Chloe woke up in a bed. She sat up and rubbed her eyes. She felt her head and noticed that a bandage was on her. She stood up and opened the door. She saw a town and fell backwards.

She stood back up and looked around, "Dad?"

She was in the room alone. She sat on the bed and curled up into a ball.

"Anyone?!"

The door opened and a young lady with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a blue outfit on.

"Are you okay, sweetie?" She asked.

"Who are you? Where am I? Where is my Daddy?" Chloe panicked.

"Calm down." The lady said, "come with me and I'll explain."

"But I don't know you!" Chloe replied.

"My name is Sally, sweetheart." The lady said.

Chloe was still unsure about her. Sally reached her hand out to her. After a moment, Chloe slowly took her hand. Sally led her to a gas station/diner called "Flo's Cafe".

"Do you want anything?" Sally asked her.

"Chocolate chip muffin?"

"You got it." Sally replied going into the cafe.

Chloe looked around. The town small and empty.

"Hey kiddo!" Someone said from behind her.

Chloe turned around and saw a guy with a purple suite and a mustache. Chloe backed up a bit.

"Hey it's okay." He said, "I'm Ramone."

Chloe didn't like all these new people walking up to her. Sally came back with a big and hot chocolate chip muffin.

"Here you go hunny." She said handing it to her along with a glass of milk.

Chloe started eating the muffin until 2 little men came over.

"Oh guarda, e la ragazza!" One said. (oh look it's the girl!)

"Why yes!" The other said, "hello! My name is Luigi and this is Guido."

Just then, a lady in a teal dress walked up to her, "so this is the little cutie!"

Chloe finished her muffin and milk and hugged her legs.

"What's wrong, Chloe?" Sally asked.

"I don't know any of you and I want my daddy." She answered.

The lady in the teal dress walked to her, "being in a new place is scary with new people. But we wil-"

"Let me go!" Yelled a voice.

Chloe looked up, "Daddy!"

Lightning looked up and saw his daughter, "Chloe!"

Chloe tried to get to him but the group held her back. Lightning tried to break free from the 2 men holding him back. But nothing worked.

"No! Lemme see my Daddy!" Chloe cried.

"After court you'll see him!" Ramone said.

The 2 men took McQueen in the courthouse. Chloe's tears flooded her eyes.

". . .Daddy." She whispered, "why is he going to court?"

"Look at what he did to the road." Luigi answered.

Chloe saw the road completely destroyed and cracked.

Oh boy, she thought.
