Hi, Darling!
Starting off, be yourself. You won't come off as annoying if you want to talk more. It's okay to be shy and nervous. Next thing is you need to act on your feelings. Usually, you only get a chance at this, and, as always, you only live once. The worst that could happen is if he doesn't feel the same. Remember that we have much more life to live and more boyfriends to have. It's better to be honest with him and to just go for it. I hope all works out! :)
