《Soulmates Yoongi x Reader》{85 The contracts (Yoongi POV)
Groggily I turn around in my bed and snooze the alarm that had been ringing on my phone.
''Just five more minutes,'' I mumble and turn back around and put my arms back around y/n who is still sleeping soundly next to me. Withing second I fell back asleep and woke up five mintures later by the alarm ringing yet again.
''Yoongi,'' Y/n groans and an arm flies over me and tries to find the ringing phone at my side of the bed.
''Yeah, yeah,'' I mumble and roll over this time turning off the alarm. Y/N also rolls over and puts her head on my chest, automatically I encircle my arms around her and kiss her on top of her head. ''Y/N, we need to get up, I have to go the dorm in half an hour.''
''I know, I know,'' She mumbles, still half asleep. ''just five more minutes, okay?''
''Five minutes, '' I chuckle softly and kiss the top of her head, I had just mumbled the same words, ''nothing more, okay? I don't want to be late''
''hmmm,'' Y/n hummed barely awake. Just to be sure I grab my phone and set a timer in five minutes. Which was a good idea because fiver minutes later I wake up from the beeping of the timer. We both groan knowing we can't postpone going out of bed anymore. Slowly I push a grumbling y/n upright and shove her out of bed, in turn, she drags me after her. Waking up early definitely wasn't our strong suit.
I grabbed some clothes and a towel from the closet and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. Y/n dragged herself to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the two of us, as she would be working from home she didn't immediately need to wash up and could wander around her house in her pajama's all day if she wanted. After a quick shower, I joined y/n in the kitchen and helped her put the food on the table, it wasn't anything fancy just some leftover rice and vegetable from the previous day.
''Do you have to go back?'' Y/n looked up from her bowl of rice, ''I kinda liked having you around all the time.''
''If everything goes as planned, I have to go back to the dorms,'' I replied with a sad smile, ''But you can always come over, everyone is now aware of our relationship so you're always welcome. It's just the dorm is closer to BigHit and the manager can't just take a detour every other day just because of me.''
If everything would go as planned today we are going to sign the new contracts and I would go back to work tomorrow and therefore, go back to the dorm. It felt weird going back, it had felt so right to be with her even in the small apartment. I was going to miss her, but at least now that everyone knew including the manager it was easier for her to come over. That reminds me I need to give her information to the security at our residence and the password to her so she could come over whenever she wanted.
''I know and I'm really happy they decided to give you all a new contract, I would have been so sad to see BTS get split up.'' Y/n smiled at me, ''I'm still a fan you know.''

I smiled brightly at her and kissed her on her cheek, ''I need to go otherwise I'll be late.''
''Okay,'' She got up from the table and helped me bring the dishes to the kitchen. I grabbed my stuff and got ready to leave.
''Let me know how your day is going,'' Y/n said and gave me one last kiss before I left her apartment. Instead of the elevator, I took the stairs down, I had been too lazy in the past weeks and it was time to get serious again. It was a short walk to the parking garage that was a few blocks from y/n's apartment, even though I didn't like driving through the city especially in the morning rush hour. It would draw more attention if I took a taxi every other day in the same area. Luckily, the dorm wasn't in a busy part of the city and there wasn't too much traffic on the way and after a 20 min drive, I arrived at the dorm.
When I entered the dorm everyone was already awake and dressed in the living room.
''YOONGI!!'' Jimin and Taehyung yelled enthusiastically when I entered the living room.
''Glad to have you back,'' Namjoon who just came from the kitchen with cup coffee placed a hand on my shoulder, ''The pace just wasn't the same without you.''
I smiled and plopped down on the couch and grabbed my phone from my pocket. If everything went as planned we weren't the only one signing a contract today, I knew for a fact the head editor is supposed to give y/n a call today and is going to offer her a job, two actually. The head editor had given me a call a few days ago and ran the idea by me, she had come up with an idea that would allow y/n to come on tour with us. She was going to offer y/n two jobs technical assistant on tour and junior editor, I hadn't talked to y/n about it because the head editor still had to make all the arrangements with the staff and the CEO. Moreover, y/n was independent and didn't like me pushing her in a certain direction so it seemed more appropriate to let the head editor, who had come up with the idea first place, give her the news. However, I was really curious what she was going to choose, if she wouldn't go on tour with us and start as a junior editor it would mean we would have to be away from each other for a long period and I don't know if I would be able to handle it.
''Are you going to miss her?'' Hoseok carefully asked, ''You've been seeing her every day lately, it must be strange to go back to the dorms.''
I sighed, ''Yeah, I will miss her, but at least now she can also come to the dorms more often.''
''I would love to get to know her more,'' Hoseok smiled at me.
''Is she coming over tonight?'' Jungkook asked with sparkling eyes.
I narrowed my eyes ar him, ''I don't think so, why?''
''She's nice,'' Jungkook shrugged and acted like he wasn't just acting like an excited puppy, ''I would like to play games with her again.''

