We all get angry at times for no legitimate reason, so that's okay. Everyone (including me) snaps at times. It might be that you're under some stress, or you're cranky about not getting enough food or sleep, or just something of the like.

However, if you find yourself getting angry at all times for no legitimate reason, then that's concerning. Talk to your parents or a counselor about it if this is the case. They can help you through it and get you the help that you need (if you need any).
