I tried several kegel balls, but they didn't really do anything. I probably just used them wrong, and they may work well for others who know what they are doing. To me, they were just frustrating. Then I stumbled across a kegel exerciser that came with an app. It has all kinds of electronics built in that measure if you use the right muscles, how long you can contract them and so on. It tracks your progress, and, of course, it also gives you feedback, so it's fool safe. Another feature is that it comes with games that can even be played competitively, which is really quite fun.

After using it regularly for a few weeks, I started to notice a difference, a big difference. I actually didn't have any symptoms at all anymore after two months. Unfortunately, it doesn't cure you. So when you stop exercising, your problems will return after a while. You will have to keep using it several times a week. But that, in my opinion, is a small trade-off.

You may ask yourself why you should get a device like that when you don't have any of the problems I discussed. Well... It has more uses that may be more interesting to you. Kegel training is said to also positively affect the quality of your orgasms and can help you have a more fulfilling sex life. I can't give you any personal insights on that, however, because I've always been very lucky in that department and therefore can't say that I noticed any changes.
