[In the morning]

I woke up early for school to see that Malleus was gone already. It seems that he went to his own dorm to get ready for school as well. I saw a note and immediately knew that it was Mal's handwriting. What was written in the letter was that he was letting me know that he will be leaving before me to get ready. I figured that's why he left.

I moved my legs to the side of the bed, letting out a yawn and then stretching my body. I would free my tail and feather wings as I stretched them as well, hearing a satisfying crack in my wings. Wow, that felt nice, especially since they were hidden. I finally climbed out of bed and changed into the NRC uniform that was specially made for me, which consists of the normal blazer, including the new armband for Amaryllis dorm. It was white with baby blue stripes, to represent snow (white) and frost (baby blue) with a sliver-colored cryo vision pin. Along with a raven-colored skirt instead of pants that was above the knee length. I then put on over-the-knee socks that were grey with the normal school shoes. I suddenly heard a knock on the door. "Come in"

The door opened, revealing Yuuna. "The headmaster wants to see you before you head to your classes" she replied. I nodded and put a hand on her shoulder, "I wish you good luck today, Yuu" I smiled as she blushed at her new nickname. She then smiled as well, "You too, [nickname]"

We walked downstairs to the lounge where Crowley and Grim were waiting. "Good morning Miss Chione, did you sleep well," he asked. "Indeed. After all, the ice on the windows reflected the moonlight beautifully, which made the scenery calm" I answered him.

"I'm glad! I hope you are ready for your first day at the academy. Today, you won't really be learning that much about the magic fundamentals since today is the first day. Students will simply introduce themselves in your homeroom and get to know the layout of the school" explained Crowley. I simply nodded as Crowley turned to Yuu and Grim.

"Also, I came to speak to you two about your work for today. Today, you will be cleaning the campus, but since it is quite large, cleaning without magic will be impossible, so I'd like for you guys to start cleaning the Main street from the main gate to the library. Understood?"

Yuu nodded as Grim grumbled a bit. "Also, make sure to keep watch of your familiar, lest he cause another incident like yesterday." Crowley reminded her. "Understood," said Yuu.

"Do not fail me. You may take your lunch in the cafeteria. I eagerly await the fruits of your labor." Crowley then left as Grim started to complain, "Hrmph. I ain't cleanin' nothin'! I'm here to study magic so I can be blastin' off spells left and right! Like BAM! POW! FWOOM!" and that was when I covered my ears a little. Faes can hear much better than a normal mortal, especially me since I'm half Levia-fae.

"Let's just head to the front gate..." Yuuna said, picking up Grim who only huffed in annoyance. "Will you be okay watching Grim?" I asked her, and she nodded, "I'm not sure...but it won't hurt to try" wow, so positive. "I admire your positivity, Yuu. Feel free to find me during lunch in the cafeteria during lunch break. I'll watch over him while you relax" I offered. She then smiled at me and mumbled thanks.

"Well, it's time to head to class and work. Here, I'll give you guys a ride" I asked as the girl tilted her head. "how? I'm sure we are both heavy.."

"It's not a problem. After all, I'm pretty strong" I said, picking up Yuu, bridal style, as Grim settled on her chest. I didn't notice the small blush on Yuuna's cheeks though. (Y/n is the type for any female to suddenly gay-panic) "Alrighty then.." she stuttered a bit as I walked outside, and spread open my white wings. They looked like angels' wings due to my pearly feathers. I then looked down at Yuu and Grim, telling them to hold on tightly so they wouldn't fall. As soon as I felt Yuu's hold on tightly onto me, and Grim doing the same to her, I then flapped my wings, elevating off the ground, and then started to fly towards the Main street.

[As soon as they landed]

Y/n, Yuu, and Grim walked through Main street.

Grim: "Wow! So this is main street! But what with these statues? All seven of them look pretty scary, except for the one made of ice. The ice statue screams elegance!"

Y/n: "You don't know about the Great Seven? The ice statue was a recent addition.."

Grim would then look towards the statue of a queen with a lovely gown that had hearts and roses implanted. The statue had a veil over its face, so you couldn't see much of the facial expression of the Queen...

Grim: "What about this woman here? She looks a bit snobby..."

'why do the Seven look much more different than the original statues...' Y/n thought in her head.

Y/n: "That's the Queen of hearts."

Yuuna: " Is she important?"

Y/n: "Indeed. She was one of the important monarchs from the past. She lived in the rose maze, as she was a noble but strict woman who valued rules above all. From the formation of the card soldiers to the color of the roses. It was a land filled with madness as everyone had to submit to her rule. If not...then it's 'Off with your head!'"

