《Alpha's Little Luna》Chapter 26

"Shift!" Seb yells at me.

He stands threatening in the middle of the sparing circle staring me down.

He's trying to train me how to shift on command and make it be painless. Though I'm refusing to do just that at the moment.

Seb is really taking this training to heart. He's not going easy that's for sure.

"Sebastian it's going to hurt! I don't want to go do it!" I wave my hands wildly in the air.

He grunts annoyingly at me while pinching the bridge of his nose. "Look, you need to figure out shifting early. You need to take control of it. If you don't everything will go to shit and it'll be harder to learn later." He sighs making eye contact with me. Pushing back up his glasses he motions with one hand, "Now come on. Shift!"

"Sebastian!" I complain stomping my foot.

He's right you know. Shut up.

He suddenly lets out a low growl, that startles me for a second. "Stop being weak Willa! God damnit! If I knew you were going to be like this I wouldn't of been so willing to help you!" He explodes.

My eyes go wide as I hold up my hand. Where did that even come from?

"Stop Sebastian," I warn. Feeling anger bubble in my stomach. My skin tingling as my hand clench.

Sebastian walks closer to me, as I start fuming with anger. "Awe did I hurt pretty princesses feelings? I'm sorry," he mocks poking my shoulder making it yank back with his force. "Or should I say pretty little Luna, like you're even strong enough to be one." He pokes my shoulder once again as my fists clench tightly at my sides. My blood pumping as every word from his mouth fuels my fury.

I should be feeling sad that Seb is saying all of these vile words. But all I feel is fury, rage. This anger that is swallowing me whole. Consuming my body.

"Seriously Sebastian you're pissing me off. Stop," I threaten again. I growl lowly at him, not being able to control it.

He laughs coldly, mocking me. Amara scratches at the back of my head ready to shift. "What'll you do to me pup?" I can't take it anymore. The fury over taking me, the fire dancing in my stomach.

I shift.

It only takes a second for all of my clothes to rip to shreds, flying with the force of my body changing.

I didn't even have time to think about the pain before I land on all fours.

Already leaping to Sebastian I tackle him. Throwing him to the ground. My front paws pin him to the grass below by holding his shoulders down. My nails threatening to prick his skin. But then he suddenly smiles.

I growl watching him grin. "Let me guess, that didn't hurt at all," he gives me a smug smirk making me snarl in his face.

"Oh yeah," he remembers. "We need to create a link." Suddenly I feel a soft hand caress the back of my mind, urging me to grab it.

"You're a dick! You intentionally made me mad so I would shift." I immediately say as I feel the link in place.

"Bingo," he smiles.

"I hate you," I growl gain. But he just frowns patting the paw that's still pinning him.

"Hey now, let's play nice."

"Me play nice?" I scoff. "You're the one that said all of those insults just to get me to shift."

"But it worked didn't it?" Seb smirks readjusting his black rimmed glasses.

Suddenly he splays his hands across my chest, digging his hands into my fur shoving me off of him. I have to take a couple steps back to stable myself with the force of his push.

After I shake my fur out his laughter stops abruptly making me look up to him.

My eyes narrow as I see him staring at me. I look behind me just in case somebody was there. But alas, he's just staring at me. His mouth opens and closes in question, like he can't find the right words to speak.

"Has uh-has Greyson said what you-what you uh...are?" He sputters out scratching the back of his head.

"What do you mean 'what I am?"

Seb sighs running a hand through his dirty blonde fringe resting on his forehead, "You should probably ask Greyson that question. He'd kick my ass." He chuckles, but the smile doesn't quite reach his eyes.

A few seconds of awkward silence passes. Neither of us knowing how to continue a conversation.

Suddenly he claps his hands together. "Alright! Now shift back!"

I want to press him for answers, though I know he won't say a word.

So I step off the topic following Sebastian's lead. "Really? I literally just shifted into a wolf not even 10 minutes ago," I complain. This returns Sebastian's smile in an instant.

"True, but this is training. If you're going to give Greyson a run for his money I have to train you to be the best Luna in existence. Now shift!" He smiles.

With a huff of protest I do as he says shifting back into my human form.

Pain rumbles throughout my body, though it's tolerable.

I push myself up to my legs, slightly panting from my transformation.

"Alright, that was an okay shift. Though I'm looking for a fantastic one. That's why you're here for another two hours!" But as the words leave his mouth a sudden breeze passes.

Holy shit, I'm naked in front of Seb. "Oh my god! Sebastian turnaround!" I squeal feeling my cheeks becoming violently red. My eyes wide in horror.

