The best thing for you to do would be to confront her about it. Tell her that you are aware of what she's doing and that you don't appreciate it. Perhaps, she didn't know that what she told your other friend was private to you. Tell her that you understand, but she needs to respect your privacy. That's the number one rule in a friendship, next to trust.

Speaking of trust, it is your choice to trust her again or not. Trust takes years to build, seconds to destroy, and forever to repair. Talk to your other friend, and ask her what your friend has been saying. Has she been saying mean things about you also? Remember that it is entirely up to you whether you want to continue being friends or not. It all depends on what she is willing to do to get your trust back.
