I know it's hard having an older brother—been there, done that.
The only way I got my brother to stop teasing me was to talk to him. Tell him that Sabrina Carpenter is what you want to listen to, and what you like doesn't define you as a person. Tell him that he likes what he likes, and the same goes for you. Listening to Sabrina doesn't make you a bad person, and it won't hurt him either.
Maybe he's still going through hormonal changes at his age, or maybe he's having a hard time at work or with his social life. Just remember to be relenting and understanding, no matter what's going on. He's still your brother!
If it still doesn't stop, remember that he will move out sooner or later. He will find a girl and settle down somewhere else, so just try your best to befriend him and get him to stop.