Hurriedly I try to cover my modestly as Sebastian just looks bored as he stares at me. His eyes never leaving my wide and panicked ones. "Please if I see something I haven't seen before, I'll throw a dollar at it." He retorts.

My mouth gapes as I somehow blush even more violently. "You sleep around don't you?" I piece together quietly pushing my hands closer to my body hiding the worst spots from him.

"Bingo," he smirks. "But don't worry. Since you and Greyson are together I have zilch attraction towards you." Seb holds up a zero made with his hand. He peeks one eye through it, "You're one of my best friends, I can't picture you in my bed." He shivers disgustingly making me scoff.

"We get it, I'm too ugly for your standards." I retort rolling my eyes.

He smiles mischievously, "On the contrary my friend. Greyson's lucky he tethered you down," he winks cheekily.

I wiggle uncomfortably as I still stand naked in front of Sebastian. Clearing my throat awkwardly I peel my eyes away from him, looking anywhere but his deep brown eyes.

As I'm about to say something I'm cut off with another, "Shift!" It's then followed by a, "I'll get you clothes after 10 more transformations," He directs.

Rolling my eyes I leap into my wolf. I feel no pain at all, but I could've landed better. "Dick," I mumble. My wolfy smirk starting to make an appearance.

He furrows his eyebrows frowning at me, "Just for that...shift!" A smirk of his own starts inching onto his face.

This is going to be a long, long day.

The next couple of days Greyson sends me off to train with Seb. He can't see my fighting strategies before the initiation as it's against the rules I guess.

Six hours a day everyday.

But today is where things change. Today is the day Seb has decided to actually fight back. To not throw fake punches or just ones aimed at my stomach.

"Morning Piglet!" Sebastian calls from his position that's currently leaned against a tree. His bare muscles bulge as he crosses his arms across his bare chest.

I smile slightly, though my eyes still droop from the early hours of the day. "Good morning Seb," I say back with way less energy and enthusiasm.

How the hell does he always have so much energy?

Oh yeah, he doesn't have an annoying mate waking him up every morning in an annoying way.

Every. Single. Morning.

"Are you ready for today?" Seb asks pushing himself off of the tree. As he does so I readjust my baggy shirt.

A weak smile crosses my face, "I would be lying if I said yes."

"Of course," he chuckles slightly shaking his head. Quickly he motions for me to step in the circle.

Reluctantly I step in and he follows my lead.

"You know we wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think you were ready?" He suddenly blurts making my head snap up from its hanging position. "You're more than capable to fight me, courtesy of myself-" He smiles brightly before continuing. "-I've made you a great Luna. I'm proud of you."

Rose starts to make an appearance onto my cheeks from the compliment. I didn't think I was a very good fighter, but hearing it from Seb makes me so much more confident. I smile happily at him, "Thanks Seb."

He smiles back, "You ready?" He spreads his feet evenly out taking his stance.

A small smirk makes its way upon my lips. "As I'll ever be." I tell him taking my stance as well. Be ready for everything, we got this.

"Alright rules are, pretty much everything is allowed. If one of us can't take anymore just say "stop." Got it?" He clarifies.

I nod my head swallowing harshly. He nods back no longer smiling.

He counts down slowly as I take a deep breath. Before I know it, he yells "Go!"

Quickly I run towards Seb using my speed. My heart pumps quickly, wildly.

Sebastian runs at me the same rate, until we're close enough to touch.

Suddenly I jump high in the air. Avoiding his kick that I didn't even know was going to happen until my instincts told me to jump.

So I did.

As I look down from the air I see his kick flash before my eyes.

Yeah, that would've hurt.

When Seb see's that I dodged him so quickly his eyes go wide for half a second. He then looks up to see my fist coming right towards his face.

My knuckles make impact with his left eye.

I ignore the pain in my fist as I land crouched onto the ground. My hands grip the grass to stable myself out.

I watch Sebastian as he takes a few steps back, his eye starting to bruise.

Smirking I run up to him before he has anytime to recover kicking my leg out to sweep his from underneath him.

But he saw me coming and when his back hits the ground he put his hands behind his head, pushing himself up quickly.

As he comes face to face with me he smirks, punching me right in the sternum. I wheeze stumbling back.

Literally every time he goes for my sternum.

I mean it's effective and all because I can't breathe and I'm disoriented, it's always a cheap move.

Coughing I see him quickly come behind me. He grabs my wrist harshly holding it behind me. My arm wings as he holds my wrist between my shoulder blades.

I yelp in pain as my shoulder threatens to pop.

I try to wiggle from his grasp but he has a hold of my shoulder with his free hand. Holding me stable against his strength.

