My problem is, I think I'm still in love with my ex, but I'm not sure. Every time I see him, I don't know if my heart is skipping a beat or just breaking all over again.

Not knowing for sure what you feel can get really confusing and frustrating. Especially when it's about a person you used to care so much for.

First, you obviously need to establish what you're feeling. If your heart is skipping a beat whenever you lay eyes on him, or hear his voice, or stumble upon anything that has a connection with him, that's a clear sign you still like him, which also means that you will sense this huge wave of hope surging all over you again. The hope of ever getting back together with him.

If that's the case, there's something else you should be asking yourself.

Is he worth trying again?

Think of everything that has happened between you too and figure out whether you could go through all of that again, or whether you could just forget it all and start again.

But if you no longer feel anything for him, than the best thing you should do is just move on with your life.

Another love expert, who is also helping with this book (and who will forever tease me for having called him that) advises you to keep your ex strictly in the past and try to, you know, get back on the horse. *wink wink*

But that also depends on your feelings regarding the whole break-up situation, so if you think you still like him and that he deserves a second chance, than by all means, do it. If you think it might make you happy, go for it.
