I packed a few sun dresses, shorts, pants, plain tee shirts, swimsuits, one pair of sandals, a pair of heels, and sneakers. Also my toiletries and makeup.
It was the night before Florencio left on vacation to see his best friend get married. I still wasn't going. My mom didn't care at this point. She said she'd see me in the morning, and if she didn't, to have a good flight.
I checked several times to make sure I put my passport in my carry on. This was crazy. It was midnight and I still couldn't sleep.
I tucked myself into bed and shut my eyes tightly. My chest felt fluttery with anxiety. This whole trip business wasn't good for me. Thankfully, I managed to fall asleep.
The shrill of my phone going off woke me up.
My eyes opened hesitantly, afraid to see Florencio's still unsaved number. I looked at my digital clock.
5 am.
I picked up the phone and answered it. I had only about five hours of sleep but I wasn't tired.
"Hurry up and get out here," I heard Florencio's voice.
I felt suddenly overwhelmed. "Why?" My voice was raspy.
"Did you just wake up?" He asked.
"Yes. I told you I'm not going." I looked at my packed bags.
I heard a door slam shut and footsteps.
"What are you—" before I could finish my sentence, I heard the doorbell ring.
I threw my phone on the bed and ran as quietly as I could to the door. I opened the door, angry.
"Everyone is sleeping!" I hushed. "What do you want?"
Florencio's face was cold when he said, "you."
He pushed himself inside and shut the door loudly. God, I hoped no one woke up.
He dragged me to my room and slammed that door too.
My heart was on high alert.
When he grabbed my jaw and pressed his mouth to mine, I squealed, not ready for the contact.
He shoved me onto my bed, climbing on top of me. My erratic breathing was the only thing I heard.
"You know what I wanna do to you?" He whispered against my mouth. When I didn't answer he went down to my neck, sucking and biting me.
I gripped his shoulders. I felt hot all over.
I was confused when he stopped kissing me. He was looking at something behind me.
I looked with him and saw he was staring at my bags. I don't know why I packed. I regretted it now.

"All packed?" He questioned. He palmed my figure. I held my breath. "Can't run anymore, honey. I'm leaving and you're coming with me."
-
I had to dress hurriedly. I was in leggings and a sweatshirt.
In the airport, Florencio rolled my suitcase with his. He offered to hold my backpack. I said no.
I had never used my passport before and I felt excited. Acapulco, Mexico. I had only been to two other states in the US. Going to another country seemed crazy.
Waiting for the plane to board, my tiredness hit me hard. I was falling asleep on the hard chair.
Over the intercom a lady announced our plane was boarding.
Florencio leaned over his seat and kissed my cheek when I didn't move.
"The flight is six hours. You'll have time to sleep. Come on." He gently pulled me up. I followed behind him sluggishly onto the plane.
I was so exhausted, a six hour flight sounded wonderful.
Finally on the plane, my face reddened when I saw we were in first class.
"Florencio!" I whispered. "This is too much." He pushed me into my seat. After that, he put our things in the overhead.
He sat down next to me and took my hand in his. "I want to be comfortable." He brushed his lips against my knuckles. "Have you ever flown before?"
I shook my head no. "I'm not scared though."
He smiled slightly. "Go to sleep, Parker. Your eyes are red."
I slept all beautiful six hours. I even slept through the mandatory safety procedures. I faintly remember Florencio putting his sunglasses on me to look like I was awake.
When we landed, I felt energized. I practically jumped over Florencio to get our stuff from the overhead. I was the first one off the plane, leaving Florencio behind.
I waited impatiently for him. He aggressively grabbed our suitcases from me when he got off the plane. I didn't care about his weird attitude. I followed closely behind him.
When we got out of the airport, it was hot and humid. There was a few palm trees. The sky was blue and bright.
Florencio walked me to the parking lot and to an expensive black car. A man standing there gave Florencio the keys. They exchanged some words before the man left.
