《Bakusquad Oneshots》Alone

Katsuki wasn't much for friends... he didn't find them special and didn't understand why everyone always complained that they were friendless.
What was the issue with having no friends?
How could it cause harm?
Katsuki found it comforting to know someone isn't trying to challenge his way of thinking or talking behind his back.
Not that he thought everyone did that.. but he wasn't trying to find out who did and who didn't. Not that he was worried.
Katsuki just enjoyed being able to enjoy the things he likes without someone trying to crush the little bit of happiness he has left.
Simply sitting by yourself and reading isn't lame or lonely.. It's exciting and he doesn't need anyone there to tell him anything else.
Must he be sorry for what he enjoys? It isn't his fault that nobody wishes to hear what he has to say or finds what he likes is fun. Katsuki didn't need someone to tell him he is boring, he already knows that.
Katsuki used to hate sitting there, enjoying his own time just for someone to ask him about what he likes to do.. just to be ignored.
Jokes on them.. next time Katsuki makes dinner he won't make them shit.
Katsuki didn't need anyone to hang out with him. Regardless if he wanted someone to share the same interests.
So as Katsuki sat alone in the library, blankets and pillows surrounded him he read his favorite book. One he read thousands of times, one he had never spoken about as people judge it by its cover.
A hot drink on the table next to him, the room light dim but not too dark.. so he could read the small words on the pale pages.
He was alone as he covered himself up in a fluffy blanket, the room cold sending shivers down his spine.

He could hear a feather fall, that's how quiet the room was.
Every page he turned got louder and louder.
Until suddenly he heard laughter and yelling.
The door bursts open, "Whaddup Bakubro!" Yelled Kaminari. One of the people in the small group that seems to actually like Katsuki.
Before a blink of an eye everyone gathered around him. All forcing themselves onto the couch. Blankets and pillows being shared.
"What we drinking?" Sero asked as he took a sip.
"Mmm! This shit tastes amazing!" Suddenly the drink was being passed around to everyone, Katsuki didn't mind.
"Next time you decide to make this, make a lot. Damn this shit is awesome!" Kirishima smiled brightly as he took another sip.
"Whatcha reading?" Mina asked as she cuddled closer into the blankets and pillows.
The warm cuddles bring joy to Katsuki.
His eyes sparkled at the question Mina had asked him.
Everyone gathered around and Katsuki began to explain in great detail about what he was reading.
About how much he loved the book.
Everyone listened, actually seemed interested in Katsuki's life.
It was refreshing.
Katsuki smiled ever so softly, maybe being alone was okay.
But he much rathered this.
Katsuki hoped this group would stay around for much longer.
Maybe forever.
He'll make those drinks for them everyday just to keep this perfection.

The Oscillation (No Swearing)
It was an average day in Miami—then fractures in the sky appeared. A pulse from those cracks altered the population; some people's biology changed while others received magical and supernatural powers. After the chaos, the political drama ensued, followed by the discovery of portals that brought deadly creatures. They called this event "The Oscillation" and it changed Rachel's life forever. Note: I've received some feedback that people don't like the foul language. This also included my mother, she wanted me to make a cleaner version for her. So, I thought I might as well release it alongside the more explicit version. I went back and rewrote the parts that have profanity in them. ^_^7 Cover Commissioned From Likesac ^_^7

Falling Through the Cracks
After falling through a rather unexpected crack in the universe that spawned under his bed, Alex finds himself in a world filled with monsters and magic. Now instead of worrying about SATs and college applications, he only has demons, magic and rips though the very fabric of the universe to occupy his mind. Quite a bit easier in his opinion. This story has abuse, trama and brushes breifly on suicide. I`ll try to include warnings on chapters that deal heavily in any of those. I’m also a very new writer, so please let me know of any mistakes you see! Updates Mondays and Thursdays Image credit: Credit: NASA, JPL-Caltech/S.
