I quickly walked towards her and saw that she had one foot over the edge...

We both fell onto the ground

I was hovering her

She was shaking with tears all over her face

"What is happening?" She whispered looking at me "what- oh my god!" Becky yelled running over to us

"Becky?" Lexi asked closing her eyes after

"Im so sorry I'm late" Becky said looking at me checking on Lexi

I stood up and run a hand trough my hair

I was just in shock about it all "it's- it's alright" i said looking at Lexi

She had her eyes closed "she awake?" I asked

Becky nodding checking on her

I helped Lexi off the ground and carried her into the lift "she's breathing" I said looking at her "eh I'm so sorry I'm late i should've come earlier you know" Becky sighed running a hand trough her hair

"It's not your fault, it's no ones fault" I said looking at Lexi

The doors opened

I walked out with Becky and opened the door of lexi's apartment

"It wasn't locked?" Becky asked confused as i walked towards lexi's bedroom

I shook my head "I didn't thought about that"

- Van's pov

I looked into her green eyes

She looked into mine, she was shaking

"Lexi-"

"I'm so sorry" she whispered crying

I swallowed and grabbed her closer to me

"Don't" I whispered holding her

She sobbed into my bare chest

I brushed my hand trough her hair

"I need you here" she whispered

I closed my eyes knowing i needed to be in Sheffield in a day.

"I'll be here" I whispered kissing her cheek

She nodded, the crying stopped and she fell asleep but i couldn't

I walked into the living room seeing becky there, crying.

I sat next to her "I just- i should've been there for her" she whispered putting her hands in front of her eyes i shook my head "it's not your fault becks, no one knew" i whispered looking at her "she's always been there for me you know? When i drank too much when i was depressed when i wanted to end it all and i thought she wouldn't be like this, thought she would beat this but it's not her fault she is just tired of helping everyone and her dad and mom that story as well like" she whispered wiping away some tears "she's a fighter she'll beat trough this" i said putting my hand on her shoulder to support her

Becky nodded "thank you van for calling me" she said with a weak smile "up for a ciggy?"

I opened my eyes seeing Lexi

I couldn't leave here like this tonight...

So i called Dan "hello mate, how's life?" He asked "well uh, i have a problem" I said sitting down "what is it?"

"It's about Lexi, I can't leave tonight mate"

He sighed "listen, you have always problems between yous and you know how important this tour is van" he said in a stern tone

"She nearly jumped off a fucking building mate! I gotta stay, tour can wait for a bit"

I heard a sound in the background

I looked over my shoulder seeing Lexi

"Van-"

"Listen Dan, I'm not going to Sheffield, tickets aren't even on sale and the album can wait, i have thousands of songs. yous pick them I'll send them" i said

"Good morning" Lexi whispered

Dan sighed "call me tonight, van."

I hang up and looked at Lexi "how are you now love?" I asked she sighed looking at her hands

"Uh, don't know how to- fine" she whispered with a small nod "on a scale from one to ten how much pain do you feel?" I asked

"6."

"That's not fine-"

"Van? Can we just not-"

"I cancelled tour." I whispered

She knitted her eyebrows together

"You what- cause' of me?" She asked shocked

I nodded walking towards her

"I can't leave you here like this"

She shook her head sitting down

"You can't cancel tour, no way" she said

I sat down next to her "yes i can" I whispered

She looked at me "I'll be fine i have Becky here-"

"Fine? Lexi, you nearly jumped off a building last night your not going-"

"Van" she whispered

"I just can't let you stay here alone"

"I'm not alone."

"Me and Becky, we're staying" I said

- Lexi's pov

I wanted him to stay but that would be selfish

I needed to talk with a psychologist that's all right?

"I can search for help" I whispered looking at him "your lying." He sighed standing up

"I'm not-"

"I know you" he whispered

I closed my eyes, of course i wouldn't be looking for help if he wasn't here

"You just should go" I whispered not looking at him "I already said I'm not going" he said looking outside

I closed my eyes

"You like that one?" Van asked holding a piece of clothing in his hands

"It's not my thing" I whispered holding his hand he nodded van took my out shopping even though i didn't want to cause i was exhausted, nuts right? Any women would have loved it.

