《His [COMPLETED]》(47) Carrying you

Kyle dumped two bags into the boot of the car while I stood there watching.
I didn't know what to do, Kyle refused to let me do anything but pack my own bag which only consisted of an outfit for tonight and an outfit for tomorrow.
Kyle only wanted to go for the night and no longer, and I couldn't really blame him considering I also just wanted to go home as soon as possible. I liked being home with Kyle, even though sometimes I wish it were our own house instead of my fathers.
"We're ready," Kyle clasped his hands together as he smiled my way. I smiled back.
Kyle didn't come home until two hours after he left. I thought he was going to be home earlier, but two hours was nothing really. I distracted myself by cleaning the house and doing the stereotypical womanly chores.
Two hours went by as fast as anything and he came barreling into the room with a small smile on his face. I didn't question his sudden happiness as he pulled me in for a kiss straight after.
I shook my head and sighed as Kyle came over to my body, he kissed my cheek before slamming the door behind me. He pulled me away and led me to the car.
"Let's get on the road, baby," he said quietly before leading me into the car and shutting the door behind me. I watched him walk over to the other side and he made his self comfortable in the seat beside me.
Soon, we were on the road and in our way.
"How long is the drive?" I asked. Kyle looked to me before quickly looking to the road.
"Two and a half hours to three," he stated as he shrugged. "Some where near that time," I nodded my head in reply and smiled at his adorable concentrating face. "Why are you looking at me?" He asked as his lips twitched into a full smile.
"So I'm not allowed to look at my husband now?" One brow quirked his way and he chuckled.
"Look away, love, I always gaze at you anyway," I shook my head in exasperation as I knew he smiled mischievously.
I was surprisingly happy today, was it the fact I was further away from home? It killed me to stay there when all I could do was picture my father parading around the house before he was ill. It was rather crushing and I still wasn't over it.
Leaving home for the night seemed as if it had lifted my spirits and I knew going with Kyle would have done that anyway.
Feeling content while I snuggled down into the leather seats, Kyle turned up the radio and the sound of Oasis flooded throughout the car.
Three hours later I hadn't realised we were there.
"Wake up, sleepy head," Kyle shook my shoulders as he bent over my body from the door. I turned to see his body bathed by sun light. He looked as handsome as ever.
"Carry me," I mumbled, my brain hadn't fully registered and my eyes were still heavy with sleep. I lifted my arms up sloppily anyway.
"Really?" Kyle chuckled but I nodded my head nonetheless. "Alright, sweetheart," I felt his arms come around my waist as he picked me up from the chair as if I weighed nothing at all. I wrapped my legs around his waist and clung on to him as if I was a baby animal. I sighed in content.

"Thanks," I mumbled as I leaned my head against his shoulder and closed my eyes again.
"I think I like carrying you," Kyle replied as he kissed the side of my head before proceeding to carry me somewhere.
I didn't realise I was at a hotel until I saw the clean lobby ahead of me.
I should have felt ashamed that I got my husband to carry me, but I wasn't. All the other visitors could lump it or like it as far as I was concerned. I was comfy.
"Mr and Mrs Knight," I heard Kyle state as he leaned awkwardly against the counter.
The man behind the desk who had a pair of glasses perched on the end of his nose typed into his computer before nodding his head and smiling. It seemed a little cracked and forced, but I couldn't blame him.
"Room 124, here's your key," he handed the key over and Kyle gave an abrupt nod in reply.
"Thanks," he smiled his way before carrying me to the lift. "I need to get the bags, so you just settle down in our room, here you go," Kyle handed me the keys and I took them as he settled me down on my feet.
"Where am I going?" I asked as I rubbed at my eyes. Kyle kissed my forehead and smiled in adoration at me.
"Just up to the second floor, baby, I'll be back in a bit," he left without a word and I stood in the lift waiting for the doors to close.
As soon as I was finally at the second floor, I jumped out of the lift and searched for room 124.
Finally, as I saw the dark oak door with the numbers 124, I opened it and made my way inside.
