Last night was so fun. We end up being drunk mabuti na lang pinayagan sila ni Coach na uminom. Umaga na ng nakauwi sila kahit sila Tita Maricel umaga na din nakauwi. Anyways lunch na nung nagising kami kaya we ordered food na lang.

Ako palang ang nandito sa baba since lahat pa sila tinatamad bumaba. Habang hinihintay ko yung delivery ate Ella messaged me na she found a lot near UP and she also attached a link so I could look. 4 million lang ang budget ko for my house. I think kasya naman yun.

My plan for my house was two floors lang then sa first floor is yung kitchen, dinning, one restroom then dirty kitchen. Sa second floor naman is yung limang bedroom, two restrooms, gym room, dressing room ko and lounge area kung saan doon kami mag kakanta, manunuod or mag lalaro pag past time naming. Then yung sa labas ng bahay pag pasok mo ng gate is yung parking lot for six cars pero yung partition is three lang then pag dumaan ka sa parking lot ang labas mo is pool area 25 meter pool then 5 to 6 feet ang lalim then sa side is billiard area. Also magpapalagay din ako ng balcony. Mabuti na lang may makikitira kung hindi jusko baka may kasama na akong mga multo sa laki ng bahay na ipapagawa ko.

Pagdating ng food ay inihanda ko na agad ito at tinawag ko na sila para makakain na kami.

"Hi Achi" bati saakin ni Gelo

"Hello, how's your sleep?" I asked him kasi maaga ata sila natulog, di ako sure kasi nawala sila sa paningin ko kasama ata nila si Benj kagabi maglaro ng Ps5

"It was good naman Achi, si Claui po?"

"Nasa taas pa, red days niya kaya dadalhan ko siya ng heating pads then food." I told him and napatingin agad siya saakin na kanina ay tutok na tutok sa phone niya.

"Masakit po ba pag nag memens kayong mga girls?" he suddenly asks.

"Yeah but not all of us feel pain during our menstruations but for Claui she is in pain every time she has her red days. To lessen the pain she'll be needing a heating pad, no cold drinks and more on warm food and drink intake lang dapat sa kanya" I answered while preparing the food in the table.

"Noted, Achi! Thanks" He said while taking notes from what I have said.

Kumain na ako after ko mag handa ng pagkain ay kumain na ako agad kasi dadalhan ko pa ng food si Claui after ko kumain. Nag pabili kasi siya ng tatlong goto para hanggang dinner niya na daw iinitin na lang daw mamaya.

Hindi pa ako tapos kumain ay may nag iinit na ng tubig sa kusina.

"Gagawa ka ng hot coffee?" I asked Gelo kasi siya pala yung nag iinit ng tubig.

"No, Achi. Nireready ko na yung heating pad and food ni Claui ako na mag dadala sakanya"

"Aba binata na talaga baby Oleg ko, anyways ikaw muna bahala sa kanya kasi may pupuntahan kami ni ate Ella later. may nakita kasi siya na lot near UP. I'll give you pasalubong na lang later" I said to him.

"Okay achi. Di mo isasama si Sahia?"

"I don't know kung sasama siya tulog pa ata e"

Pagkatapos naming kumain ay umkayat na ako para maligo at sinabihan ko na din si Claui na si Gelo muna ang magbabantay sa kanya. Pagkatapos kong maligo ay nag suot lang ako ng Striped summer shorts then a Plain squared hanging top. I also paires it with my white berkin slip on.

When I'm done preparing myself, I start preparing my things. I used my Dior Book tote, yung bigay saakin ni Tita abi and Tito Pao. I put my personal documents in case na magustuhan ko yung lot and area. I also put my powerbank, my laptop, airpods, wallet, also my hair comb, wet tissues, alcohol and extra shirt.

Before I went down and leave, I knocked on Ricci's room Inform him that I'm gonna leave to check a lot with ate Ella. He just said okay and said that he can't accompanied me because he still sleepy.

Umalis na ako at pumunta na sa location na sinabi ni ate Ella. After driving for 25 minutes I already arrived in the location. I saw ate Ella's car so I knocked on her door. I saw Donny and Benj is also with her.

They went down in the car and we headed to the area.

" Kanina pa kayo?" I asked them.

"No we're just 8 minutes early. Muntik na nga kaming malate kasi naman itong dalawa kung kalian paalis na ako saka lang nag sabi na sasama daw sila kasi baka scam lang yung Nakita ko sa Internet tas kung ano daw ang mangyari sa atin" sabi ni ate Ella.

We checked the lot. It was very big, I can already imagine the house. It is a 900meter lot. 9k per square meter so the total amount would be 8,100,000 plus my budget for the house contruction which is 4 million and 2 million for the things needed for the house, the toatal amount would be 14,100,000.

" What do you think ate Thalia?" Benj asked

" I already like the area. I can already imagine the house, but I can't decide if 14,100,000 is okay in buying and constructing house. That amount is just my estimate."

" I think di naman aabot sa 14M. Mga 12M lang kasi ang laki naman ata ng allotted budget mo for the appliances and things for the house" Donny said, I think may point siya baka OA lang ako mag estimate ng budget.

"Okay I'll buy this na" I said confidently. I call my lawyer to confirm the documents that I need to sign if it's legal and true. He said that it's legit naman. I also messaged Kobe and Ricci that I already find a lot.

It took 2 hours for us to signed the contract and finished the requirements we need to accomplish before I get the title named to me. I payed it with checked and the tax is also included so I don't need to have an additional payment for it.

After we finished our errands, I treated them for lunch.

All I need now is to find an architect and an engineer so we could start building the house.

I starting to feel that I already accomplished a lot in my age. I'm rich because of my hard work and determination in life. For how many years of feeling down and saving money, I can already see the result of my tears and perseverance not to be a child relying to their parents just to buy thing what they want.

Anyways, after we eat we parted ways because I need to buy food for the people in the house. I went to krispy kreme to buy 3 boxes of assorted donuts after that I went to Starbucks to grab some drinks and a hot latte for Claui.

when I arrived at the house greet me with a super tight hug.

" I'm so proud of you" he said while still in a hug.

"I know, napaghahalata na namiss mo ako ng sobra Cci" I said to him and he let go from the hug and help me with the food.

I went to our room to change but before that I jump to the bed facing the ceiling smiling because of what decision I made today.
