Katsuki had a terrible night.. his parents were back to fighting again... all night.. it bothered him not only because he hated hearing them fight but they didn't take into consideration how their patheticness would affect his school day.
Now he already wasn't the nicest person... and had a tendency to be rude.. but after what happened last night... he definitely wasn't gonna be any kinder... and probably much worse than he usually is.
He almost felt bad for anyone who will cross paths with him today.
He walked into class slowly... his head pounding.. he was so pissed off and walking into the class didn't make it better.. they were loud.. too loud for comfort... yet Katsuki didn't say anything... he knew when there was shouting.. he should stay out of it.. and with his mood.. If he would open his mouth... he wouldn't be able to shut it... and it would be his fault if he made someone cry... and he really.. and he means really.. didn't feel like hearing his mother complain... his father cries to him about not making his mother mad... more fighting..
He got more pissed off by the moment...
He soon heard Izuku trying to make his classmates become quieter.. which Katsuki honestly appreciated..
Seeing Izuku struggle and the class continuing to be ignorant.. the class got louder.. to cover up the struggles of Izuku trying to shush them...
Katsuki thanked Izuku.. genuine indeed.. They held small conversations... mainly about the fight with his parents.
Izuku knew about the endless trouble he had with his parents... multiple sleepovers at his house when things became too much..
He stopped when he got older.. but he'll always be appreciative of what he had when growing up... even if he was a dickhead.

Katsuki's head was pounding even more, the argument from last night overwhelmed his thoughts... he could tell he wasn't gonna be nice...
Katsuki slammed his head against his desk... he began to laugh... soon that laughter cries...
If he heard anymore yelling... he was killing himself and everyone around him.
The class was quiet.. but at this cost?
Katsuki's cries got louder... his anger causing him to bash his head against his desk.
Katsuki didn't even notice the class leaving.. only him and his squad left in the room...
Katsuki's head stopped moving.. he looked up to see his worried squad... worry on their faces.
"Are you okay bubs?" Mina asked as she looked at his tears, puffed up face and bruised head.
"Loud.. you fucks are loud... and it isn't helping." Katsuki complained... his head spinning.
"Parents?" Kirishima asked.
Katsuki nodded, causing more pain to his head, "Mhm..."
"We are sorry... we should have noticed... forgive us?" Kaminari asked softly.. no louder than a whisper.
"Mhm..." Katsuki hummed.
"Snacks and ice?" Sero asked the blonde as he picked him up slowly.
"Mhm.." Katsuki hummed once more...
A nap... a movie.. icecream and his friends... is all he'll ever need.

The Ruins of Magincia
They say all things end in time, but the exalted City of Magi would’ve begged to differ. Yet when an attempted coup goes wrong, the city finds itself brought to the very brink of destruction. In the wake of the calamity that left no survivors, the autonomous infrastructure still operating the ruined city seeks to restore what was lost. Luckily for it, the Mana-devoid Universe it awoke in holds an unexpected surprise: a planet full of sentient life forms. All capable—with a little help—to become the next generation of Magi. Back on Earth, Millie McArthur is a pregnant out-of-work mechanic struggling with the prospect of moving back in with her parents after leaving her unfaithful fiancé. That is until she finds herself just one of the hundreds that have been shanghaied by the callous artificial constructs still manning the ruins of Magincia. Now, she must struggle to learn magic, compete for resources, get good 'grades,' and fulfill the seemingly arbitrary requirements for her future job in this broken city. All while keeping herself, and her son, alive. Is the miracle of magic really enough to make up for all the pain? The Ruins of Magincia is a dark fantasy that's heavy on the drama (LitRPG aspects are very light). Chapter lengths can be anywhere from 7k-12k and there's no current release schedule as I'm focusing on wrapping up volume one.

Just a Game
“A great corruption is spreading. The people cry out for a savior. For a hero. For YOU! Come join the fight, as the chosen of World Tree! Receive the blessings of the gods, battle fierce monsters, and become the hero you were meant to be, in Arcanum Online!” It was the cheesiest commercial Ethan had ever heard, but the gameplay was enough to draw him - and thousands of others - to the fantasy world of Lazuros. It’s the sort of place that can really draw you in - a huge open world, a deep character customization system, and a feature that makes time pass slower inside the game, extending your limited playtime! It was a little strange, though. As if it was a bit too realistic for a game of swords and sorcery. The NPC’s seemed almost alive, most quests didn’t reset and monsters respawned slowly. Still, for all it’s quirks, it was a good game! Just a game. And nothing more. …right?

A loose thread
The goddess picked him up. He tried to struggle free, but her grip only tightened. Eventually her thumb caught his head, pulling it backwards. He stared helplessly as she brought her free hand closer, revealing a small vial in her massive hand. She pressed it to his lips, and he felt the contents flow into him. He tried not to drink it, but his body would not listen. Despite his revulsion, his body ignored him by drinking deeply. "Drink and forget. I will give you everything you ever wanted. A loving family. A comfortable home. And then, " Her grip tightened, and forcing the air out his lungs. He coughed up the strange liquid and caused more to spill. “And then, you will pay for your defiance. On your twentieth birthday you will remember.” She pulled the vial away and turned him to look at her. “You will remember, just as everything you love is taken from you, right before your eyes…” Her voice trailed off and his world went dark. .... The above leads right into the story. The first chapter is a bit rough as the MC (a child at the time), hurts himself rather badly. I will try to include similar warnings on chapters as the story goes on, but I want to be up front that I may miss or forget things. Many of the tags are included so I can have flexibility writing the story. I am posting this largely to hold myself accountable to keep writing. Chapters will be short, but I am planning to post weekly. This is the first thing I have written (you've been warned). I am enjoying the story and I hope you will too. Please feel free to let me know what you think of the story as it progresses.
