I have a crush on two guys.

However, I don't know who I like more, and I have a feeling that the guy who is in my science class has a crush on my friend. But she doesn't like him, and it brings my confidence down 'cause she is so pretty and everyone is saying they ship them together and that they would make a cute couple. And every time someone brings that topic up I feel like my heart is breaking into pieces.

And then the other guy who is in my History and P.E. is so kind and funny always makes me laugh. Both of them are funny, kind-hearted, compassionate.

However, my crush who is in Science is kind of a hard-core goody-goody and my other cursh is not necessarily a goody-goody but he isn't a bad boy either.

I'm so confused over my feelings and I'm so me, and I just don't think they will ever notice me as more than a friend.

I definitely see why you would be confused now. Crushing on one guy is confusing enough, but crushing on two guys at the same time can make your mind go crazy. Dividing your thoughts can also be a little bit of a pain.

So what can you do to clear this confusion?

For starters, I'm going to say what I said before in this book.

Just one guy.

Why? Because having a crush is overwhelming. Your feelings, your heartbeats at the sight of your crush... They are all overwhelming. And each feeling you get when you like someone has such a strong intensity that having more than one crush can simply drive you mad.

But I think you know deep down who that one guy is. The guy you really like. That's the way it usually is. You think you don't know who you like but deep down your heart beats faster at the sight of that one guy.

You said the first boy likes another girl. Therefore, there might be something else going on here. Have you thought about the fact that you might think you like him because you can't have him?

And another thing, you said he was a goody-two-shoes, and you presented it in a way that made it sound like this wasn't necessary an appealing thing in your eyes. The fact that you added this thing after you described your situation with him makes me believe that maybe you don't like him altogether. Just some parts. Maybe you don't like all parts of his personality that much...?

Let's get to the other boy now. The not-a-bad-boy guy. You mentioned that he makes you laugh and that he's very compassionate and kind. You said the same thing about the first boy, but you added it after you described the second guy this way, as if you only remembered it afterwards. Which also brings me to the fact that you might actually like the second guy just a tiny bit more, the non-bad-boy.

And the fact that he makes you laugh is something people find really attractive. Not to mention that laughter brings people closer and makes them bond faster.

Maybe it's just my intuition talking now, but I'm kind of leaning towards the second guy, the "baddy boy". And not because I also have a book with a bad boy in it (just like hundreds of other Wattpaders).

But to really make sure you know exactly who you want more, I'd say you should spend more time with each of these guys and observe your reactions to each of their presence. Study the way your body and mind react with the first boy and with the second one, and then compare your reactions. If you notice some differences, even the slightest ones, you will be one step closer to the truth.

Like @rock_dreamer said, you need to figure out who you like more out of these two guys. But you really need to be careful about the way you're gonna do that.

Keep spending time with them and simply see where things are going. Needless to say, do not try to act all mean and stuff with them just to see who you might like more. It doesn't make sense at all, I know, but trust me, I've seen people do this and it's just so wrong.

Also, I'm leaning more towards the second guy as well. I don't know what it is, maybe because usually girls like the bad guy more, even though you said this one isn't exactly the bad boy type, but still. It might be the fact that he makes you laugh, too. I just feel like this boy is "the one".

About the part where you're intimidated by that girl's looks, go read the chapter entitled "You are beautiful. Say it." I mean it. PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FEEL BAD ABOUT THEMSELVES ON MY WATCH. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! Don't ask me how I know this, I just know I know. Okay? Okay.