It was homely and spacious. Perfect really. It had a cream and red colour scheme, and it seemed too cosy to describe.
I landed on to the bed like a little kid and smiled happily. It was always the little things.
I got up from the bed and made my way on to the balcony I had suddenly clocked my eyes over to. As soon as the doors were open, I welcomed the blowing air into the room as I looked down.
Cars whizzed past the hotel in a blaze. So many cars, so many people and so many lives down below. I was here living my own life, and I was as happy as ever.
"Gorgeous," I heard a husky voice come from behind me and I whirled around as soon as I heard it. Kyle gazed into my eyes and I fixed mine with his. He cupped my face lovingly. "You're gorgeous," he stated with a quiter voice, his low, deep voice. It made me shiver.
"When does this event start?" I just about got out as I looked into his piercing eyes. Speechless. His eyes redeemed me speechless everytime.
"Six, love, it's four now, maybe you should start getting ready,"
"Why should I start getting ready?" I looked to him playfully. Kyle shook his head as he smiled.
"Because you're a lady and you take ages to get ready," he replied just as playfully. I gasped.
"I do not," I pouted his way and he pecked my lips.
"Stop being defiant my little temptress and go and get ready," I huffed but began to do as I was told.
"Alright bossy," I poked my tongue out his way and revelled in his deep chuckle.

I sauntered my way into the bathroom and turned on the shower.
I made sure I was clean and ready. I wanted to make Kyle proud tonight, I didn't know why.
Maybe it was the fact I wanted him to know he had the best wife on his arm tonight. I guess I just wanted to make him the luckiest man alive. He wasn't short in telling me so, but sometimes the feeling inside is more truthful than the words we hear in the open.
As I finished, I grabbed a fluffy white towel from the rack and wrapped it around my body.
I left the bathroom and made my way into the open spaced
bedroom.
Kyle emerged from the balcony and quickly slammed the door shut and then closed the curtains.
"We don't want some brute looking at my sexy wife's body or I'll have to beat him up," Kyle stated as he sat down on the double bed. I looked to him and laughed.
"I appreciate your concern, love," I replied as I looked to him. He only looked to me, and I knew he was really only waiting for me to take my towel off. "No," I said out loud. Kyle flickered his eyes to mine as he pouted. "No, go have a shower or we'll get no where," it was Kyle's turn to huff before making his way into the shower.
I laughed at his retreating back as he sulked like a little boy. As soon as he was gone I dried my body and dried my hair with the hair dryer. It didn't take long until it was bone dry and cascading down my back.
My hair never really looked nice after a blow dry so I decided to straighten it. I put on a pair of lingerie and after that Kyle made his apparrnace from the bathroom in only a towel laying low on his hips. I'm sure I drooled on the spot.
I steam came out of the bathroom and I turned to my makeup bag on the side. After that I stood up to see Kyle putting on a pair of black slacks.
He looked great already and he was only wearing a pair of dark trousers.
I then watched him lay on his crisp white shirt and button up his white buttons teasingly. He then shrugged on a leather jacket and perched on the bed before looking at me with a smirk.
"Darling there is no need to look,"
"I wasn't looking at you," I retorted but he only chuckled in reply.
I grabbed my dress from my bag and held it up. No crinkles; result. I smiled at the little black dress. It was perfect.
I put the material over my body and turned around to show Kyle.
"Yes or no?" I asked as I stood before him. He didn't even hesitate to reply.
"Yes," he stated. "Definite yes," he got up from the bed like a predator. He pulled my into a tight hug and I relished in it. "I do love you,"
"I do love you back," I whispered into his ear. He pulled away and looked to his watch.
"Half five, not bad going," he pulled a face as I watched him. "Want to get going?"
"Sure," I picked up my small bag from the side and soon Kyle led me to his car, dropping our room key off at reception.
The drive to the hall wasn't as long as anticipated and we were there in roughly around ten minutes.
Before us was a massive building on it's own in the street, so big like a city hall. I guess it was.
It seemed old fashioned with the dark brown bricks and the big brown double doors. Before that was a carpet to the entrance. It must have taken time and I knew from looking at the exterior of the building that the interior was going to look amazing.