Grim: "S-scary!" Yuu shivered as well. Suddenly a voice appeared behind them.

???: "It is so cool! I like it"

Yuuna, Y/n, and Grim turned toward the voice to see a male student with strawberry ginger hair. He seemed to be a 1st year as well as he had a heart on the left side of his cheek. Y/n notice the red and black armband around his arm, telling students that he was from the Heartsybul dorm.

???: "No one would listen to a queen who's nice all the time"

Grim: "I guess. A strong leader is better.

Yuuna: "But...she acts more like a tyrant...I'm not sure if that is a good quality of a good monarch"

Y/n: "Who are you, heart boy" the boy suddenly flinched at that nickname, but then cleared his throat. "Ace...I'm Ace Trappola, a freshmen. Nice to meetcha" he grinned.

"I'm Grim! A genius who will be the best magician! oh, and these are my-"

"Y/n Chione. I'm also a freshman here. And this is Yuuna Enma"

"N-nice to meet you, Ace Kun" Yuu greeted as Ace couldn't help but blush a bit at the girl. But then Ace turned to Y/n.

Ace: " Chione...you mean...as in Y/n Chione?!" Y/n just nodded.

"Indeed. But this isn't about me. I like to not bring unnecessary attention to myself than I already have" she sighed in annoyance and Ace just nodded slowly.

Grim: "Hey Y/n, Is that guy with animal ears with a scar famous as well?"

Ace: "Of course! He is the King of beasts! He reigns over the Savannah"

They all turned to the Statue of the King of beasts. Instead of a regular lion, it was a statue of a lion demi-human with lion ears and a tail, with clothing matching the style of ancient Africa in the Savannah, who also had a scar over his eye. It seems he was standing on top of Pride Rock, looking like a noble ruler.

"But, he wasn't born to be the king, so he took the throne through a lot of elaborate planning and effort. After he became king, he allowed the loathed hyena to live in his kingdom during his reign without discrimination" Ace explained.

Y/n couldn't help but let out a smirk 'I can't believe villains are being phrased so openly here in this world...but based on what my aunt told me...there is good in everyone, including the worse of the worse. I'm guessing that there are famous for their good traits' she thought

Yuuna: "wow...so he isn't captive by his status.."

Grim: "Who is the lady with the Octopus legs?" he pointed to the statue of the sea witch

The sea witch was a woman with octopus legs who was smirking. She had her seashell necklace around her neck as she head up a contract. She seems to also have long, flowy hair

Ace: "The sea witch who lives in a cave in the deep sea. Her goal was to help all merfolk who are unfortunate" He explained the grim. "As long as your able to pay the price, she can transform you, help you find love, anything you ever dream off. But the prices are pretty high. That's the price you gotta pay for 'anything'"

Grim: "NYaah! So what you're saying is that I can get rich if I become a powerful magician?!" he then looked at the next statue. "Who is the guy with the big hat?"

"The sorcerer of the sands. He was a cunning vizier to a sultan who was a fool. He saw through a fake prince who was actually a street rat trying to deceive the princess. He then got the magic lamp and became the most powerful of all!" Ace explains, not hiding his excitement about the guy.

The statue was of a intimidating guy who held onto a snake staff.

Y/n: "How foolish. Those who try to become stronger than the gods receive divine punishment" she mumbled so no one would hear, except for Yuuna, since she was standing next to her, who only tilted her head in confusion.

Ace: "With all of that power, he became sultan himself"

Grim: "OOohoho! So it important for a magical to become the center of attention?" he cheered, as Yuuna only giggled at his actions, not realizing that Ace had a slight blush on his cheeks when he heard the girl let out a giggle.

"Wow! This lady sure is beautiful! Who is she?" Grim asked, looking at the statue of the beautiful queen.

The statue was that of a lovely queen, who was even more beautiful than the queen of hearts and the sea witch, holding onto a poison apple.

"She is the Beautiful Queen. Every day she checked the 'beauty ranking' in her magic mirror. But if it looks like she might fall from the top spot, she'll do anything to try to get it back" Ace says. 'Including trying to kill her daughter the 1st time, and then poisoning her the 2nd' Y/n thought in her head, letting out a quiet scoff.

"I guess she had the strong will to remain the fairest?" Yuuna asked Ace, who only shrugged his shoulders. "Pretty amazing...they say she is even an expert at making poisons" he continued.

Grim: "She is pretty...but no thanks.

