《It has always been you (✔)》❤️Epilogue❤️

Bowing their heads in front of the Guru Granth Sahib, they wished for the well-being of their family.
Donating a few notes for langar, they sat inside the temple listening to the soulful music.
They were happy, their hearts were dancing. They were here to express their gratefulness for what Waheguru Ji has blessed them with.
They shared a smile as their shining eyes met a glance.
A week before, they celebrated their first marriage anniversary and just yesterday they got to know that Suhani was 4 weeks pregnant.
To say that they were happy would be an understatement. They were overjoyed beyond words. As soon as they entered their house they were pleasantly surprised to find Suhani's family there. All of them were giving them heart eyes.
They went to the hospital as she was not feeling quite well for the past few days, being a gynecologist herself she had little idea what was happening to her but they visited the hospital to get sure of it.
Making Suhani sit carefully on the couch, they started introducing themselves to the one who is just a fetus right now.
"Suhani, there is some fault in your child why is he not kicking? " Vaidehi asked pouting.
Suhani smacked her head, "For God's sake you are Doctor, Vaidehi. Behave like one. My child has not developed legs yet" She rolled her eyes at a sheepishly smiling Vaidehi.
"Why does he have to stay in your stomach for 9 months? Can't he come in 2 months? Like right now? " Saurabh sat on the couch pouting sadly.
Well, he still dislikes his so-called jiju but children are cute, especially his beloved sister's child is going to be super cute. And he can't wait to play with them. Why does a child take so long to come out? Can't they develop their body a little sooner?
Suhani huffed at the immature behavior of her brother. She couldn't believe that the man was going to get married next month. He was engaged to a beautiful person, Meera. She was his colleague who proposed to him.
Though she was shy but a little bold compared to him. She was distributing pinni to her friends, she was learning to cook different recipes as she liked cooking. She distributed the pinni to all her friends during lunchtime. She found Saurabh sitting in the side vibing alone. She tip-toped to him and gave him a 'special pinni'.
He was hesitant to take anything from a girl but as she was distributing it to everyone as he noticed from his peripheral view, he took it from her thanking her politely. He didn't want to be rude, especially to a girl from his own department.
As he gulped down half of the pinni, a small chit started getting visible. He opened the chit and gasped as he read the content inside it, " What if we make pinni together in your kitchen as husband and wife? " He blushed reading it. It was bold of her. Very much bold.
Was she even serious? He looked at her who was sitting hiding her face from him crossing her fingers.

Cute
That was the only thing he muttered under his breath.
She had to take the bold step as she knew he would never make a move. She proposed to him secretly as she wanted to keep it between the two.
It turned out that he had a crush on her too.
Smiling to himself, he finished the sweet. Sitting beside her after lunch, he sneakily passed a chit in her hands raising her heartbeat. She Slowly opened the chit below her desk, "Think about it again, I snore while sleeping" A shriek left her mouth but she quickly palmed her mouth.
When nobody was looking she looked at Saurabh who was smiling softly at her. During the rest of the day, they kept stealing glances at each other.
When they got along well, they decided to take it to another level.
Saurabh's parents refused to believe that Saurabh had selected a girl. They were sure their son was not capable of finding a girl for himself. They had a good laugh looking at His face on that day.
Soon the family's met and everyone got along well. The ceremonies were fixed and they were engaged now soon to be married.
"Suhani, beta eat for two now as you have a life growing inside you now" Beeji caressed her head making her nod.
"I will be the best Aunt in the world for my nephew or niece" Vaidehi twirled around announcing it to everyone.
Suhani could not help but chuckle at their behavior. They were too excited.
She looked at Veer who was already looking at her with adoration. It was clear his heart was bubbling too like hers. They were going to have their love turn into a living being. Their symbol of love.
"Chalo ji, phir kal gurudwara chalte hai. Waheguru da shukr krna hai" Dadu suggested and everyone agreed with him.
[Let's visit Gurudwara tomorrow then, We have to thank him for his blessing]
And Today, they were visiting the temple.
Veer and Suhani sat with the whole family before the holy water of Gurudwara with Karah Prashad in their hands.
Veer looked at the temple, feeling overwhelmed. He visited the temple in his teens wishing for a happy, fulfilled family. And now he was blessed with one. He was sitting with his wife, the love of his life, hand in hand eating the Prashad at the same holy place.
Never in his words, he could describe how happy he was.

"Oye Soniyo! Mennu vi choco dedo" The small 4-year-old replica of Mr. Veer Malhotra screamed from the living room after coming back from the park.
[Sweetheart! Give me a Chocolate too]
Suhani tilted her head looking at her son who was drenched in muddy water. His white shirt and blue pants were brown now. His tiny hands held a small plastic bat as he pouted looking at her.
She was feeding chocolate to her dear nephew Aarav, who was studying for a long time.
Do you even know how tough it is to learn Alphabet and arithmetic calculations?
Huh! Grown-ups will never understand let it be.

