"Aw, maan..." Grim sniffled while taking a bite of his hotdog bun that actually had a hotdog sausage in it, all thanks to Y/n, who only felt bad for the boy. "This is...*munch* the worst day *munch* of my pathetic life!" he cried, as Yuuna could only pat his head. "I can barely *munch* choke down my lunch!" he whined.

"You just ate three pastries in ten seconds," Ace says while Yuuna sweatdrops. "I still don't get why you even traded at all." Deuce shakes in the head.

"I didn't!" Grim slammed a paw on the table. "It's like, when he put out his hand, my paw just shot out - like it was copyin' his!" Grim explains to the group, "It all happened so fast..."

"Like a dear caught in the sandwich-stealing headlights," said Ace. "Nah, it wasn't like that at all. But I...I don't know how to explain it! Ugh, this stinks. I need to eat my feelings, stat! Deuce, gimme a bite of your pasta" he ordered.

"No way! Go have Y/n create a meal for you!" Deuce says. Everyone looked at Y/n, especially Grim, who was begging her to make him something delicious to eat with his eyes. The girl gave in with a sigh, flicking her wrist to have a gourmet pasta for Grim, who excitedly began to eat his meal.

"Hmm...didn't the headmaster ask for you guys to meet him in his office after class?" Y/n asked. Ace shrugged, "No clue what it could be, though," he says.

"It probably has something to do with what happened to Housewarden Rosehearts a few days ago," Deuce suggests.

"When he went all berserker mode on us?" Ace asked, stopping to think about it, "Yeah, I bet you're right"

"It does make sense after all" Yuuna replies.

"Maybe he wants to lavish me with a smorgasbord of succulent fish for all of my hard work that day!" Grim cheered. Ace scoffed, "Yeah, dream on, furball."

"You know, that guy who came by earlier..." Yuuna turned to Y/n, who tilted her head a bit. The way her side bangs moved with her head looked adorable. It was like a puppy tilting its head cutely-

"I feel like we've seen him somewhere before," Yuuna says. "You definitely had, Yuu. After all, he was the one-" before Y/n could finish her sentence, a loud voice interrupted her. "OMG, GUYS!" It was Cater, who rushed towards them.

"Rebirth has posted 3 music videos that we shot here in NRC!" he exclaimed.

"Huh?!" Ace and Deuce immediately took their phones out and onto Rebirth's MagiCam. "You can't believe that Rebirth was actually here a few days ago! I can't believe we didn't notice" Ace whined as Cater did the same.

Y/n sweatdropped a bit, "Well...Rebirth might have a hard time filming if her fans were all over her"

"Yeah, you're right. Perhaps that's why we didn't know" Deuce agrees along with Yuuna.

"You guys totes have to watch the music videos. It even features the housewarden of Pomefiore. The one I told you about on your first day, Yuu" Cater grinned, poking Yuuna's cheek a little.

"Well, what are you waiting for?! Let's get to watching!" Ace shouts, clearly excited to watch the music videos.

"Myah...what's his deal" Grim grumbled. "He is just excited, Grim." Yuuna pat his head while Cater shows the group the music videos featuring Rebirth and Vil.

The music video has started, with Y/n, dressed as a God, looking down on Eypgt. Y/n was asked to play the role of God, but how was she able to play the role of God and Rebirth at the same time? The answer is simple, clones. A living doll of Y/n has been inside of the school, attending classes, as a clone was playing the role of God, as for the real Y/n, she was the one singing as Rebirth.

Y/n gritted her teeth

Y/n pointed forward. The scene changes to a woman running away from something...black frogs, bringing the plaque

Someone dropped a cup of water on the floor, with bugs coming out of it, as the Bread molded

The scene changes to animals collapsing, as more and more people ran in many directions to avoid the flies roaming.

The scene changes to a man, screaming, trying to get the bugs off of him and his bed.

The scene changes to Vil, who plays Moses, looking down at the destruction with a sad frown on his face.

"Once I called you sister.

Once I thought the chance to make you laugh,

Was all I ever wanted..."

Lightning struck, as dark clouds began forming, under God Y/n's power.

Then rocks on fire began raining down.

Vil then turned towards the camera, with the destruction happening behind him

"And even now I wish that God had chose another

Serving as your foe on his behalf

was the last thing that I wanted...!"

Vil ran away, tears filling his eyes.

He then looked at his surroundings, walking through the destruction, taking glazes at the dead people around him.

"This was my home...

All this pain and devastation

How it tortures me inside"

Vil clenched his fist, gritting his teeth in anger.

"All the innocent who suffer from your stubbornness and pride...!"

Vil shouts towards the great pyramid, with Rebirth sitting on her throne, with her famous phoenix mask that covers the upper face of her face.

"You who I called Brother

Why must you call down another blow?"

Rebirth sang, wearing royal clothes that a female Pharoh would wear. Clearly angry towards her brother.

The scene changed to Vil, walking up the pyramid, to face his sister.

"Let my people go!"

Vil pleaded

"Thus saith the Lord!"

The scene moved in towards Rebirth, having an angry look on her face. She gritted her teeth, clenching her fist. She raised her fist in the air and immediately slammed her fist on the hard handles on her throne

"You who I called Brother!

How could you have come to hate me so?"

Rebirth turn her face to the side

"Is this what you wanted?"

She sang, turning towards Vil, who was 10 feet away from the entrance.

"Then let my heart be hardened!"

Rebirth stood up from her throne, stomping towards the entrance, covered with curtains.

"And never mind how high the cost may grow"

She opened the curtains to come face-to-face with Vil

"This will still be so...

