just because I've been seeing a lot of questions about it....no Nymeria and Jon are not related nor are they stepsiblings.
Nymeria is the bastard daughter of Elia Martell and Arthur Dayne while Jon is the bastard son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark.
Elia and Rhaegar were married, yes, but there is no world where Jon and Nymeria are related or see each other as family except in a romantic sense. Its closer than I would like but they are NOT RELATED.
