him in response. "Look at you, you're still scared. I can tell by the way your fists are trembling."

I shake out my hands on reflex with his remark. Is it that obvious how scared I am? "Let me guess," he continues. Looking up from my hands, I get taken back when he suddenly pounces on me. I grunt when my back hits the wall harshly with his forearm pressed against my neck, pinning me. He leans in close, right next to my ear, and whispers, "How has shifting been for you lately?"

I feel my body grow cold and my eyes wide, I struggle against his hold, but he just presses deeper into my neck twice as hard. He laughs out a breath knowing that he's hit a tender spot.

"You cant do it can you?" He smiles tucking my hair behind my ear. I grab desperately at his arm trying to pry it away so I can get him off of me. The sound of my harsh breaths the only thing taking my hearing. I feel tears begin to swim in my eyes as it continues to get harder for me to breathe. "Answer me little Luna."

"No," I quiver out. "You took everything from me Bahee. All for leverage?" He gives me enough room to say these words before pressing down again.

He shrugs, "I had more planned for you, but you left too soon." He coos out in a fake sweet voice. Though so after I feel his arm steadily pushing me harder against the wall to the point where my airway becomes constricted leaving me of all air.

My hand on reflex press against the wall behind me clenching my eyes closed. "Just sleep and I'll take care of the rest."

As a last resort I peek open my eyes looking for anything, looking for a way to escape. When they glance down at a bloodied pitch fork, I know that's my only way out.

Discreetly I inch my foot under the handle, and before my vision can be taken over with blackness, I kick the tool up to my hand.

I grunt with exhaustion before shoving the points into Bahee's exposed side.

He yells, staggering away from me as it protrudes from his waist. I fall against the wall gathering my breath once again, rubbing my neck free of the tenderness.

"I've had with your games!" Bahee seethes ripping out the pitch fork before throwing it to the other side of the room. His anger becomes evident on his face, making my eyes grow wide with worry.

Pushing myself impossibly closer into the wall, I watch Bahri collect himself. I can't breathe.

"Hey, hey calm down. Don't let him get to you," the tension I gathered in my body starts to deflate hearing Greyson suddenly link me. He must've felt the panic that's been building up.

I was almost to my breaking point.

"I don't know what to do."

"Yes you do," he soothes making me hear the small smile his voice carried. "There's no reason to be scared, you're stronger then him, smarter then him. If you get rid of this fear holding you back, there's nothing stopping you."

Bahee pulls his hand back from cradling his side seeing how the wound is now healed. His eyes training back on me.

"Make him pay," Grey tells me before his voice leaves me.

Taking a deep breath I try to collect myself. Greysons words echoing in my head. The confidence that left moments ago slowly fill my body once again.

Everyone believes in me, and I need to start following their words.

Bahee, runs towards me pulling his fist back swinging only for me to push it aside and swing one of my own. He staggers before I send my knee up hitting his nose which makes him completely back away in a stumbling manor.

I smile slightly bouncing on my toes. Why did I not realize how uncoordinated his moves were before? Compared to the others, it's almost like I can predict his every move.

I need to get over this fear and panic every time I see him. If I don't fight back and stand my ground then why should I even be a Luna?

For a second, between my hits, I could see panic in his eyes. That only made me greedy to see that expression more.

Before he recovers I feel the restraints that were slowly releasing over time, suddenly snap all at once deep inside me. From within, the tightness that was constantly constricting my insides unraveling at their own leisure.

I felt lighter, maybe.

Bahee still recovers slowly as I come to this realization, which only makes me smile widely.

Im not afraid anymore.

Letting myself laugh slightly, I run towards him.

Grabbing the sides of his head from his doubled over position, I send my knee right back to his nose hearing the crunch of the cartilage. After, placing the bottom of my shoe in the middle of his chest kicking him harshly into the wall.

Then wrapping my hand around his throat making sure he stays upright, fury starts to pulse through me.

Panting, I watch a steady stream of blood leak from his nose. This is nothing compared to the shit he put me through. A broken nose for weeks of torture? Not even close.

"How does it feel Bahee? Does it hurt? Do you feel weak?" I antagonize him getting close to his face. "Too bad," I whisper.

He pants before smirking, "Such a naive girl."

Instantly I feel my wrist burn and sizzle before my grip on him instinctively lets go. Backing up I see his beaten stance, as he grips the wall desperately to stand.

In his hand a blade, glistening in the low light of the shed.

When I look down to my wrist I see a perfect outline of the blade. The skin raised and red with blisters.

It's laced with wolfsbane.

"I didn't think I would have to pull this out, sorry I didn't cut you, my eyesight was a bit off."

He angles the knife towards me, but I don't feel scared of it. I feel something else brewing inside, but I can't put my finger on it exactly.

Placing my hand over my collarbone feeling the x shaped wound, the same as Greyson's makes me narrow my eyes towards Bahee.

The fear that Bahee trained into me runs deep, but my hatred runs even deeper.

He's hurt so many people that I love and care for. His arrogance has brought so many people to their deaths today, people that could've been good if only they had a better leader.

I feel my hands start to tremble, until the feeling slowly coaxes the rest of my body.

He hurt me. Tortured me. Took so much from me and still has the audacity to take more.

If he succeeds there's no telling what will happen to me in the future, what will happen to the ones I love.