An aggravated grunt escapes my lips as I start getting angry. "You know you could forfeit right now with a four letter word," he says taunting me. I can see the accomplished smirk on his lips.

I don't answer him, this resulting in him bringing my wrist further up my back. I can practically feel my bones grinding on one another in my shoulder. I can feel them starting to split apart the longer Seb hold my wrist there. "Sebastian!" I yell in pain. My eyes clench together.

"You just heard me Willa, say the word and I'll let you go." He tells me. Though I'm not giving up.

"Just let me go!" I yell squirming.

He huffs a breath pulling my arm further up my back. Suddenly I hear a pop, this making me scream slightly. "Just say it," Sebastian presses.

"I'm not quitting!" I yell before the burning in my skin makes an appearance. The constant scratching in the back of my head. The flames in my stomach. Before I know it I start shifting in Sebastian's arms.

He loses his grip and I leap from him. When I'm a few feet away from him I spin to face him.

Quickly I have to shake out my arm as it tingles with pain.

A mangled snarl exits my lips as I look to Sebastian with fury raging in my stomach.

Seb claps his hands loudly together, rubbing them in kiddish joy. "Ah, here we go." He smiles deviously before taking two wide strides shifting before my eyes.

His large grey wolf only standing inches in front of me. Seb's wolf is larger than I, more muscles visible.

My eyes automatically roll as a deep growl exits my lips. My legs start to move as I circle Sebastian assessing him. Assessing his weak spots. Parts where I can easily strike and weaken him.

But then Seb does the same to me.

We both circle each other. Studying one another.

That's until Sebastian growls and lunges forward.

I follow his lead running at him.

In an instant Seb and I collide. One another trying to get her the upper hand on the other. For a second I really thought I was about to pin him until he sinks his teeth deep into the middle of my neck.

A whimper escapes from me, and he he sees his opening pushing me to the ground. I lay on my back as he stands above me.

As if a switch goes off inside my head I feel the both of us controlling our movements at the same time.

Amara urges me to go for his stomach, and before I can react. She does it for me.

Like a maniac she claws Seb's stomach leaving marks and gashes galore onto his exposed stomach.

As my legs are busy doing that I start snapping my jaw in his face so he has nowhere to go, but off of me.

But I make that decision for him as I take all four of my paws and forcing them up, removing Sebastian from on top of me.

But he wasn't giving up that easily.

As he rolls from on top of me, he slices a long gash from my chest to my lower stomach. Red blossoms in the winter forest of my fur.

Both of us stand and stare at each other. Both of us bloodied and out of breath.

I can't fight Seb anymore. We're both have the same power, the same fighting strategies. We would just go back and forth ending up with both of us being greatly hurt. "I'm not fighting you anymore Seb," I link him quietly, exhausted.

"I don't want to fight you either." He sighs dropping to the ground to rest. I do the same, following his lead. "As much as I don't want to admit this, you and I are matched in our fighting skills."

Seb and I quickly transform back into humans, changing quickly into stored clothing.

We step through the doors together to the pack house. Both of us bloodied.

Me with blood soaking the left side of my neck and my hair. Blood seeping through my shirt, as it oozes out through my sternum. And Sebastian as his stomach it literally covered in gashes and blood.

My eyes lazily close and then snap back open as I'm completely drained of all energy. Either that or the amount of blood I've lost.

I stumble slightly not paying attention to where I'm walking. I'm so out of it at the moment. I can't focus where I'm going, where I am, what I'm seeing.

So when someone comes to me suddenly picking me up in their arms, I jump.

They hold me as I melt into their chest. "Damn Sebastian, she did one hell of a number on you," the smooth melodic voice of Greyson speaks up. I smile faintly as my eyes close, snuggling deeper into him.

"Tell me about it," Sebastian chuckles.

"Is she ready for tomorrow or should I postpone it for a couple more days?" Greyson asks seriously. I almost forgot the initiation was tomorrow. I've pushed it to the back of my mind.

Seb scoffs, "She's a tank Grey. She almost got me today."

They must think I'm asleep as they're talking as if I'm not here. Little do they know I'm secretly listening along.

"I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. I don't want to harm a hair on her body. But we have to fight until she submits herself, or isn't able to fight anymore. And knowing her stubborn self, she won't submit easily." Grey chuckles sadly.

They both sigh simultaneously. "Everyone has to do it, unfortunately. I mean how do you think your dad felt fighting his kids? Terribly, but like I said everyone does it."

It's silent between the two of them. My head begging me to let go and just sleep.

Taking a deep breath I finally let sleep take over.
