I started having a crush on this guy in February. And he was my first crush ever. And it started of as something small but I really started to develop feelings for him.

Then one time he asked to see a mesaage between me and my friend and I showed it to him. I didn't realize that right below that message was a text of me talking about him. I don't know if he saw the message or not but I still felt very weird about him seeing it.

Soon I found out about him having a past relationship with two girls, one being one of my very close friends. And he liked another girl (let's call her C). But C didn't like him back and continued to embarrass him with her friends. They'd play songs like friends by Anne Marie to him and soon he had enough.

But he always came to me after that talking about how he liked her and what she did to him and I honestly don't know how to feel about it.

Then once he had asked me send him a "Send this to your crush without any context" video and then I did. And that idiot screenshotted it and sent it to C telling her I liked him to get her jealous? I felt annoyed and angry but I still really liked him.

Then once during a class trip we had to go somewhere and he didn't let a girl sit next to him but when I passed by he scooted in for me? (I didn't sit with him though). And I don't know, he started treating me very nicely and asked me to go places with him but that might just be because we were kinda close?

And now that it's the holidays, I haven't seen him in a few weeks but everytime he sends me a message I get really nervous. And I feel like I don't like him anymore but I think that if I see him again I might start to really, really like him again and I'm very scared about that. Please help me, I dont know what to feel.

Once again, I'm just going to jump straight to the conclusion I got after reading the full message.

This guy was clearly very affected by that girl who - let me say - treated him like absolute cr*p, and he wanted to get her jealous by making you send that video to him and other things like that. He probably wanted to sit with you in the bus then for the same reason (that in case that girl was also around, of course).

And yeah, I'm just not getting a good vibe from this guy. It seems to me like he has some frustrations regarding that girl and he's obviously dumping all of them on you. He might only be using your feelings to get to that girl, and that is something I personally wouldn't be able to take.

If I'm right about this and he's still only keeping you close to him to get that girl jealous, then there's absolutely no point in liking him anymore. Someone who does that and doesn't realize how much they're hurting the other person (in this case you) and continues to do that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Honestly, if he keeps doing stuff like sitting near you or scooting closer to you or touching you out of the blue, or anything that might look like he's hitting on you whenever that other girl is around, then stay away. STAY AWAY. This is not okay and I think you could find someone much better than him.

Seriously, if he keeps on doing this then he clearly doesn't care about your feelings and he's acting like a selfish person and to be honest - like a jerk. I'm sorry if I'm being too blunt, but that's just the way I see things.

I really hope I'm wrong but if I'm not, please try to distance yourself from him because he's only going to hurt you and even humiliate you.

Try to observe his behaviour more closely and maybe you'll be able to reach a solid conclusion then. If you notice a pattern in his behaviour and get a strange vibe from him - and all in all feel like he's being two-faced - then I'm afraid he might only be doing the things I stated above.