"Who was that?" I asked curiously. He put our stuff in the trunk.
"You ask a lot of questions," he said, getting in car.

I frowned as I got in the car. I only asked one question.
Florencio drove for a while and we soon entered this beautiful resort. My nose was pressed against the car window, looking at the beautiful place. The ocean was in front of the resort. It looked inviting. I didn't even like the ocean much.
We pulled into a beautiful hotel parking lot. Green trees surrounded it and many tourist walked about.
Florencio texted someone on his phone and it reminded me to check mine.
I pulled my phone out of my backpack and saw I had ten text messages. Nine from Gina, one from my mom.
Gina's text messages were a bunch of asking me to hang out, where was I, and the last message read: What the fuck!? You actually went to Mexico and I had to find out from your mom? You know how hard she was judging my hair when I saw her? Anyways, have fun! Love you.
I smiled and texted her back that I loved her and sorry for the inconvenience of having to talk to my mom.
My moms message read: Have fun. Be safe. Don't come back pregnant. Also, Felix and Aaron leave today. They say bye.
I texted back: Okay. See you when I come back.
When was I coming back?
"How long are we gonna be here?" I put my phone back in my bag.
He breathed out. "Like two weeks."
My eyes widened. "You should have told me that. I didn't pack a lot..."
He shrugged. "I'll buy you whatever you need."
"Oh." I didn't want him to. It was like a gift. I was already weird about this whole trip. I don't think I could stand him buying me clothes.
We got out of the car and entered the beautifully decorated lobby of the hotel.
Florencio checked us in. I was too busy admiring the hotel to even try and interpret their conversation.
Finally, we were in the elevator. I watched as the numbers kept increasing. First floor to the tenth floor. The doors dinged and opened.
Florencio walked us down the hallway and to our hotel room. When he unlocked the door and let us in, I almost gasped.
The room was huge. It was separated into sections. There a living room. The couch was fluffy and white and the tv was huge. I dropped my backpack to the floor and went out to the balcony. We had a view of the ocean. I breathed in the sweet air. I then traveled to the bedroom, passing the mini kitchen. Florencio was already on the bed, on his stomach. My face flushed.
I crawled onto the humongous bed carefully.
"Are you okay?" I lightly placed my hand on his back.
He groaned. "Tired."
I laid down next to him and breathed out when he rolled over on me. He used my chest as a pillow.
I wasn't tired, but I would lie here with him.
I yelped when he bit my chest.
I sat up quickly, scooting away from him.
"I thought you were going to sleep!" I hugged a pillow to my sensitive chest.
He laughed. "I know you're not tired. I won't make you wait for me." He got up. He undressed quickly from his airport attire and I looked away, my face hot.
When I looked back, he was dressed in pants and a long sleeve. He laid back down on the bed and smiled sweetly.
"Get dressed, honey. I won't look. I promise."
I wasn't worried about him looking, I was worried about him touching.
I ignored him and took off my clothes. I refused to look at him. I bent over and opened my suitcase, digging out clothes quickly. I pulled out black skinny jeans, a light pink loose teeshirt and flats.
When I got back up, Florencio wasn't on the bed anymore.
I gasped when I felt hands on my hips. I was pulled against a hard body. I bit my lip. Florencio slipped his thumbs under my underwear, stroking my hips.
"Bend over," he demanded. His hands squeezed me, encouraging me.
I sucked in a sharp breath. "W-what?"
Someone's phone ringing made Florencio huff and let go of me.
I scurried into the expensive bathroom and locked the door. I did my business, got dressed, and splashed some water on my face. I poked my under eyes. I needed to put on some makeup.
When I left the bathroom, Florencio was still on the phone. He stared at me darkly as I left the room to retrieve my backpack from the living room.
I quickly did my makeup on the couch and by then, Florencio was done with his phone call.
"Where are we going?" I smiled to show I was excited.
Florencio grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the room. "I want you to meet my friends."