I will NEVER let your people go!"

Rebirth told Vil, turning away from him. Vil's eyes widen tears about to fall.

"Thus saith the lord"

"I will not"

The Scene ended with Vil reaching toward his sister, as God Y/n stood behind Vil, saying the same thing as Vil. While Rebirth's back was turned, walking away, telling them no.

And the music video was over.

"Huh?! Y/n! You were singing as God?" Ace asked, surprised. After all, he could've sworn he saw her during class. "How?! You were present in our classes" Deuce says. Yuuna and Cater, along with Grim, looked toward Y/n, surprised by this as well.

"Well, it's called a clone" Y/n sipped her tea, clearly unbothered by the stares.

Cater plays another music video that Rebirth has posted on her MagiCam. Mortals and Fools.

It starts with Rebirth, dressed as a beautiful Goddess of Death, kneeling down in front of Vil, who played as a boy who was in love with a killer who targets evil.

"What I see in your eyes

Is a counterfeit emotion"

"Nearly true, pretty lies

Promise all you're dreaming of"

Rebirth stood up, walking towards the other side of Vil

"Like a frog in a well

Who is sure he's in the ocean"

Rebirth then looked down at Vil, having an expressionless face.

"You believe in the spell

Of this thing that you call love"

Rebirth grabbed a black notebook, staring at it.

"Try as I well, I just don't understand it"

she sang, giving Vil the black notebook, called the Death Note.

"Love is for mortals and fools...

Never turns out quite the way that you planned it!

So why do you break all the rules?"

Rebirth looked towards Vil, still wearing her phoenix mask that was made to match her Goddess of Death entire.

Vil looked down at the notebook in his hands and smiled.

"What I feel, is so real

That it sets my poor heart racing"

Vil stood up, facing Rebirth

"Something you'll never know

Though you lived a thousand years"

"Half a life

Is the deal, to discover who you're chasing

Half a life"

"Even so, worth it all if he appears!"

Vil sang, hugging the death note with hope.

Rebirth and Vil sand together.

"Love is for mortals and fools..."

"Love makes you break all the rules..."

Vil then looked up towards the sky as Rebirth frowns, looking down

"Love can make you come alive"

"Or take your life away

love should make you leave"

"But makes you stay

For love can make you happy

In a house where love is made!"

"Then it makes you wary and afraid..."

Rebirth looked at Vil, shaking her head.

"Try as I might, never will understand it

Love is for mortals and fools"

Rebirth clenched her fist on her chest

"Never turns out quite the way that you planned it"

"Love is for making"

"Life is for taking"

Rebirth grabs Vil's hands, trying to convince him to use the Death note for his own desire.

"Wow, that song was quite dark," Yuuna says. The others agreed. Y/n chuckled a bit, "I once said 'Love is for mortals and fools' yesterday night when I got a notification of the release, but Malleus heard me." she started laughing a bit.

"huh?"

"Malleus thought I met it. It took a lot of affection to have him know I was just singing a song from Rebirth" Y/n calm herself down.

"Isn't he your fiance, Y/n?" Yuuna asked. Ace and Deuce, along with Cater all widen their eyes from shock. "what?!"

Y/n had a deadpanned expression, "I thought you guys knew..."

Cater cleared his throat, saving Ace and Deuce from having to explain. "Let's just watch the next video"

Cater turned on the final music video posted on Rebirth's MagiCam.

The music video started with a clock ticking to Midnight. Rebirth and Vil began to sing some chorus for a bit.

Rebirth then looked out the window, wearing a beautiful dress, as the sleeves wear like phoenix feathers, wearing a signature mask.

"Show me dreams of me and you,

dancing in a pas de deux

Fleeting time will break the spell of seven hues

Fingers lure me down the stairs,

I whisper my silent prayers

Never thought before I leaped that it would be too much to bear"

Rebirth sang, turning towards Vil, who invited her to dance

"Cold drops on shaking hands, according to the plan"

Rebirth hugged Vil, having her angelic wings out, around Vil was well. It really did make it look like a Seraph

The scene changed to that of Rebirth running away, leaving her glass slipper behind.

"Shoe of class, burning in flames of wrath,

crumbling into ash,

sweet dream they never last..."

"Trembling, hiding all my tears,

wishing I was never here

You glanced at the giant clock, the time is near

I took off my sparkling shoes, promenaded up the avene

Ran my fingers down your neck

without meaning to seduce"

Rebirth sang, frowning a bit, standing alone. Vil then smiled and kissed her tears away.

"I kissed the crystal dew; from your eyes, it spewed

Impulses ran through my spine;

your gaze it locked with mine

I was blinded by your shine"

Rebirth and Vil were on the balcony, dancing again.

"I still could feel somewhere in this room

his breath on my skin!

But it was just a dream I had of him"

"Silver moonlight glowed through the stained glass window panes

Veiling your gilded face from pain"

The scene changes to Rebirth and Vil dancing in the ballroom again.

The scene ended with Vil kissing Rebirth as she lay in a pool of blood.

Soon after they watched the videos, they talked about how the music videos were well edited, especially how Vil's performance was just as great as Rebirth.

Surely, Vil's beauty would rise since he did something that no one, not even Neige Le-Blanche, was able to accomplish. And, Vil never got to play as the antagonist this time.

Right after classes were over, Yuuna, Grim, Deuce, and Ace walked towards the headmaster's office. While Y/n decided to take a short stroll around the Amaryllis front garden before the housewarden meeting that Crowley asked her to attend, after all, she IS a housewarden herself now.
