Your POV
Today was the day, the day of your first real date with Yoongi. The past few days the two of you hadn't talked that much, but you understood he was busy with his work in Japan. Jieun and Haneul had insisted you should have worn a dress but you refused because it would be too inconvenient. Besides he was just coming over to your apartment a dress would be too much. So instead they had given you wide khaki pants and a white shirt to wear. It was a comfortable outfit that still made you look beautiful. Jieun had come back to your apartment after classes and had done your make-up. She's a pro at make-up and insisted to make you look your very best before Yoongi would arrive at 5 pm. At half-past four, she put the final touches on your make-up and you then ushered her out of the house before he would arrive.
You sighed and looked at your phone there were just 15 minutes left. This would be the first time the two of you were meeting after the two of you had talked two weeks ago. He might be your soulmate, but he is still Suga from BTS and that made you feel extremely nervous. No wait, It might be because he is your soulmate. You felt pressured that everything had to be perfect because it was him, the man you are supposed to be with for the rest of your life.
Ones more you checked your apartment, it was really clean, too clean. It didn't even feel like your apartment anymore, there were no study books or projects spread across the dining table which you used as your desk instead there was a beautiful table cloth Haneul had put there. No clothes were lying on the bed or the floor everything was nicely folded and put away in your closet, it was unnatural. You sighed and wondered if this wasn't too much if this was still you? But it was too late now he could be here any minute, you sighed and plopped on the couch waiting for him to arrive.
*Ding dong*
You sprung up from the couch and rushed over to the door, you pressed the button next to the camera. Even though you had already felt him coming because his fast-paced heartbeat had already entered your chest, but you had waited not wanting to seem the creepy girl waiting right beside the doorbell.
''Come in!'' You said happily through the microphone.
You waited patiently in the doorway of your apartment until he would arrive at your doorstep. His heartbeat getting stronger with every step he took towards your apartment, somehow it felt different this time. The last time it had felt strange and intense, but now it felt almost comfortable. It meant he was safe, he was close. Then he appeared from the elevator you couldn't help but smile at the sight of him. He smiled back at you when he saw you waiting for him in the doorway. With each step, he took your heart beat faster and faster until it felt like it was going to explode. You were smiling from ear to ear and again you felt this intense feeling of euphoria washing over you. How was it possible an unknown man had so much effect on you?

''Hi,'' He said when he was close enough to your apartment.
His voice, the low raspy tone it was beautiful. Everything about him was so perfect. You had to restrain yourself from hugging him when he was close enough. He had given you a hug when he had left your apartment last time but you couldn't just jump on every opportunity to do that right? You had to keep your composure to not seem like a clingy and pushy girl, you weren't like that.
''Hi,'' You replied and stepped out of the doorway to let in him into your apartment.
But instead of walking past you into your apartment he stopped in front of you and gave you a warming hug. You immediately melted in his arms your fast-beating heart synchronizing with his. You put your arms around him too and hugged him back. It felt so good to be in his arms like that was where you were meant to be all along.
''You look beautiful,'' Yoongi whispered in your ear.
''T-Thanks,'' You almost were not able to utter them because of the effect his low and raspy whispering voice had on your body. Your knees had almost given in at the way he said those words. Since when had you become such a fangirl? Yes, you had been a fan but not to this extent, almost fainting at just a few simple words. It was absurd.
Slowly Yoongi released the hug and you watched him slowly take off his shoes, facemask, baseball cap and jacket, you were still in awe of his beauty and you had to be careful not to stare had him with your mouth hanging open. He just looked so handsome even doing something simple like taking off his jacket. After he had taken off his shoes the two of you sat down at the small dining table.
''So how was Japan?'' You asked him trying to act normal and not showing any of the emotion that had been rushing through you.
''It was nice,'' Yoongi smiled at you, ''There were a lot of fans supporting us.''
''where you also able to see a little bit of the city?'' You asked.
''No not really,'' Yoongi shook his head, ''We were too busy.''
''Oh.'' You replied not knowing what to say.
''But I've been there a few times before and did some sightseeing with the other guys then,'' Yoongi explained, ''It was nice.''
''I-I've always wanted to visit Japan,'' You said,
''Maybe you should go with me next time,'' Yoongi said and smiled at you.
Your heart skipped a few beats when he offered that, was he serious? Going to him to Japan, it sounded so unreal?

''I'd like that,'' You said blushing and smiled back at him, '' maybe sometime in the future.''
It was silent for a moment before Yoongi broke the silence.
''So what do you want to eat?'' Yoongi asked and pulled out his phone, ''It can be anything you want it's my treat.''
''uh..'' You thought for a moment, ''What about some chicken?''
''Sure,'' Yoongi nodded, ''Sounds good, do you want anything to drink?''
''uh...'' You wanted to say soju, but as you also already suggested drinking wine last time you thought he would think you would be an alcoholic or something. which you were not... Yeah you liked to drink but you were a student, students drink. It's just soju fits so well with some chicken.
''I also have some soda and juice here,'' You finally said trying to sound casual.
''Do you also have soju?'' Yoongi asked. You raised an eyebrow in surprise.
''It just fits well with chicken,'' Yoongi explained when he saw you looking confused at him. ''I usually don't drink if you-''
''No no'' You cut him off ''It's not that I was just surprised because I was thinking the same thing.''
''Then chicken and soju it is,'' Yoongi smiled at you and started typing some things into his phone, ''Done.''
''Wow, that's quick!'' You replied.
''I order quite often at this restaurant their food is delicious,'' Yoongi said. ''It will arrive in about 30 minutes.''
''Good.'' You said.
''Did you work this weekend?'' Yoongi asks you to try to keep the conversation going.
''Yeah on both days I worked from 9 am until 4 pm.'' You said nodding. ''It wasn't busy so I was able to leave early today.''
Even though the conversation is still a little bit awkward his presence feels nice. Your body had calmed a little after you had sat down to talk, you still felt the euphoric feelings but t had subsided a little his presence had a calming effect on you and you weren't feeling as nervous as before. You felt kind of comfortable.
''So, last time you interrogated me,'' You said.
''I didn't interrogate you, I was just curious,'' Yoongi said defensively and crossed his arms.
''Well,' You smiled at him, '' I'm also very curious about your life.''
''What do you want to know,'' Yoongi replied, ''Ask away.''
''So you still live with the other guys in a dorm?'' You ask.
Yoongi nods.
''Are you guys as close as it shows on camera?'' You ask.
''We are,'' Yoongi says, ''It's not some facade we show for the fans we all are close friends. We've been living with each other for years and it's become so comfortable now I wouldn't want it differently.''
''But some of you bought like really expensive apartments, right?'' You asked.
''Yeah,'' Yoongi replies, '' but we still are in the dorms most of the time it's more convenient. Thee apartments are more like an investment for the future.''
You kept asking Yoongi questions about his life as a Kpop idol and it was really interesting to know the details of his life. It's different than you expected it to be, they have more free time then you thought and their life is more normal then you thought. They still have the same problems as normal people. They have bad days, days they don't want to go to work. They meet up with friends and have their ways of having fun outside of work.
''So it's true then that strange outfit Jin wore to music bank was because he didn't have other clothes?'' You asked laughing after talking about his life for a while the two of you had now landed on weird stories about the other members.
''Yeah,'' Yoongi said, ''Jungkook usually is in charge of doing laundry but he came back late because of a shoot and Jin had forgotten about it and ended up with only having dirty clothes.''
''And instead of just wearing those again he went for the retro disco suit embezzled with rhinestones.'' You hit the table laughing uncontrollably.
''He said he looked handsome in everything so it would be fine,'' Yoongi shrugged.