We were interrupted by the front door opening and the manager walking into the dorm.
''Are you guys ready?'' He asks and everyone nods in response, ''Then let's go the CEO is waiting for us.''
All of us go down to the parking garage of the building and pile into the manager's van, who drives us to BigHit. During the car ride, I check my phone again a couple of times but there a now messages. After a short drive to BigHit, we enter the building and immediately head for the CEO's office. He stands up when we enter greets us and bows politely.
''Yoongi, glad to see you again,'' He says before sitting down again. I nod and sit down on one of the chairs. The CEO slides a pile of documents to the edge of the table and Namjoon picks them up and starts looking through them. Even though it's not the first time seeing them, we've carefully reviewed them with our lawyers the past week to make sure everything is correct before coming in here today to sign them. Everything necessary concerning soulmate bond has ben enclosed including a disclosure and soulmate protection agreement.
''Seokjin,'' Namjoons says after carefully reading the contract and closing it, ''This is yours.''
Seokjin takes the contract from him and places it on the CEO's desk who hands him a pen.
''You need to put your initials on every page and sign the last page with today's date,'' The CEO explains.
''Hoseok,'' Namjoon says after reading through another contract and handing it to Hoseok.
Namjoom slowly goes through the pile of documents before everyone has received his contract and signed it. After signing all the contracts the CEO gathers them and smiles brightly at the seven of you.
''I'm glad to have you all back again,'' He puts the contracts in a folder, ''I will email all of you the signed documents later today. Thank you all for coming in today.''
We all stand up and leave the office glad that all the arrangements are over.
''I'm really glad you stood up to the CEO,'' Seokjin said when we were outside of the office, ''I don't know if I would have the courage to say and do the things you did.''
''I would have never dared to be as blunt,'' Jimin agreed with Seokjin, ''I'm really glad you did though.''
''Same here,'' Taehyung said showing off his boxy smile, ''I can't wait to find my soulmate!''
''Honestly,'' Jungkook said while pressing the button to call the elavator, ''If the CEO wouldn't have given you your job back we would have all left.''
''You said you would have started your own company right?'' Hoseok asked me and I nodded in response, ''Well, we would have just started working for you instead of BigHit.''
''Maybe we could have even persuaded the staff to resign and move with us,'' Jimin added, ''After all these years, they are like family and it wouldn't have surprised me if they did.''
Namjoon nodded in agreement, ''I even heard some staff talking about resigning out of protest when Yoongi wouldn't get his job back.''
The elevator arrived and we all piled into the elevator, the manager pressed the button the bottom floor and the elavtor started it's journey down.
''Honestly, I think the CEO never would have gone through with it,'' Seokjin said, ''I think it was his plan all along to keep you in the company.''
''I don't think so,'' I said disagreeing, ''He seemed quite serious about it the first time, but someone must have said something because the second time he had made a full 180.''
''Y/N, is also getting her job back isn't she?'' Namjoon asks me.
''Depends,'' I answered, ''She might be going on tour with us as a technical assistant and after the tour will resume her job as an editor.''
''Really!'' Namjoon answers excitedly, ''That's awesome! When will you know for sure.''
I grabbed my phone from my pocket again checking my messages again, ''Any time now I guess, she supposed to get a call today.''
''That's why you have been checking your phone so often?'' jimin asks I nod in response and put my phone back in my pocket.
''Have you ever found out who told the CEO about the relationship?'' Namjoon asks.
''No,'' I shake my head, ''When I get back to work I will try to go to the bottom of it, I don't want to work with someone so sneaky.''
''We will help you,'' Hokseok says determined and everyone nods in response.
The elevator arrives at the bottom floor and everyone except the manager get's off.
''Yoongi?'' The manager speaks up, ''You have missed out on a lot the past weeks, it's going to be a lot of work to get you back on track. Let's go the staff is waiting for you in the meeting hall.''
I stepped back into the elevator and the manager presses the button for the 3rd floor, slowly the doors close and the elevator rises again.
Just when I entered the meeting hall I felt it, her heartbeat. Which meant y/n must be in the building, the head editor must have called her. When the meeting started I could feel her heartbeat getting faster, more excited with every minute and it wasn't long before I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I didn't care I was in an important meeting I grabbed my phone from my pocket and smiled when I read the message on the screen.
Y/n: Apparently, it seems I will go on tour with you.

This story is getting closer and closer to its end, again I'm sorry that I left everyone hanging for so long but I will resume my update schedule and the next update will be in 5 days!

A Girl and Her Food
When a lost girl wakes up without a name, she quickly finds herself alone in a way that people around her can’t fix. Without a real plan and desperate to find what’s wrong with her, she thrashes and bites to stay alive. But human beings are weak things, that band together for strength, no matter who we are. Now if only she could work up the courage to ask one question... It’s normal to get stronger when you drink the blood of monsters. Right? Things to expect: - A powerful but kinda neurotic and emotional protagonist, with some degree of weak to strong. Or maybe strong to stronger, honestly. She's pretty rational and practical about things but won't always make the best decisions, so be warned if you super-dislike characters doing dumb stuff for emotional reasons sometimes. - Lots of dialogue and characterization, especially as we get more into it. It's focused on a single POV, but there might be some sections of other POVs later on, I'm not sure right now. - Magic is on the softer side, but I'll try to keep things fleshed out enough to avoid any obvious "well-established magic could have seemingly instantly solved this problem" moments. - I didn't add the mystery tag because I feel like it implies that this is a detective novel or something, but the story is absolutely incredibly opaque at times. So you'll have the most fun if you go into it trying to puzzle out the nature of events before they're explicitly explained!😇 - Also, I added the genre for completion, but it's gonna take a while to get to the romance. Please wait warmly and have some tea. Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge!