Aarav looked thankfully at his sweet Chachi who always offered him chocolates for studying.
But But it was not a quite pleasing sight for the 4-year-old Shaurya Malhotra.
No matter how much he loved his elder brother but his mother was only his. She should be feeding chocolates to only him, not anyone else.
"Jao Pehle haath muh dhoke aao" Suhani encouraged him to go wash his hands but he gave her a deaf ear and sat on the very place he was standing.
"Nii! Pehle mennu choco do" He was stubborn.
[No! Give me chocolates first]
His mother is only his.
" Veer aa vekho apne Munde nu... "Suhani called Veer who was in his study looking for good schools for Shaurya.
[Look at your son, Veer]
"Ohh Mummy Ji tussi te gussa ho gye...main ja hee rha hu bas" Shaurya quickly ran towards his and Aarav's room listening to his mother calling his father.
[Oh! Mumma I was just going...Don't be angry]
Veer is a loving father but strict when needed. He doesn't scold Shaurya he just keeps him away from his mother for how many days that depends on Shaurya's severity of the mistake.
By no means, Shaurya can stay without his mother. So he quietly follows what Veer says.
This does keep him in check.
He gets whatever he wants but only if he requests like other children and does not get stubborn about it.
The time he gets stubborn he can kiss his things goodbye.
"Ab to dedo" He ran back, standing before her, he pouted cutely.
[Give it to me atleast now]
His face still had the remnants of muddy water.
Chuckling at her cute son, Suhani pulled him in her lap wiping his face with her dupatta and feeding him chocolate too.
Veer joined them as soon as he found the best school for his son.
"Suhani... check this...I have finalised these schools" He forwarded his phone to Suhani, patting the cheeks of two boys who were busy with their chocolates.
"Theek hai. Done " Suhani checked a few things and then approved of the school.
"Par mennu Veer ji ke school jana hai" Shaurya looked at his father who raised an eyebrow at him.
[But I want to go to same school as big brother]
"Please papa" He added at last and sat in his lap.
Veer knew his trick of buttering him.
"Pyaare papa" Little boy rubbed his face on his father's stomach making him chuckle due to the tickling effect.
Not minding his shirt getting ruined due to the chocolate, Veer awed at his son. Making him sit properly in his lap, Veer pinched his cheeks, "As my little boy says".
" Are you fine with this, Aarav? " Suhani asked her dear nephew who nodded in response.
They thought of putting the two in the same school but they thought they might not be comfortable having the same school but it seemed like the boys were pretty much okay with it.
"Fine then" Veer smiled at them.
The children ran to their room not wanting to miss their favorite cartoon leaving the two love birds alone.
Taking the opportunity, Veer pulled her in his lap. Caressing her locks, he kissed her cheeks, "Why do you Mother and son duo have to look so cute? I just want to eat up you guys. You look so edible" He pecked her other cheek making her giggle in his embrace.
Keeping her head on his heart, she traced his jaw, "And why do you look so handsome that I can't control my hormones? "
"Suhani don't" He warned her who was trying to play with him.
"Don't tempt me" He nuzzled in her neck inhaling her sweet scent.
She wrapped herself around him like a koala.
"Suhani" He called her who was still in a daze, she hummed in response.
"Thank you for completing me" He said sincerely, quickly detaching herself from him she looked at him to find him already looking at her with love.
"I can never put it into words how much you mean to me, my love. Thank you for everything. Thank you for giving me a chance and accepting this idiot as your husband. I am so grateful to have you in my life, my precious. In aankho ka sukoon ho tum, Suhani "
Caressing her knuckles he planted a soft kiss on her forehead.
Overwhelmed, she embraced his huge figure in her arms, "You are my World, Veer."
"And what did you say? My husband is an idiot? Behave yourself, Mr. Veer, my husband is not an idiot. He is a gentleman. He is my backbone. I love him more than you can imagine"
She pecked his cheeks.
They kept sitting in solace, feeling the warmth of each other's bodies until they were disturbed by a sound of clearing of the throat.
They jumped apart seeing Dadu, Sakshi and Anmol were back from shopping.
Blushing furiously they sat on the couch with a decent distance ignoring Sakshi's teasing glances.
Dadu smiled satisfied looking at all his children happy.
He called the two muchkins who ran to him listening to his voice.
Their favorite Dadu.
Dadu made them sit on either thigh. Kissing their cheeks, he offered them the toys he bought for them.
Shaurya pouted looking at his car. He just held it in his hands and the antenna along with its tyres came out instantly.
Well, he just held it nothing else.
Bad manufacturing company.
Suhani narrowed her eyes at her mischievous son who made the most innocent face ever existed on the planet.
Dadu laughed at his grandson and gifted them both another toy which was a teddy bear.
Both the boys winked at each other making the elders laugh.
Suhani and Veer shook their head looking at them. Dadu was spoiling them rotten but nevertheless, their otherwise well-mannered sons deserved to be spoiled a little.
The day passed with happy and giggling faces of everyone.

His grip tightened and his other hand lifted, reaching with those sharp claws no doubt to pluck my eyes from my skull.
