I woke up with my head throbbing, slowly opening my eyes only to shut it back once again. I softly rubbed my eyes with the back of my hand while sitting up straight from my bed. Yawning lightly while stretching my limbs before I clutched my head when I tried to remember what happened last night in the party.
It took me a few moments before realizing all the cheesy stuff I did last night. I let myself fall back in my bed before facepalming myself, a sigh escaped my lips while shaking my head in disbelief, did I really do that cringe stuff in front of everyone last night?
But that was all I could remember, no matter how hard I try to recall what happened after that. I scratched the back of my neck before glancing at the wall clock above my book shelf. 1.25 p.m.
Geez, how long did I slept?
There was a notification from my phone which I didn't even hesitate to check. A few messages from my friends, more specifically from my co-basketball players. Then a few notification tags from a few people from the party last night. But i decided to open Yiren's message first since she was the latest one who just messaged me.

I playfully rolled my eyes at her before lightly tossing my phone on the nightstand, when there was suddenly a scent of my favorite soup coming outside the room. I furrowed my eyebrows before shooting to my feet, Yeji is probably the one who's cooking breakfast. Making my way towards the door, the first thing that greeted me was the strong yet wonderful aroma of the dish that was being made.

A smile immediately made way on my face as I skipped to the kitchen, I was about to yell out my twin sisters name but stopped halfway through when I saw a familiar figure instead of my sister. I froze on my spot as I stared at the figure with wide eyes, she turned around and greeted me with her infamous adorable smile.
My mouth fell agape and my eyes bulged even more, I even tried pinching myself to wake myself from this dream but this was clearly real. She then motioned me to come over and patted at one of the high stool's on the counter. I only stared at her unable to move, making her chuckle before continuing to stirring the soup she was making.
I took a deep breath before I scanned her from head to toe, what is happening?
Pinching myself once again but harder this time, only to wince in pain when I realized that I am not dreaming. And this is reality, Heejin really is inside my dorm while cooking my favorite soup. She turned around again but this time she was holding two bowls full of my favorite soup. She made her way to the dining table and placed it on the counter before looking up at me. With a playful scoff and took a seat on one of the stools.
, I heard her say sweetly before looking up at me again while tapping the seat right next to her.
As if my own feet dragged itself on the dining area, I was a bit hesitant on sitting next to her but who am I to complain? I mentally cursed myself, Y/N will you please stop being a weakling in front of Heejin for once?
She started to eat her soup even if I sat right next to her already, I scooted a bit closer at her in weary. I let out a sigh, looking anywhere but her until I heard her speak.
, she told me.
I did as she says, grabbing the spoon beside the bowl before taking a bite of it. From the corner of my eye, I took a quick glance at her to see what's her reaction. I was expecting for her to scoot away from me like what she usually does.
But instead she seemed to not mind about my presence, she even rests her arm on the back of my seat which made me feel a bit confused. Honestly what is happening right now?

There were so many questions running in my head right now but I didn't know where to start. First, what exactly happened last night after I sung and played guitar on the stage? And what does Yiren mean by "you're all over the internet"? Did I do something much more embarrassing during our truth and dare game with the basketball team. And most importantly, where exactly is my twin sister when I needed her the most, which is right now?
As if she just read my mind, Heejin spoke which made me startled, , I heard say.
I slowly nodded,, I said before ducking my head down and avoiding her gaze again.
There was an awkward surrounding the both of us before she spoke up once again, , she chuckled.
, I shook my head at her while taking a sip of the mango juice. , I asked her while looking at her straight in the eye but she remained a calm expression.
She shrugged before taking another bite, , she asked me back with her eyebrows raised.
I tilted my head at her, , I mumbled under my breath before picking up my spoon again.
, she told me.
, I muttered to her and pressed my lips into a thin line.
She shook her head reassuring me that it's okay which made me hum. I took a deep breath, thinking about the words I would say carefully. I slowly turned to face her before clearing out my throat to prepare myself.
, I started which made her looked up at me.
, she stated before meeting my gaze.
I sat up straight before taking a deep breath, , I paused.
, she repeated before taking a sip of apple juice.
Making sure to not miss this opportunityIi have been waiting for like forever, I told her everything without hesitation. Starting from our parents to suddenly dragging us to study at America out of nowhere and me feeling for her because I didn't even gave her a proper goodbye.
I explained to her how I tried talking to her countless of times after we just got back from America. But of course, she is such a stubborn kid and would always slip away from my grasp. I also explained to her how and why Yiren and I got very close, plus how I used Yiren as bait to make her jealous and such.
, I told her while looking down on my lap, nervously fidgeting my fingers. , I say.
I wasn't even thinking straight when I launched forward and held her in a tight embrace. Much to my surprise, she hugged me back and even pulled me closer and tighter. We held each other for a moment, clearly missing the times where we used to hold each other like this everyday.
Before she pulled back the hug and cupped my cheeks, our eyes locked together while she said the words that never failed to make my heart flutter. , she said. She released a sigh before continuing, , she asked me.
Instead of answering her question, I leaned forward and my lips met hers. I felt her kiss me back while cupping my face close to hers. I pulled away once both felt that we needed air but kept eye contact on one another.
, I sincerely answered her.
This made her grin from ear to ear before a smug smirk displayed on her lips,
I nodded at her question before leaning forward to rest my forehead against her, , I mumbled under my breath. She grinned and was about to lean forward when the door suddenly opened.
, I heard my sister say before the two of us pulled away from each other.
I playfully scowled at her while scratching my hair in frustration, , I asked her which made the two of them burst into laughter.
, she ruffled my hair after placing the paper bags on the counter. Glancing between me and Heejin, , she asked the both of us.
I just shrugged my shoulders at her question as I felt myself getting red. But she proceeded on teasing the both of us which made me playfully roll my eyes at her.
, I told her which made her raise her arms in surrender with wide eyes before finally leaving the two of us alone.
I heard Heejin chuckle before she placed a quick peck on my lips, , she looked at me right in the eye.
Raising my hand to place a strand of hair behind her ear, I say.

Heaven Falls
-Book One Synposis- Vorlanys. A realm created by the angels for mortals. For millennia, many angels have lived amongst the mortals, aiding the mortals in their advancement. The High Angel Forynda has only tolerated this, however. She is concerned that ultimately the flaws of both angels and mortals would combine to create a cataclysm that would shatter both Vorlanys and the angels' home realm of Ceuna. Tragedies, unforeseen by any mortal or angel, set in motion that long-feared calamity and hurtle both worlds toward an irrevocable conflagration. Neither will ever be the same. Follow the lives of multiple characters, from lowly inhabitants of minor villages to the angels of Ceuna themselves, as they experience this approaching doom. *** -Book Two Synopsis- Ceuna has divided. Angels and mortals have taken their sides in a war for the fate of Vorlanys. Forynda, the High Angel and ruler of Ceuna, intends to end the entire struggle in a swift and decisive stroke with her awesome power. Meanwhile, the dissident angels, led by Omonrel, and their mortal allies cling to a thin hope that fate will break in their favor. All hopes for a quick end to the conflict will soon be dashed, however, to the detriment of all sides. The war for Vorlanys will take on a frightening new turn while mortals and angels alike discover previously unknown truths about their reality. ~~~ Some additional comments for readers: This is a project with a very ambitious arc encompassing a huge number of characters over a long period of time. If you are looking for a tight focus on just a handful of characters, that's not this story. It is meant to provide a broad series of perspectives on an absolutely calamitous world-shaping war. Thanks for reading and be sure to leave comments, ratings, and reviews at your convenience. I love hearing from you.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)