Ace: "You think? But it's so cool that she has something she'll never give up"

Y/n: "Sure...the single-minded drive is also pretty cool"

Yuuna: "W-what's this scary looking guy over there?" she pointed to...the King of the Underworld

'wow, this one looks like the one from my world...before my rebirth..' Y/n thought. "That's the lord of the underworld! He rules a land crawling with wicked souls on his own. No doubt he is extremely skilled. He may have a scary face, but he did the detestable job without ever taking a break" Ace explained. "His sincerity won over Cerberus, the hydra, and the titans to fight for him" he continued.

"Let me correct you Ace since your just a mere mortal and I'm a god" Y/n spoke, making Ace shiver a bit at the indirect insult. "Cerberus is his pet, who guards the gates of Hell between Tartarus and Asphodel. Hades also didn't manage the underworld himself, he had the help of other underworld gods and his wife Persephone" Y/n 'corrected' stuff about Hades doing all the work himself. Every Monarch had some help rule their land.

"wow...it seems he had a lot more than what today's legends say" Ace said. "It's understandable, after all, legends change with each passing time. Only those who live more than 100 years know most of the legends. Especially if their ancestors have lived for 6000 years" Y/n told Ace as his eyes widen.

"Does that mean you lived for more than 100 years?" asked Ace.

"Indeed. Today, I'm 716 years of age. But I'm physically 16" Y/n answered as she could've swore that Ace's and Grim's jaws dropped.

"a-anyway, who is the last one with horns?" asked Nanako.

Maleficent was posed like the original statue from the game but there were some changes. She had the same clothes on her from the game, but she had long hair, as her feathered wings were out (like the pic above), and she had her crow on top of her head, standing between her horns, and her famous wooden staff while surrounded by thorns. Her face looked innocent, but her eyes said Noble and Elegance.

Ace: "She's the witch of thorns from the magic mountain who was known for her noble and elegant persona. Within the Seven, she is top class at magic and curses. She can summon lightning and storms at will, even surround an entire country with thorns. She is on a whole another level." Ace explained.

Y/n: "She even turned herself into a dragon. Including turning herself into a Phoenix after she was shot with an arrow"

Ace: "You sure know a lot of her don't you?"

Y/n: "Indeed. In the land of Permafrost, she was a kind fae, before she was betrayed when someone she considered her lover cut off her wings. She punished her 'lover' by placing a curse on his daughter, but over time, she learned to love, was able to fly again, and even became the Godmother of the child she tried to curse." Ace and Grim, including Yuuna, were at aw by the story, especially since the story Y/n was telling wasn't known throughout twisted wonderland, and was only told by the royals of Thorn Valley.

Grim: "Whoa! A dragon and a Phoenix?! All monsters look up to them!"

Yuu: "Aren't you both, Y/n?"

Ace and Grim: "eh?!"

Y/n: "How did you know?"

Nanako: "well, you said your a Levia-fae. And found out your also a winter phoenix from one of your familiars"

Ace: "Being a phoenix is one thing, but a Winter one?! A-and...your last name was Chione...that means your even greater than the great five magicians!"

Y/n: "oh please. It is only normal for a deity to be stronger by you earth mortals"

Grim looked towards the statue made of ice. It was the Statue of the Ice Queen.

"Wow, they have a pretty accurate statue of mother" Y/n commented on the statue made of pure ice.

"Mother?!" Ace and Grim exclaimed in shock. While Yuuna had a shocked expression on her face.

"The new Dorm, Amaryllis is based of the Serenity of the Ice Queen. Mother goes by many names. From Goddess of Winter, Snow Queen, God of Ice, The Prime of the winter phoenix in this world. But in her homeworld, Teyvat, she was the God of Love and the current Cryo Archon of Snezhnaya"

"I've heard about Teyvat...aren't there some portals around the world that would lead to Teyvat?" Ace asked. "Indeed. Most portals can take you anywhere in Teyvat, all but Snezhnaya. The Land of Permafrost holds the portal to Snezhnaya, as it takes the form of a winter forest."

"That's so cool! Perhaps during the break, we could visit Permafrost!" Grim grinned Happily. "Just imagine all the cool magic I could learn from an archmage, oh oh, even a high-class spirit!"

"Are there other things that she's famous for?" Nanako asked.

"mhm. My mother's dream is the most noble and pure. She declared war on the whole world only because she dreams of peace. Her most loyal followers, the Fatui harbingers, are willing to do anything for my mother to achieve such a dream" Y/n explained.

Ace: "That's so cool!.....unlike a certain raccoon" he smirked down at Grim

Grim: "Mnyaa?!"