"And this one then, love?" He asked holding a peachy colored dress "I like it" I whispered rubbing my eyes looking at him "you should try it." He whispered kissing my cheek

He handed me the dress and walked towards the fitting room with me

I opened the black curtain and walked in

It opened after a second

"Van you can't come in" I giggled

"Sssst" he said with a huge grin on his lips

That smile kept me going.

He sat on the little stool and watched me in the mirror

I took my top off and watched him

I took my trousers off still watching him

He stood up and stood behind me "van what are you-"

"Ssst, love" he whispered in my neck

I closed my eyes feeling his lips against my shoulder "we can't do this in here" I whispered with a smile on my lips

He turned me around with his hands on my waist, his hands traveled down to my bum

I looked into his eyes "I love you" he whispered

"I love you" I said kissing him

He kissed me back grabbing my legs pulling me up

He kissed my neck after i moaned softly

Van looked at me and put his hand on my mouth "can't do that, suga" he whispered holding my waist

I nodded feeling him unclasped my bra without any success i giggled with my eyes closed feeling him softly laugh on my shoulder

I helped him unclasping my bra and underwear

"You ready, love?" He whispered

I nodded quickly

I felt my heart sped up and my mouth making soft sounds

"Van" I softly moaned

Suddenly, flash backs from last night came on my mind i swallowed and stood up fixing my hair and putting my clothes on

"What's wrong, love?" He asked confused

"N-nothing" I whispered grabbing the dress "well obviously there's something-" he started "let's go" I whispered opening the curtain "oh lady, you can't go into a fitting ro with-" a women that was working in the shop started but i walked out of the shop before she would finish

- van's pov

"Ello, can i pay?" I asked the lady behind the counter she nodded scanning it

"That would be 25 pounds please"

I handed her the money "have a good day" she said handing me the bag with the peachy colored dress in it.

I put it in my coat and walked out of the shop seeing Lexi smoking a ciggy

"Can we go now?" She whispered looking at me i nodded intertwining my hands with hers

It was around 9pm when we sat on the couch opposite each other looking at each other

"You have to go." She whispered

"Tour can wait." I said lighting a cigarette

She shook her head "I know how much ya' love touring" she whispered holding my hand

I saw her thinking, "van?" She asked

"Yes love?" I asked "can't i go with you, on tour?" she asked

I wanted her to come but she want in a state to come on a tour "it's too much for you-" I started "no it's not van, that's the only thing that would work, you still touring but me going with you" she said standing up

It wouldn't work would it?

"Right, we have to leave tonight then." I said looking at her she nodded

I could tell by the way she looked at the that she was broken yet she wouldn't show or tell it.

"Let's go then" she whispered walking into her bedroom

I grabbed my phone calling Dan

"Hello, mate" he said "Dan, I'm coming to Sheffield tonight" I said "that's class!-" he started but i cut him off "but Lexi's coming with me." I said "that's no problem, we can make that work how late will you be there?" He asked i looked at the clock "round' one in the morning" I sighed knowing how long it would take to get there

"Sound, see yous then lad" he said

I hang up and walked towards the bedroom seeing that she was done packing

"You got your bags and that here as well right?" She asked i nodded looking at her

"How long does it take to get there?" she asked

"Around four hours" I whispered her eyes grew wide "right, let me call Becky and we're good to go" she said "love?" I asked "yes?" She said

"I love you"

We arrived in Sheffield around one in the morning.

Lexi had her eyes closed, she fall asleep on my chest "love, wake up" I whispered brushing my hand trough her hair she groaned softly and opened her eyes "what?" She asked sitting up "we're here" I said standing up "oh" she said standing up rubbing her eyes

I grabbed her bag and mine and intertwined my hand with hers "I'm so tired" she said looking at me while we were waiting for the people to get out i nodded "I get that" I whispered kissing her cheek

We eventually managed to hop out of the train and get a taxi

We got in, Lexi lay on my lap with her head and i called Dan "we are in Sheffield we're at the hotel in a couple of minutes" I said "class van, we'll see your there" he said "alright mate" I said hanging up

I put my phone into my jacket and looked at Lexi who was already looking at me

"I love your eyes" she whispered i smiled

I loved the girl more then she'd ever know
