10 years later

"AJ, Emery you dad will be here any minute let's go!" Georgie shouts from downstairs. Suddenly the two come running downstairs with bags on their backs.

Emerys red curls come bouncing down the stairs as AJ follows behind with his blonde hair. AJ was 3 years older than Emery, he was 8 and she was 5.

"Ready?" Georgie asked as the doorbell rang, she went to open it. There he stood Archie Andrews.

"Archie, you don't have to knock this is your house" Georgie sighed

"I didn't know what you wanted me to do? I didn't want to just walk in" he stepped in the large house.

"Right, AJ has homework, make sure he does it and Emerys medication is in her bag make sure she takes it at-"

"Dinner time and before bed, Georgie they are my children you know" Archie told her almost above a whisper

"Yeah course, right I love you both have a good time with grandpa Fred and daddy" Georgie kisses the kids heads as they left with Archie. After she shut the door she slid down it and started crying.

10 years, 10 years she has been Mrs Archie Andrews with two beautiful children together, what went wrong? Georgie thinks to herself.

Flashback

This was the fifth night in a row he promised, he promised to come home in time for dinner. The kids waited but Georgie told them to eat. After the kids had gone to bed Georgie sat at the table and ate alone, this was becoming an every night thing for Archie and she hated it. Archie was now a music producer and writer, she knew he was very busy but she wanted him to at least come home to see the kids before bed.

Archie used to sit on AJs bed with them both and read at least 3 books to them. Now they are lucky if they see him before bed.

Georgie sighed and cleared up leaving Archie's dinner on the table and heading to bed. She heard the door close and she looked at the clock 11:30 she sighed and sat up.

"Sorry I'm late" Archie told her

"Late? Archie it's 11:30! You said you'd be home by 5? This is the fifth time this week Archie!" She told him.

"It's not the fifth" he sat down getting undressed.

"Archie it's the fifth"

"So I've had a hard week I have to stay late!"

"It's not just that Archie, AJ has had 2 football games that you missed and Emery wanted you to take her to a daddy daughter dance lesson!"

"I did not miss 2 games and Emerys lesson is next week!" Archie rose his voice

"Archie it was tonight! I had to watch her cry and cry when you didn't come home! You know how heart breaking that it?" She almost screamed.

"Well I was working, she'll understand"

"You're always working Arch!" Georgie stood up.

"What's that suppose to mean?" He followed her into their bathroom.

"It means that's all you seem to be doing! I can't remember the last time we went on a day out together!"

"I've been really busy, Marie has been struggling with the song!"

"Don't you dare start talking about 'Marie' I don't give a shit about her! I'm your wife and she spends more with you then I do!" Georgie walks closer to Archie.

"I'm not arguing with you again George" he sat on the bed with his head in his hands.

"I look after the kids I do my own work! You think I don't have to be places Archie? I'm needed at work but I can design my clothes from home and I still have time to cook you dinner!" Archie just sat there. Realisation suddenly hit Georgie.

"God I'm so blind! Your screwing Her? Your sleeping with Marie aren't you?" Georgie confronted him.

"What? Are you crazy?" He stood up

"I don't know am I? You've been spending a lot of time with her lately"

"Of course I'm not sleeping with her! Jesus Christ Georgie!" He began to get angry.

"Then what else is it Archie huh? You don't want to spend time with us anymore? We not good enough for you?"

"You're being crazy!"

"I think maybe you should leave Archie" Georgie sat on the bed.

"What?" He stood up.

"I'm fed up of having this argument over and over Archie, we don't talk anymore we just argue all the time, I have no idea what's going on with you anymore" Georgie spoke

"So you want me to leave? You want me to just leave my wife and kids, you want a What a divorce? You wanna leave me? Is that it?" Archie raised his voice

"Don't you dare put this on me! Our children are heart broken 'wheres daddy?' And 'why isn't daddy here?' I have to tell them oh he's at work still! You know how much it hurts to see the pain in their eyes!"

"I think it's best for you to stay with your dad for a few days, gives us time to think about what we really want" she told him

"I know what I want, I want you and the kids"

"Well then it gives you time to think about how to actually do that, we're drowning Archie and I don't know what to do? We've never had this problem before" Georgie cried

"Ok, I'll stay with me dad for a few days and we'll sort it out" he told her