I was right all in all. As Kyle led me into the big hall, I gasped as I looked around. I had never seen something so...fancy.
The ceiling was so far away from the floor and the hall around us was breath taking. Decorated so delicately with soft colours here and there.
"It's beautiful in here," I breathed in awe as I looked around. Kyle hummed as if he had seen it all before he didn't want to force me away.
"It's not as beautiful as you," he stated anyway before pulling me away from the entrance and to his parents who stood in the middle of the room.
"Kyle, Cali!" Kyle's mother gushed as she made her way over to us and met us halfway. She took us into a beaming hug. "Thanks for coming," she greeted.
"It's no problem, it's lovely in here," I stated. Kyle's mother beamed my way.
"Thanks my beautiful daughter in law, it will be starting soon so please help yourself to a drink," she pointed to the large bar in the corner of the room and I nodded my head with a smile.
She left us alone as she went off to talk to an elderly aged women with greying hair.
"Want a drink?" Kyle asked as he looked to me. I smiled and nodded my head eagerly.
"I'm parched," I replied truthfully. I hadn't had a drink all day and I was suddenly feeling the effects of that. Kyle pulled me to the bar and ordered us a drink.
"Coke okay with you?" Kyle asked. I looked to him with furrowed eyebrows.
"Coke!" I spluttered. "I'm not a kid!" It seemed like I was five again. I wasn't having that.
"Well, I wanted you sober and fully aware of your surroundings," Kyle seemed unsure now but I almost saw the concern in his eyes.
"I have you near me," I stated. "No, I'm not drinking coke like a baby, Kyle, I'm a woman and I want a woman drink, I want to feel like a married woman and drink alcohol in lady glasses," I crossed my arms around my chest and almost sulked as I looked to him.
Kyle chuckled and I saw the twinkling in his eyes.
"Fine, but not too many," even through the twinkles I could see the slight warning in his eyes and his tone of voice.
"Alright, just chillax," I held my hands up before ordering my own drink and brushing past Kyle. I held my drink up to him as soon as I got him and sent him a sarcastic look. "Thanks for the drink," Kyle shook his head as he looked to me with a slight smile.
He grabbed his own drink and made his way over to my body to stand beside me.
More people had come by now, and I knew the party was almost in full swing.
After an hour Kyle was still beside me as we went through the family I hadn't seen of his and I introduced myself. Some were surprised that Kyle had gotten married, telling me it wasn't 'him'. I laughed it off but it held a deep emotional feeling for me. Happiness.
The music was pumping but not too loudly, not enough that it was literally vibrating through the floors like some kind of rowdy club. No, this place was classy.
"Cal, do you want to da-" before Kyle could say anymore of his sentence towards me, a small petite hand laid on Kyle's shoulder. Kyle turned around to see who had touched his shoulder and he stiffened in reply as soon as he saw her.
She was a pretty blonde haired woman with a tight blood red dress on and beautifully manicured nails, the same colour as her dress. She was pretty, in a cute kind of way, but with amazing face structure. I could even smell her perfume from here.
"Casey?" Kyle said as he looked to her.
"Kyle, I need to talk to you," she stated. My blood wanted to turn to fire. I didn't want Kyle to go and talk to her. What did she want?
"Tell me it here," Kyle replied as he wrapped an arm around my waist. Casey looked at the gesture and I'm sure something flickered through her eyes at the movement.
"No, I need to tell you in private," she replied, her voice high. Kyle sighed and looked to me. He couldn't go with her, even by the look of her I knew what she wanted. She wanted my husband.
"Go," I kissed Kyle on the cheek. He looked torn, he didn't want to leave me but he knew he had to see to Casey. I just hoped she didn't do anything. Kyle hadn't seen her for ages, obviously, and now he was here again, many people wanted some of his attention.
I just didn't want his attention given to her.
Kyle pecked my lips before going off with Casey. I sighed, but there was nothing more I could do.
Now I was on my own, I wasn't really sure what to do.
