In my opinion, Bob was probably joking around and trying to get your attention by teasing you. That's how guys work!
Telling him that you like him is a really brave thing to do, and I'm proud of you for wanting to do so. Just remember that he is likely not your soul mate, and there will be lots more guys in your future. This is just the beginning, so don't worry about him rejecting you! You can just go back to your normal life after that and like another boy, when the time comes.
Also, if you're concerned about being overweight, you should know that you're actually underweight. The average weight for your height is 100–110 pounds. But don't sweat the small things; life is bigger than that!
