Rowan PoV

I was in Ms Indigo's English lesson, I was bored out of my fucking mind, but that wasn't anything unusual for me, that was until Ms Indigo said that she had an announcement, so I started to listen, opening my eyes like a cartoon character would do to stop themselves from falling asleep, though it was obviously less cartoony.

"Class, I have an announcement to make to you all"

"(Literal groans from most of the class as her announcements always suck)"

"Now now children, I will have none of that groaning in my classroom, I have decided to switch your partners, since nobody seems to be happy with their current English partners"

Our silence somehow translated to our English teacher that we thought that changing our English partners midterm was a brilliant idea, even though she's known as the bimbo of teachers, though I honestly stopped listening to her from the fucking announcement, well that was until I heard her call my name, 'cause I didn't really need to know that Jimbob was English partners with Silva the crocodile, you know.

"Rowan Addams and Marina Tansley, you are now English partners for all of our English lessons, good luck"

I was pretty happy with my new English partner and she seemed pleased with me, as she didn't look disappointed, Marina was gorgeous, blonde hair to her collarbone, blue eyes that seemed to sparkle when she was in a good mood, which by now you would realise that I had a proper crush on her, like an actual 'I want to date them' crush.

What did this mean in the discovery of my sexuality?, well my dudes, it turns out that I like people, regardless of gender.

So I moved to Marina's desk, as I thought that it was easier for us both that way, that and Soph's arse grabber was behind me so I didn't want to risk that happening to us both.

"Hey Rowan, so I have a question to ask you"

"Sure, you can ask away"

"Ok, what is your personal opinion on Romeo and Juliet?"

"Well, to be honest with you, I find that Juliet as a character is a little flat compared to other main heroines from other book series and shit, but considering the era that Juliet is from she's actually an alright character, Romeo is a spoiled git that can't keep it in his fucking pants, but I always find Mercucusho fucking hilarious"

Marina let out the softest laugh I've ever heard, it was so cute, wait shit not in a patronising way, but you know, it was just really cute.

"So you actually studied it before?"

"Well, yes and no, I have read the play and I have watched the movie versions, but that was only because I was extremely bored at my mother's house at some point in time"

"(Laughs), I get that, I find that it's cool that you have studied it though, regardless of how and why"

"(Laughs), thanks for not finding me nerdy for it"

"(Chuckles), you could never be nerdy though Rowan"

Let's just say that we both liked that we got put together as English partners, I was happy because I was praying that I didn't get that sleazy little shit that grabbed Soph's arse as my English partner, and I didn't question why Marina was happy about it so...

It was break time after that, and so I was hanging with Bee, Becca and Clo, I mean obviously as they're my best friends and shit.

"Ro, you're so happy considering that you have just come out of Ms Indigo's class"

"Well Clo, all of our English partners have been changed and Marina is now my English partner"

"She did that mid way through the term though?"

"Yeah Clo, I know it's fucking nuts, but apparently she finally got the hint that nobody liked their English partner"

"Bloody hell"

"(Snorts), Bloody hell is right Bee"

"How do you do it Ro?"

"Well Becca, I just think about the fact that my Dad survived her classes while being a Dad, and so if he can do it, then I can do it, ya know"

Everyone then just laughed at what I said, I mean naturally because I'm fucking hilarious, anyway I love my friends so it's not a hardship to be this funny, you know.

"Of course you bring your Dad into this Ro"

"Fuck off Becca, I have pretty dope Dads and I'm grateful for that"

"I can vouch for that!"

"Yeah!, Clo can vouch for that Rebecca!"

"Hilarious Ro, hilarious, as anyone told you that you're sometimes a bitch"

"Yes they have actually, but I don't care because they're just scared of being honest about shit"

"(Snorts), your responses are elite"

"(Snorts), Thank you Bee"