My body starts to feel hot under his confused gaze. My head rolling when I start to feel pain in my joints.

"What do you think you're doing?" He whispers. I blink harshly feeling my breaths increase. When I open my eyes again, Bahee backs away.

He won't hurt anyone again.

He won't hurt us again.

Every inch of my body erupts in pain making me fall to the ground, my limbs turning and breaking. My face contorts in pain as sweat drips from my forward. It takes all my effort not to scream out.

Soon after my gums ache as blood fills my mouth. Only for my skin to ignite with searing pain.

The sensation so foreign, so lost and tucked away in the back of my mind. I didn't realize what was happening to me until I looked up.

The world so void of colors, suddenly so vibrant and vivid. The smells creeping into my nose that used to be muted.

The sound of Bahee's heart so easily heard through my ears.

I shifted.

Looking down, I find I'm on all fours, a feeling I haven't felt in a long time.

Bahee no longer has his hold on me, and the expression on his face tells me that he knows that as well.

With every breath, a growl exits my lips as I slowly stalk to him.

"Stay back, stay away from me or I'll put this wolfsbane in your system." His eyes are wide in panic as he backs in the corner.

A smirk takes my lips as my wolf licks her in anticipation.

It feels good to be back.

He extends the knife towards me, but in an instant I bite his wrist making him drop it. Which lets me kick it away to where he's vulnerable.

He skims against the wall clutching his hand to his chest, all while I watch and follow.

Never taking his eyes off me, he pats the back of the wall frantically trying to find anything to get away from me.

He's scared

And he should be.

Sighing, I watch as he grabs the handle of the door, opening it. Though he only falls onto his back, raising just enough to try and back away from me desperately.

"Please no, please stop this have mercy!" He pleads as he continues to kick back away from me.

While watching his pathetic display, something catches my attention. Which brings me away from Bahee. It's not like he's going anywhere.

Looking up when I catch their scents, I find everyone standing ways away to where I couldn't catch their scent before in the shed.

Bahee couldn't catch their scent before.

They all stare with wide eyed, Greyson crouched down with his hand pulled over his mouth. Though his eyes narrowed, as he nods approvingly.

"Please! I can tell you about your birth parents!" My steps cease as I feel my head snap down to him while tilt in question.

How does he know about my birth parents? Or who they are.

I growl watching as he nods, a smirk coming on his lips. "I had suspicions that it was you, but seeing the size of your wolf in person, I know it's you."

Growling again, I press a paw into his leg hard enough to where I feel it start to shamble beneath me. If he doesn't start talking I'm going to shatter his bone. His panic in his eyes only shows that he got the idea.

"They were from my pack growing up!" He yells holding up his hands to get me to stop. Though, the shock of his words were enough for me to let up on the pressure slightly. "The alpha, who was your father, was my older brother."

"You're lying!" I ground out replacing the pressure on his shin.

"No, I'm not! Your name was Aurora Bahee." He screams now feeling my claws dig into his shin.

Taking a deep breath I feel myself pause for a second, could he be telling the truth? How else would he have known about my past and about my real parents.

How would he even know that I didn't grow up with my original parents If he wasn't saying the truth?

"You were only in the pack for a few months until-" Bahee pauses before looking up to me with a new expression in his eyes. My own getting wide with his own pause.

"Until? Until what?" I pressure him, digging my nails further into his skin. Blood starting to leak from the wounds.

He only flinches before his eyebrows narrow and the new expression of malice forms.

"Until I killed them," he smiles. "I was going to kill you too, but my younger sister took you before I could. Dropped you off at a human's home, I suppose."

Before anything else can come from his mouth I stomp harder then before into his shin making a satisfying crunch beneath my paw. He screams before I pounce on top of him successfully pinning his neck down as well.

"Why? What gain did you get?"

"The position. The leadership. The right to rule. It was mine," he coughs smiling up at me. "If it wasn't for my damned sister, you would be dead and I would still have power of that pack."

My veins burn with anger, with fury. If Bahee was stopped his pack would've thrived, they wouldn't have gone through their class system or overwhelming amount of poverty.

If Bahee was stopped none of this would've happened. No one would've been hurt. All of this, everything about my life and many others originated with him behind it all.

"And your sister?" I keep asking desperate for answers. Anything.

Though, his smile only grows as his mouth fills with blood. I only watch as he spits something out to my left.

It only takes me a second to realize it had been his tongue.

"Burn in hell," I growl. He gets no second chances. No mercy. No sympathy. He doesn't deserve anything but death.

Lurching forward I encase his neck between my teeth, biting down harshly as my head thrashes hearing his tissue split and crack between my teeth.

The only thing heard from him is mangled sounds of objection as his blood gurgles in his mouth.

This is his atonement.

When I hear the distinguished ripping noise and his body going still beneath me, a weight suddenly dangles in my mouth.

Tossing his severed head many feet away from me. I leave him with nothin in my heart.

He doesn't deserve a second glance.

Everyone around, people in our pack and people not, all silent and still.

No punches being thrown, no unneeded bodies dropping. Just stillness.

It was over.

Peering up to Grayson, I walk slowly, my head held high even though I want to scream.

He smiles dragging his hand from him gaped mouth, standing from his crouched position.

"You did it," I watch his mouth move, but no words in my head or out of it either.

A message so intimate and personal, that the burden of speaking it was even too much.

I did it.
